Old tangled thread closed.....by Bryan. Certainly understandable on his part.

But to continue any discussion that still is going on about most recent weekend of problems and CURRENT situation...

Site is back up and running.

Those that played at Diceland while DVC site was "down" will have their play credited towards the tourney at DVC is what I was told. Tourney ends Monday night 1/2/12.

For what its worth, sharing what I was told. That's all.

Diane

I beg to differ, because still as of right now, I still can't get the software to load at all. All I see is the little flashing diamond down in the lower right hand corner of my computer screen, yet nothing else wants to pop up when I double click on it. Maybe for those who have the software loaded you might be alright, but for someone who's loading it for the first time. It's a no go.
Also customer service hasn't even responded yet to my complaint about the software not loading anyways. (24 hours has passed BTW)
So until I get a response or someone gives me an idea of how to load this. I guess I'll just have to assume the server is still down, they are only responsive to you because of your deposit status, or my ISP has blocked the software from finishing loading.

While Diane is doing great there, I think she also needs to remind herself that she is in an elite status there and being part of this community, keep what happens between her and them, just that. On the flip side of the coin, she might also realize that others might not be treated as well and at that risk stop touting them for the "average player". I have met some of their promoters personally on the phone and I felt like I was dealing with someone I wanted no part of. I have had dealings with a couple of their "so called" VIP managers when they held positions at other casinos. Both of those casinos have fallen from grace. It won't be long until this one does too. The shape and spot of the animal doesn't change, although it might reinvent itself, as that's the way it feeds.

The persistance also comes across as shillish.....just saying.

Diane, how come I still can't login into Rome Casino, Black Diamond Casino and Diamond VIP ? It put as "Connection error..."
Even the website won't allow us to download. "Connection was interrupted..". The Rome Casino Manager told me that the Technical Team is fixing the issue.
Are they being Ddosed attacked again? sheesh..

Well I'm glad to see I'm not the only one getting this error message. I was beginning to think it was my ISP. Plus the lack of response to now 2 e-mails has me worrying. I think I'll avoid this casino, just mainly because there not very responsive, and also something fishy is going on. On how 1 person out of 10 is getting on to play yet no one else is.

I uninstalled and re-installed from their website on Monday 12/25 and it has worked fine for me since then. Have you tried going to diamondvipcasino.com and using their "download" feature since 12/25?

Poor on their part not to respond. Yes, I am a VIP player there -- but I would think they want ALL players to be able to get in. Makes it hard to defend their customer service to others who don't get the same responsiveness that I do. I am sorry and do feel badly for you.

try an email to [email protected] and see if that works. I have nothing else to suggest.

My only relationship is as a customer.

I understand I come off as "shillish" because I am the only one willing to say I have had good experience there. I get no benefits from them by posting here, I am just a player who has been treated well. Yes, it is my primary site for play because of results and great customer service.

I also believe what I have been told by others here, that many have had crappy experiences. I can't help that. Well.....not totally true, I have TRIED to HELP by asking my contacts to look into things for an occasional CM friend. But that's being helpful IMO, not a shill.

But I will still continue to share info as I have it regarding the site, good or bad. I think at most sites I am considered VIP, not just at Diamond VIP - and I post positively about other sites I play at and don't get hit with the "shill" tag.

I get that Diamond has treated others poorly ------- so don't play there.

I shared my exchange with Rushmore on slow pay to try and HELP people here, I didn't get slammed for that although it crossed several different threads as I tried to share any influence I might have to get better answers or get representation on the forum from them since Louise left.

I haven't promoted any Rogue casino, if I missed Diamond and Rome Partners being moved to the Rogue Pit, then someone enlighten me right now.

There is a large number of casinos that people play at regularly that are not Accredited and not Rogued. For those, everyone's mileage varies.

I am not PROMOTING Diamond and get no value from posting what I do-- except to SHARE, which is what we do here.

Put me on "ignore" if you want. But there might just be a few things I say here at CM that do have value. I don't want to be branded the DVC "lady" there is a lot more to me than someone who plays there.

THere...........that's my 2 cents, or probably 50 cents based on length.

Yea because of her VIP status they made sure her casino loaded

btw mine is ok as well.

I understand I come off as "shillish" because

You have no need to justify yourself. Your original post in this thread only gave an update saying the casino is back up and the notice for the tourney credits. I'm sure many people wanted that. Others following your post are the ones bringing up "status" and "shill" crap. You in no way promoted them in your first post.

If people have a problem with the way you speak about Diamond VIP then they should start another thread or pm you. This thread has nothing to do with that stuff. It only turned into that because of others.

