We do get asked this question pretty often.

Many times players take advantage of our instant withdrawals, and literally just deposit to withdraw with a different psp. This fee serves as protection against fraudulent players like that, and other situations too.

I have. NLC, Prags, and Thunderkick are too important to not be on max. The only from those providers that aren't lowered are the ones that aren't variable like Sweet Bonanza and original Dog House.

Just providing feedback. I realize I'm not the centre of the universe but I think it's fairly unanimous that you get those slots on max RTP and the people will come and stay.

I've put my account on a 3 month cool down for now. Wasn't lucky with my deposits but there's always next time.

Having the games not open up in NZD is probably my biggest barrier to playing here. Depositing in NZD, account showing in NZD only to have to try and play in another currency sucks.

With regards to quickspin, we are aware that there are issues with some games. We already sent them to the provider to check our connection with it. There are still many games that do work from that provider. I played Eastern Emeralds with no issues for example.

Same deal with Yggdrasil, Golden Fishtank has no issues as well.

Can you send our live support the games that you tested from the provider that didn't work so they can send it to the provider for checking?

While you make a fair point the small amount of us who get a good win on a casino in the UK want to get our money and have recourse to get it. Being licenced in Curacao and not in the UK,if the player plays from there (as I would) makes it easier to not pay out any winnings.
