That's absolute BS you have players and i know several who have had big balances and you wont let them increase the limit its 830 Gbp max per 24 hours you refuse to up the limit or up it by pittance hoping they lose the remaining balance. 2 or 3 people I recommended in particular have deposited raw cash not taken a bonus and have had wins between 15-25k allowed them to make a few withdrawals then banned their accounts and ignored all form of contact. I bigged the site up to them and now they have won a substantial amount and you have done this you have ruined their Christmas. Made me almost fall out with them aswell!
