Didn't received a confirmation email regarding my PAB

Hi there.

I don't know if this is the right location to ask this, if it's not I apologize, but I'm new here. :p

So I read on your FAQ about PAB that it usually takes 24 hours to revise, sometimes sooner, but I sent my PAB on the 25 (maybe 26) of January and I still didn't received any confirmation that you guys saw the email. So my question is do you guys received the PAB I sent? Or is any problem with the sending?

Note that my email is gmail so it's unlikely that my mail provider is blocking any email.

Welcome to the forum.

Max, the fellow who handles the PAB process, has been in London attending the ICE conference and will probably only just have returned. Give it a few days, or alternatively you can send a PM to "Maxd" to confirm it was received.

i was looking in your profile, and you are a student, probably the pab will not have sucess, since students in most of the cases usually are not allowed to play

tive a ver no teu perfil e es estudante, estudas a tempo inteiro? se sim esquece..... geralmente estudantes nao podem jogar online

Sou estudante mas só à noite, estou a terminar umas cadeiras na universidade. Por isso acho que não tem problema.
Tem a ver com o Winner Casino.

I am a student but only at night, I am finishing a few subjects at the university. So I think it's okay.
It has to do with the Winner Casino.

This is almost unique to the Club World group of casinos. With the rest, it is an issue only where students play from their accommodation on campus, and falls under the one account per shared environment clause.

Even the Club World term will not apply in this case, as it only prohibits full time students, not those taking part time studies in the evenings.

VWM in the profile dont says if its full time student or not.....
the player did not say which casino was yet
 
É Part time. É só umas cadeiras que estão em falta, nada mais. É porque eu também trabalho.

Mas acho que isto foi por uma razão diferente diferente da minha. Também achei estranho o facto do casino não estar no rogue pit, o que me leva a crer que as coisas entretanto se resolveram. De qualquer das maneiras já mandei um PAB para ver se me ajudam a resolver a situação. Se fosse pouco dinheiro nem ligava, mas ainda é dinheiro que se vê e hoje em dia qualquer dinheiro é bem vindo xD.

contudo, se ainda nao tiveres conta em algum dos "acredited casinos" e quiseres abrir, antes de o fazer manda.me uma mensagem "private message".... assim das a comissao a ganhar a je loool

Sim, sim eu sei por isso é que mandei a PAB para ver se me ajudam. Ok, eu depois quando resolver este assunto estou a pensar em abrir conta nestes acredited casinos, porque parecem-me ser mais seguros. Depois mando ;).

mais seguros? mas a vontadinha mano

eu quando comecei a jogar em 2008 tambem foi em casinos tipo tropez, winner casino, cool cat, etc.... pa ser pago via-me a rasca
em 2010 a pesquisar no google encontrei este site, comecei a jogar nestes casinos nunca demorei mais de 48h a ser pago

e os documentos aprovados em 24h

claro ninguem nasce ensinado..... eu tambem nao comecei mto bem a 1ª vez que comecei a "jogar online".... mas fui aprendendo e agora antes de criar conta leio tudo tim tim por tim tim

recebendo algum bonus leio as condicoes todas
que assim quando ganhar nao me ficam com o guito....

problem is this - its with the new member... im only trying to help

the player has an account in winner casino

it has made some winnings
they are asking him for the documents, he sent the documents scanned but the casino refuses the id with photo and the bank statement

for me a casino reject a bank statement? its a bad excuse to keep the money some more time or to dont pay

Good question you have asked and, as it happens, Nifty has answered it correctly. We were away from our offices when your PAB -- and MANY others! :O -- came in and I am still working through the initial processing of those which includes the confirmation email. I will get to yours this morning so you should be hearing back from me sometime today.