I understand I come off as "shillish" because I am the only one willing to say I have had good experience there.
Diane

Most of us here whom have read your many threads and posts don`t regard you as shillish at all hun :), just someone who busts her lady balls trying to sort out players problems, and in many cases has done just that, and I think your input regarding playing at certain T.G. casinos is invaluable, and no this isn`t a late attempt to try and get you under the mistletoe (honest :o).

I got booted off and can't get back on. So I am in the same boat with you all as of right now.

Went over to Diceland and the Operations Manager told me that Diamond VIP and Rome casinos are both down and tech teams working on it 24/7.

Tourney is now being extended to January9th -- which I am NOT happy about. OG claims they are trying to reach players via email and phone to redirect them over to Diceland to play. Same as the weekend, play at Diceland will be credited towards their big tourney and combined with the DVC play.

FWIW,
DIane

@takethemoney: Why is it that somone who has posted their experiences that they have had with a casino, is acting "shill" like? For cryin' out loud, so Dianes good experience at a not so popular casino, makes her a shill? What if she posted negative stuff, would that make it better for you because you agree?

Numerous times, she has stated that she is not promoting them, does not get anything for sharing her expierience and is just giving us an informative post. I take them as that, information about a casino. I am happy as hell she is doing is well and that she puts herself on the line to help other members. She doesn't have to do that, but she does it to be helpful.

Never once did I ever read a post where she was inviting a member to join there because of her experience. NEVER!! Just like you, takethemoney, she has the right to post her own experiences and thoughts on any given casino. She is not doing anything wrong or shill like. Your post was way out of line there.

Some of her help has helped other members, and other members find her posts helpful. Her post are full of her experiences and usefull information, not "shilling" in anyway, shape or form.

To say that what Diane says or does in these forums is "shillish" is, quite frankly, a load of bollocks.

If you're going to attack someone, make sure you have your ducks in a row. In almost every case, Diane prefaces or concludes with a disclaimer that she is speaking from HER experience ONLY. She also admits she is a high roller VIP. You may also notice that her posts are just about always in response to a specific question or request for help regarding DVIP I.e. she freely offers her time AND her contacts to HELP other members.

I have never seen Diane recommend them nor attempt to influence any other member to play there. The idea that she is a shill is ridiculous.

I don't agree with her choice of casino, but its her money and her right to play wherever she chooses AND post about it whenever she likes. Just like members who win several Jackpots close together, and then complain that the games are rigged because they lose for a while afterwards.....they have the right to do that, and it is not anyone else's right to tell them that they can't. Dispute the content or the facts.....no problem.....but classifying another member as one of the lowest forms of web users just because you don't agree with their choice is unacceptable.

Well I thanked takethemoney's post, because I thought he made some good points although in hindsight maybe I shouldn't have and I did hesitate because I wasn't very fond of the use of the word shillish.

I do agree with some points that takethemoney made but yet I also agree that it's Diane's money and she can spend it how ever she chooses. So I guess you could say I straddle the fence a bit on this particular issue. :D So in conclusion I hope Diane doesn't have any hard feelings because I thanked the post and I hope you understand my position.

Diane, in retrospect my choice of words was harsh. I'm not an unreasonable guy. I hope you will accept my sincere apology for that. My view is that I don't trust Top Game casinos and I'm afraid someone else is gonna get burned by them. I guess I could have made my points without drawing you into it. The thread was started after Bryan closed the other one and I feel most of my points are valid, but yes, I could have and should have spared you from what I should not have said.

Peace! :)

It takes a big person to admit they were wrong, and I can see your looking out for other players. It was nice to read that you did infact say sorry and state the reasons behind your post. Thanks, takethemoney, you are not an unreasonable guy.

Yes, I think you have a point here. TopGame based casinos, especially Diamond VIP have gotten much attention on this forum. And it is worrying that newbies may be mislead to believe that these casinos actually are safe and reliable places to play at.

TopGame based casinos stands for exactly what most members on this forum want to avoid, that is also why I use the word mislead. I am talking about for example spirit of the bonus clauses, very delayed payments, unacceptable T&C and amateurish management.

We should also remember that Casinomeister has banned all reps linked to TopGame and TopGame based casinos. This itself should be enough for members here to limit the number of posts who clearly recommends TopGame based casinos, simply because members here will not get the same "protection" as if they did have reps on this forum. And TopGame as a supplier is still in the Rogue Pit.

Just to show some examples from T&C at Diamond VIP that members here should be aware of:

- All Deposits of 249 USD and less have a max withdrawal of 10X for that specific play session

- All bonuses are given to members as an incentive to enhance playtime but should any form of bonus abuse be detected the casino and its management reserve the right to remove all bonus and winnings related.

- All bonus money will be removed at the point of cash out, bonus money is money that can be used to help generate winnings but cannot be withdrawn as part of the winnings.

