Davinci's Gold slow withdraw

I requested a $700 withdrawal from Davinci's Gold on March 28th. They state they processed it on April 12 via e-check but I still have not received the funds to my checking account.
Have not been able to contact Davinci's 'live support' this a.m.
anyone else having withdraw problems?

By the way, I requested a wd from Alladin's Gold around the same time and received the funds into my checking account about 5 days ago.

My Alladin's Gold withdraw was processed via ach. I really don't know how that differs from e-check? It's all electronic processing directly to the bank...right?

Also, it seems I no longer have the 'live chat' option available at Davinci's. Wonder if they just no longer want to hear questions from me? The email option, which I did utilize, is still available.

Ya search around the forums there are some threads about it.

RIVAL are leaving the US and echeck did a disapearing act.

I hope this helps to clear up a bit of confusion about echeck versus echeckus.

Echeckus was the ACH/aka "e-check" processor which offered $25 dollar deposits and a globalatm debit card and pulled out of the market in the night.

But there were other options - with a $50 min. deposit - that are also called echecks. They presented to your bank exactly as a paper check would, and gave the casinos the information necessary to credit money back into your account via ACH.

That last option had been available up until about day before yesterday. Now it's gone from everywhere that I'd seen offering it.

Thanks to all that replied above.

I was again able to get on 'live chat' at Davinci's and they were able to re-process my withdraw via Quick Tender.
Now just waiting for the funds to reach my qt account, then will withdraw from there.
