It was from a 20 euro deposit and got bonus 12 euro. Max 10x of the bonus amount if you use the bonus money. I finished the wager when i had 270 euro, they capped it and left me with 120 euro cash, no bonus money. After that i played with this balance and reached 15000.

I didnt receive any notification or a message the maximum cashout of the bonus persists until I receive a withdrawal when i continued to play.
As you say dunover 'arbitrary decision', is this how fair casino deal with players?
As soon as i have completed the wagering requirements shouldnt i be able use them as i want?
And shouldnt be a mechanism preventing me from wagering any more with this capped balance? i dont think it would be so difficult!
Why on earth did i continue to play if they only allowed me to lose my balance?