Just to make it clear, I think it is completely OK for members here to recommend casinos not listed in the accredited list. But TopGame and Diamond VIP is a special case.

I concur with most of your points....the one about max cashouts on bonus free deposits is reprehensible and is obviously designed to ensure that smaller depositors cannot hit big. Mind you, the games are so low variance that you would be very hard pressed to win 10x your deposit anyway.

It is very important to note that Diane has NEVER recommended them as a place to play....this is a very important point. I cannot agree that discussion of any casino should be stifled. Even the worst of the worst get airtime here, which is good because their bad behaviour is always brought up by other members so the reader can make an informed choice. For instance, anyone thinking top game are a great place after reading this thread really isn't reading carefully, and those kind of people are the ones who usually learn the hard way anyway.

I want to point something out here that I have previously pointed out to some of the other TopGame reps.

Currently, my balance at Diamond VIP says I have $0.01. My standard operating procedure is to play my balance down to zero. So I go to classic slots and do a $0.01 spin, 1 line, but I get an error message that I need to deposit to place that bet.

See why I'm suspicious...? Seems like a ruse to get you to deposit on top of funds that are bound by bonus terms, so that if you hit big, they can disqualify your withdrawal.

And Diamond VIP is not the only TopGame casino where I have had that problem. I suppose it could be an innocent mistake, but come on, really.

Once your balance is $0.01 , you will NOT be bounded by any previous bonus terms. However, if you want to make it $0.00 , just message the support live chat and they will remove it for you.
There's no mistake but it's just the software programming. :)

I don't understand. One cent is one cent, not zero cents. I am not trying to be argumentative with you, but I don't believe you are a TopGame rep, so therefore, how do you know this to be true (that a one cent balance bound by prior bonus terms will not also bind or interfere with subsequent deposits made without a bonus)? I mean, is it in the terms, or did someone on live chat tell you this? Thanks in advance.

I always am able to play down my odd cents......even one penny. My personal OCD compulsion is to always zero it out.

I don't play the classic slots. Could it be that you can't play one coin? Try the video slots (which is all that I play)

I can play one coin when my balance is above $0.01. That is, if I have $0.37 and want to play 1 cent, it works fine. It's only when I have a balance of $0.01 that I get an error message.

Okay, so I went to Beauty Salon, the newest slot, selected 1 line at 1 cent. Reels start spinning and then I get this:

"TO PLACE THIS BET, YOU WILL NEED TO VISIT THE CASHIER AND ADD FUNDS TO YOUR ACCOUNT"

I'm probably doing something so obviously wrong, but what? I enjoy their games, but this bothers me.

I have no idea why it won't work for you. Just worked for me.

I just had a small balance, got to ONE penny and on Crazy Jungle was able to bet one line for one penny.

I've never been able to zero out my balance. I didn't think they allowed it. To make sure my deposit isn't attached to a bonus I request they remove any bonuses left on the account.

1) You shouldn't HAVE to go to CS to cancel out any remaining BONUS once you are down to 1 cent.
2) If the CS are zereoing out your account for you just so you aren't tied to a bonus the next time you deposit, do you know how much money they are making in a year?
3) This is roguish behavior on behalf of the casino, how many players are unaware, leave that penny in their accounts ON a bonus (thinking it doesn't matter) make a new deposit, only to find out they are now bound to extreme playthrough (not all players are aware of CM)?
4) How many of you are VIPs and are getting the red carpet treatment?
5) After all that has gone down why are there people still playing TG? (It's almost like asking why people still play at the likes of Virtual...) What about all these newbies who join each day and will read this thread thinking great, I'll just go to these members when I have a problem! Well, these members aren't reps for TG. And when these members can't help the newbies, what happens then?

I understand it's your own choice, your money, yadda, yadda, yadda. In this thread already there are three members who are experiencing the same issue. How many others are having this problem? I'm sure there are lots more. Maybe, the "spokesperson"/member for this casino needs to get in contact with a tech person and have them fix this glitch, since the active reps were banned from here...

*on a side note...no malice intended. Just if you intend to play here you need be aware there is NO ONE to help when a major problem arises*

1)

If you mean "me" ---- I am NOT a spokesperson FOR them. That implies a relationship that doesn't exist. I am not an affiliate, I don't run a web-site, I don't get a kickback, I get nothing but grief.

I share what I know, that appears to be relevant and of informational value to members. And you know what? I am done with even that. Tired of the backlash B/S, malice or not - it comes off as a snide comment and not appreciated.

My intentions have always been to help, but to heck with it. I officially give up. Call it my 2012 resolution or whatever.

Do you really think my "VIP" status means that they have me with a special set up so that my downloaded version of the site allows me to play out a one penny balance? Come on!

