CLUB PLAYER:) I put in my withdrawal request of $119 on June 5, 2023 of this year. I still have not received my money via bank wire transfer as requested even though it lists as a manager approved withdrawal on my account. The customer service is horrible! I emailed them twice with no response to this day. I have chatboxed them and my number never comes up. I also have called the customer service department phone number listed and the phone number does not work. It disconnects itself. I am thinking that I will probably never get my money?

Hello, and welcome to Casinomeister. The casino rep you want to connect with is @TawniVirtualAce . I'll ping her and let her know of your post here.

Hi Fan--

I'm sorry to see you've been having difficulties and I'm certainly happy to look into your account. In order to do this, I'll need your username and email address. Can you please send me a PM with that information? As soon as I receive this, I'll look into your issue.

Much appreciated,

Tawni

Yes I Will get you that info asap. Thanks.

Hi Fan--

I apologize--I only saw the second post you made, Friday. I just saw the first one with your information.

Please give me a day to look into this and get back to you.

Hi Ruth--

I'll begin by going over a very basic point in our terms and conditions:

NO DEPOSIT BONUSES (FREE CHIPS, FREE SPINS)

17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.

---

You opened your account back in February, this year and made a $30 deposit on that day. Since that time, you've not made so much as one real money deposit, however, you've played using SEVENTEEN free chips/free spins. Obviously, this goes against our terms and conditions and your winnings have been voided.

I've sent the necessary evidence to Max, as proof that what I've stated is accurate.

Term 17 is standard pretty much across the board with all operators when it comes to NDB's, free chips and free spins - I believe comp points accrued via a player loyalty system are exempt though.

So if what Tawni is saying is correct, sorry :(

Although, I doubt it would be too hard for operators to develop a system where such bonuses are 'greyed' out and not allowed until a deposit was made.

Yeah, the terms and conditions pretty much for anything, online casino, amazon etc are just clicked that you have read them, I know I generally don't tend to read them.

But, if you had been playing for a while, you would know that this particular term is pretty much constant across the board with ALL online casino operators.

However, it could have been much worse, you could have accrued a four figure balance. But at least now you know about it :)

Answer: people who don't want to have their winnings confiscated. When you sign up at any casino, you normally check a box where you agree to all of their terms and conditions. There are thousands of complaints here from folks who didn't read the T&Cs. Just sayin'.
