my suggestion is email the casino 1 let me do it a while back for over 2k an they said take a couple spins so I did 10 spins at a $1 each an withdrew

Well, not quite the same, but MiniVegas are happy to let you deposit via Neteller & withdraw via Click2Pay - indeed, one or more members here have been told it was compulsory