DO NOT PLAY AT DIAMOND VIP - I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO LIKES IT AND IT IS A MISERABLE/ROTTEN SITE FOR EVERYONE ELSE THAT ISN'T "DIANE".

Ok..................satisfied?

Diane

It wasn't meant as snide, rude or whatever. Report me, ignore me, whatever.

Apologies to Diane...

On second thought, I'll save you the trouble. I've reported myself. Happy New Year!

They are about the get on my last nerve with the tournament promos I have been receiving.

Got one from Rome Casino with a 250 tournament freebie offer and now one from Diamond VIP for a 500 tournament freebie offer. What they don't tell you is that you have to deposit at least $25 to get these offers. Nowhere on the email does it say deposit required.

I am assuming it is the same 250K tournament run over all TG casinos.

I'm not a topgame rep but I can say that I'm one of the veteran players of Topgame casinos. I've known almost all of the rules of topgame casinos.
Regarding the $0.01 , yes I find it stupid because I myself can't clear the $0.01 and have to message the representative to clear the $0.01 for me. I've told the support about it but
they claimed that we are ABLE to clear that $0.01 BUT actually we can't. I wonder if they have played as a user before. I've been to every single TOPGAME casino and all is the same,
we can't clear the $0.01, it's a technical glitch.

I hope the technical department do something about it because they are not doing a good job, many bugs and errors in the software. I like the games there but too much errors!
Seriously, I have won money in Topgames more than I won in RTG slots. However, MG slots is still the best! :p

The bottom line is "Play Topgame Casino at your own risk! Just like myself, I have four topgame casinos still haven paid me for weeks, if you are unwilling to wait the long pending withdrawal (15 - 18 WORKING days),
DO NOT PLAY at Topgame."

Apologies to Diane...

On second thought, I'll save you the trouble. I've reported myself. Happy New Year!

@ ksech

Apology accepted.

Your comments were not of the nature that a "report" is warranted. I didn't/wouldn't do that to you.
But obviously you struck a nerve that caused me to be upset, which I will get over. I officially bow out of this thread.

@ Bryan or Max or Simmo - As the OP on this thread, I respectfully ask that one of you please shut the thread down, if possible.

Thanks,
Diane

Just like myself, I have four topgame casinos still haven paid me for weeks, if you are unwilling to wait the long pending withdrawal (15 - 18 WORKING days),
DO NOT PLAY at Topgame."

yes thanks for the advice you need to add that the games are designed for people to miss the show just upload an image of an example notplaying.webp and I tell to representative that line that red 10 times, never answered me ....He was silent only because he knows that I have a reason ...

I'm not understanding what that image is suppose to prove? It's not uncommon to have a color hit that many times in a row. Maybe I'm missing something. :eek2:

If you mean "me" ---- I am NOT a spokesperson FOR them.

I share what I know, that appears to be relevant and of informational value to members.

My intentions have always been to help...

Since the Top Game rep is no longer on the forum it seems like people are using Diane as a go-between since she's been pretty upfront about her experiences playing there.

Personally I don't play at TopGame but I think that maybe Casinomeister should relent about getting a rep back here because obviously people still play, and they need a point of contact that's not another player.

Not having a rep here puts Diane in a difficult situation, since I've seen 2 posts where someone's having trouble with TG, and other people are saying, "There's no rep but talk to Diane, maybe she can help." She's not an affiliate, she's not a rep - it's not her job to run interference or tech support for the casinos. It's good of her to help, but to be honest, if I was her I'd be getting a little tired of it.

Just my 2 cents.

It's such a shame that Top Game is inherintly rogueish . . .

Different strokes for different folks. Sure, you can get paid from some of the TG operators--but on the whole, the risk simply does not justify the potential rewards.

I like their slots--although limited in selection. I despise their Video Poker because it holds cards to intentionally cause you to misplay. I'll not say "never" but I seriously doubt I'll ever deposit in ay TopGame again.

I do not, however,

It is common across the board on ALL Topgames. I have asked their "support" (if you want to call it that) reps if it can be turned off and the answer is NO.

This thread continues to prove my points about TG casinos. I understand what people do is their own business, but I feel playing ANY of them is a risk akin to playing one of Virtual group's casinos. Nobody should be recommending them to anyone, as they are all scum. That said, I think Diane should be able to use her own head and own instincts, as they seem to treat her well, so her choice as to where she plays. I do not feel she should recommend them to anyone and I think she just speaks of her own positive experiences. I hope she doesn't, at some point, get the same ill treatment others have, but if she does, she is a grown up and will have understood the risk she took.

Umm, not sure I see why that is necessary. Can you clarify, by PM if you prefer?

Basically I'm saying that without a good reason the thread should probably stand as is, no?
