It’s not jackpots and max wins I’m worried about. It’s the mid range hits that keep my balance going (and even growing) that I’m interested in. Lower RTP slots simply don’t do this as well as max RTP slots.

Bonuses: The content contradicts itself. The headline says "We Match 150% of Any Deposit In The Casino."

I haven't got a clue what they mean by "Any Deposit," but assume it means any limit. If so, then below it says Max Bonus 1,500, which contradicts the headline. Then there's no info about what games I can play with the bonus, and it's not clear if the 35x wagering applies to the bonus amount, deposit amount, or both.

Seeing "Max Cashout 10x bonus amount" and "Max Payout 1,000" would make me want to leave right away if I were here after the bonuses.

To me, it's a red flag - the casino either doesn't care about or understand its own bonus structure, or is simply making it confusing for players to understand.

VIP Tiers: The cashback is very low, just 1% to 5%. Even on the top level (GodMode), they give 5%, and it's unclear whether the cashback is wager-free. Plus, the live casino doesn't contribute to the tier system or cashback.

Casino's Shop: It's good for nothing. Here's an example of how it works to get 50 Spins in Santa's Wonderland by paying 60 coins:

• For casino play: $150 wagered in casino = 1 Point = 1 Coin
• For sportsbook: $300 wagered in sportsbook = 1 Point = 1 Coin (at minimum odds of 1.8 or -125)

So, the wagering needed for 60 coins to get 50 free spins:

• In casino: 60 coins * $150 per coin = $9,000 wagered
• In sportsbook: 60 coins * $300 per coin = $18,000 wagered

This means to get 50 spins in Santa's Wonderland (costing 60 coins), I'd need to wager either $9,000 in the casino or $18,000 in the sportsbook.

And there's no info about whether these spins are wagering-free or not - and it doesn't even say how much in money 1 spin is worth.

What to do? To start:

• Get a few Mickeymouse from Fiverr or Upwork to remove all outdated and irrelevant content
• Create ALL essential/core pages for the casino with specifics bang-on to the point
• Keep all info across the site consistent

These steps will improve site credibility.

Regarding the bonus complaints.

Your deposit isnt tied to the bonus but it starts wagering right away even though you are just playing with your cash. If you win, you forfeit the bonus and cashout. If you lose, you get a free 2nd chance to try and win with the casinos money.

I do get that no matter what the 10x rule sucks because if someone actually gets that once in a lifetime super rare 5000x ... to be limited to only 10x cashout would suck
