The problem here is that you actively endorse and create the very circumstances which you then quote in the terms to justify funds confiscation. That is not safe for players. I am extremely concerned by this.

We have not and will NEVER seize anyone's funds unless the player has committed fraud or does something against what we allow.

We don't appreciate when players are spreading and believing false narratives, especially when the details are unknown to them or anyone else here.

I respectfully suggest that under the circumstances that may not be the most productive route for players. The bottom line is that Del Oro is on trial here so having the witnesses go to them for a fair hearing at this time seems inappropriate and counter-productive.

What I do suggest is that ANYONE with an issue regarding Del Oro make use of our free-to-use arbitration service — Player Arbitration (PAB) — and give us your details so we can look into it for you. This accomplishes two things: it gets your case in the hands of people who want to help you without having a vested interest in the outcome AND it allows us to gather actual evidence regarding Del Oro’s activities and treatment of players.

Furthermore we are particularly interested in hearing more from players that were enticed to play at Del Oro while their countries are on Del Oro’s own restricted list. The reason is simple: for any such player they (Del Oro) have every right per their own Terms to confiscate the player's money and blame them for it. In other words it has the potential to degenerate into a “freerolling” situation for the player — they take your money if you lose, they confiscate your money if you win — and documented cases of that will bring Del Oro the harshest criticism from us that we are able to bring to bear.

@L&L-Jan has already pointed out — and rightly so — that their Support people are blatantly telling people how to circumvent geo-blocking but the casino management can just say “silly Support person made a mistake” and wiggle out from under the axe that way. But documented cases of them actually doing it to our readers is something else entirely because it is real evidence that we can take action on.

My withdrawal was pending for a very long time, verification took also long. Nothing was instant. Somebody sorted that on your end after reading my posts that it all took long and wasn't much instant.

Also your bonuses are terrible, show greed and no respect towards players. Limiting the cashout on deposits with a bonus offer is no way customer focussed.

Whilst regular non term violating players will have inevitably had a block or confiscation at some point, the statement didn't include a qualifier such as "innocent players" so saying that the website has never confiscated winnings from anyone ever is so ridiculous.

Like with most casinos there will have been term violations, fraud, gnoming and a whole host of things that have led to confiscations. It's essentially impossible for a casino that offers bonuses to have never confiscated from a player unless no one had played there due to the inherent nature of having terms that will invariably get broken.

The licence itself is fairly worthless and the licencing body themselves will not be checking that these countries are being properly restricted nor will they be enforcing the rule. They are just taking casinos money hand over fist and giving out rubber stamps.

I know for a fact that a large amount of anjouan licencees specifically target some of those banned countries, including the UK.

Your withdrawals took a while to process??

This doesn't sound familiar - we don't use a verification system for withdrawals after your KYC is approved. Everything leaves our bank instantly.

Maybe try withdrawing with a different method - it should be instant.

Something special about us is our instant withdrawals, we take lots of pride in those.

Look I'm not sure if there is some questionable stuff here with this casino nor am I certain that this just a witch-hunt. I get the feeling it is both to be perfectly honest.

I've had a fine experience with this casino personally. Deposited a bunch, Won a bunch, lost some, KYC completed within hours, withdraw instant.

Complaining about bonus terms because there are restricted win caps on non-sticky bonus is a little excessive. Plenty of casinos have win caps. At least this one is open to increasing theirs if you talk to support. It's an asset that you can deposit with a bonus and if you win before dipping into the bonus, you can cancel the bonus and withdraw your original funds + the winnings.

I do think they need to be more legit in terms of restricted countries following their license statutes mind you. But overall, I'll continue playing here from time-to-time, and probably a little more if the fix some of their provider RTP.
