We now have over 3 quaters of a million spins tracked on Dead Or Alive and thought it would be a good point to post some insights and additional information for this game as the statistics currently stand.

Lol 45781 of those spins were from me with a total of 340 bonuses and no wild line or 5 scatters so I must be very very unlucky. Playing at low stakes too:D I didn't expect the 5 scatters but am surprised no wildline has happened with that many bonuses and spins. DOA must hate me :D

Two wilds :Read: Yep, that's about right.

Usually to be found on spin 11 & 12, perched in any of the three available extreme right reels

Am surprised about the 5- scatter stats, but they seem nigh-on impossible on this version. Had four the other day, and the slow spin on the last reel wasn't helping, plus I knew it wasn't too likely

The '1 wildline in 60 bonus rounds' is a surprising stat, I'm sure the old version had something along the lines of 1 in 150 or so. Either way, this indicates a slight variance change in this game, and not discounting the fact that wildlines often occur on the last or second to last spin of course

Sorry; We badly worded that statistic. The 1 in 60 statistic attains to the chance of getting 5 wilds on different reels (a retrigger) and not on a winning payline.

Still only managed the 5 extra spins twice in the 340 bonuses so my statistics seem to be on the I suck side lol. One day but at that point it won't pay back the loses that I put into it. I play it at low stakes and will continue to do so that wild line must be round the corner:p

Jesus crap.

It just goes to show how rare and hard it is to hit anything good. I got insanely lucky with my wildlines and 5 scatters. And even big hits on slots last year.

because this year I have dropped back down to normal. I havent hit 1000x in what has to be 1 million spins now. I havent even had a 700x in ages.

Feels Depressing to see all these stats being posted.

No wonder casino's are so filthy rich

Whilst I hit five scatters three times within two months, I have only ever hit a wildline once in thousands of bonus rounds, in excess of 10,000 when I stopped counting. After three months of absolutely chronic stats I have almost given up playing now. I have gone 800-900 spins without a bonus at one casino a fair few times, it put me off the game but the stats above are interesting :)

well 126,321 of those spins are mine, with 811 bonuses from 3 months of play
giving 3 wildlines, all over 3000x and one 4-wild win of over 1000x

I'll also claim the one 5 scatters win.

Since someone mentioned the new/old versions, I'll also add that....
2 of the wildlines, the 5 scatter and the 1000x win were from the original flash version, and one wildline was from the new HTML5 version.

Can Slot Tracker differentiate between the two versions or not?

Thanks for the info. I would really like to know the hit frequency of some wins, i.e. how often we get an >1000x win.
The data must be there, shouldn't be too hard to get for you. Something like this...

Time for some more DoA data. I did a similar post earlier this year but there all the data was from free play.

Here everything is Real Play.

Dead or Alive: 1528 features
On average the feature hits every 150 spins, so this sample represents 229200 spins. My sample is too small to say anything definitive about how often you can expect to hit big, this is just for fun. I will keep collecting DoA data whenever i play it.

Breakdown of the wins

A chart to put it into perspective

5 extra spins: 37 times

5 wilds on a line: 13 times

5 scatters: 1 time

All the wins over 1000xBet

Here is the spreadsheet if anyone wants it, i hope it works as i use open office and not excel. I saved it as a .xls file since you can't attach .ods files here.

Old but confirms your findings, right?

Very useful stats

I haven't played DoA for a long while, I just hope the new version hasn't ruined my future fun

I query the "very bad" rating for wagering.

I find the slot behaves itself pretty well in the base game and the money can last a fairly long time. Certainly longer than other games.

im having an incredible run on doa recently. in the past 3 weeks ive had 5 wildline features all paying between 3-6k stake..i only play doa at 0.9 stake.

Sounds somewhat familier. In the past 3 weeks ive had 4 wild lines all paying over 2000x bet, and one set of 5 scatters. I only play 0.09c .

Agree with interlog, personally shocked at the wagering rating. The amount of times ive lingered around a 10-20 balance for 6-10hours on min bets is quite high, or a 4 quid balance from some freespins winnings lasting 5 hours despite never going above £20. Unless of course i simply play it to often and as a consequence those moments stick out:oops:

I'd agree with this 95/100, however this last week or two has been shockingly bad for me and the wife.

Reading the posts above though suggest why, My turn for a wild line later, right!?! :p

Do either of you use Slot Tracker though?
The wagering rating is derived from Slot Tracker data.
If you're not using it then your spin data might well have made a difference to that rating

Nope, its still very dead, I'd avoid tonight or set a low budget to try it.

2 x £25 balances wiped out at low stakes, one feature (10x) not one picture 5OAK apart from 5 whiskey glasses the once. Not even 'teasing' - driest I've seen it in months.

Its either in recovery or going to give some jammy git a screen full over the weekend lol

let me know when you haave refilled it. i might go back and give it another go :notworthy

Funny, I was actually thinking about emailing Tropicana this week to ask about these figures as I have been playing a fair of DOA recently, to see how they compared with the old game.

I make that 1 in 273 bonus rounds pay more than 1000x.

This, if accurate, is at odds with Blatheons figures (yes his sample was bigger but the deviation would not be this much) of around 1 in 153 bonus rounds - so a 56% less chance of a 1000x win.

I think this data pretty much proves a lot of the forum's speculation that the variance has in fact been flattened out at the high end of the bell curve.

Well, I've had 815 bonuses in the last 3 months, playing both the flash and HTML5 versions. and had:-

2x >3000x , 1x >1000x and 1x 5 scatters from the Flash version

But only 1x >3000x from the HTML5 version.

There may be other >1000x but I'd need to check my spin data properly

I was going to download my data from Slot Tracker to split it into HTML5 and flash, but the download doesn't seem to be working properly at the moment

FWIW I play pretty much the same amount on the new version that I did on the old version and I haven't hit a wildline or 5 scatters since it changed over. Although I do seem to have a lot more "near misses" than I used to.

Do any casinos that we can play in the UK still have the flash version?
Can't stand the HTML5.

Casino Heroes has still old version, not sure if it allows players from UK.
This is casino where I got my 1st wildline, remember that session, I was getting feature every 10 spins or less and had like 20 features all together within an hour.
