Did anybody ever ask him directly? Now if somebody did and he said it was only him answering when that isn't the case, then I would say it was deceptive, lying, fraudulent etc.

There was (and is) casino representation on the forum. Instead of "team Guts" etc it was "Dan.Videoslots". Support was given and surely that is all that matters? I rather have that than no or piss poor representation.

You are defending the indefensible.
We talked about his ever presence in Casinomeister face to face and he never mentioned anything about there being a team. Over years in this forum his ever presence was mentioned and at no point did he hint that he was not working alone.
Just because a person does not admit to something when they are repeatedly given the chance to be transparent does not mean that they are not guilty of a huge deception.
It is quite the opposite

I asked them directly last month. I have a copy of the message and was not replied to.

So this is where I stand. I won't post it out in the forum because no one will believe me anyways, and think I'm crazier then they already think. I noticed it for the first time last year. I would send you messages about the trophies not working, you would reply as normal, and then your replies where of someone who forgot. Then we started talking about the prizes changing in the Canadian Battles ( well I started) and your reply was always the same " looking into it" " soon", and then again there was a few times that you seemed baffled. Red flags started going off but I thought....he is a busy man, and left it alone. I am close with another member on here, and talk quite frequently via phone. She had met you, so I'm sure you know who I am talking about. She told me that it's not always you on here. Sometimes its you, other times it's one of your team members posing as you. She is a forthright and honest person, so I have no reason to not believe her. The prizes became my mission. I felt and still feel that we are being cheated. I have been very vocal about this. So when I saw that everyone had gotten new games, and we only had one at the time, adding in the prize structure. Yes I was angry! But then....I have been writing for over 30 years, and one thing I'm very observant over, is the language of words. Everyone has their own footprint and style of what words they use. I was reading messages from Tom in my gmail, and then reading in the forum that " the prize structure will not change". I was dejavu. I was reading Tom's words, not yours! I wen't full steam ahead! Because you have been saying all along, right up till last week to have patience and to read that it's not going to happen, and to top it all off, it was probably Tom and not you saying this. I don't even know if its you right now reading this!
That is what I sent them last month, and then when I saw Dan's thread about leaving and his " goodbye" message, which I still don't believe he wrote, and then one of the team members wrote that they were active for a " few weeks", but we didn't know. When in reality it's been a heck of a lot longer. There isnt much Bryan can do, but VS, clearly needs to apologize. The longer they wait, then it in MY opinion, it becomes a casino issue, not just a team issue.

how many times on pm and on this forum, I and many of us have asked....Hey dan thanks for your help. How do you do it? Have you slept at all? Have you gone home? Hope your family doesn’t mind.

His response was. Lots of coffee.


Another Cm member got a rather rude and accusatory pm from dan that was so out of character that it was impossible to believe that this was the same sweet helpful gentle guy we all know on here.

So when the Cm member responded no one at any point not even the many DANS said sorry that wasn’t really dan but someone on the team.

All of this seems irrelevant however how deceitful. And rude.

I am not defending the actions of VS. I merely don't agree with your choice of word, namely that it was deceptive.

Here is some food for thought: Do you honestly believe that a CEO of any big corporation writes their own letters? I know for a fact that the one that I work for doesn't. He has a team responding to letters / emails on his behalf. All signed in his name. I even have my staff responding to queries on my behalf when I am not about!!

All I am going to say on this matter as this thread is getting too clogged up is Casinomeister should make a reply on the situation. As I talked to "Dan" a few times via p.m. the last few months the odd one I knew was not Dan as some said already the tone was different.

I am not bothered really that it was not Dan and don't know why everyone is getting so upset, As long as my situation gets resolved that's all I care about. Now videoslots is starting to go down the tubes a bit yes, Like my cashouts the last 2 days took 3-4 hours to be approved, The weekend booster has changed or they changed it regarding BTG games or something cause it is way down what you get now. Like I played almost all day on Saturday and I only got $17.

I think the winds of greed might be coming into play and the upper management thought hey it's time to make stupid changes or something to that effect like what every company does these days.

As for Mr Wild saying oh they won't do anything to risk their licenses is complete nonsense or "bollox". They said that about Full Tilt poker, Look what happened, Pokerstars paid substantial fines and they were not that clean, They or we said that about ClubWorld, Look at what happened.

They do sign it in my name, but then again I told them the gist of the response...... I guess a little like Dan did when it came to non standard responses and he wasn't about to respond personally.

But you missed the point I was making, not every letter / email that you receive is necessarily drafted or composed by the person signing it.

Having written tonnes and tonnes of letters on behalf of senior managers, if I sign on their behalf, it always has *p.p * !

My issue is that our posts have been noticeably ignored - I would have more respect if VS had apologised and just admitted they got it wrong but to not even comment on their player base comments about the issue says more.

Yes i thought Dan was here more than he is and i also agree people should have been told it was not actually Dan they were talking to especially if you were asking him how he was etc.

But it's done we now know it was a team and by all accounts a damn good team.

So people now have to decide do they want a team that is here 24/7 to help out unlike any other casino or do they want VS to do what other Rep's have and go it's not worth the hassle i will check in a couple of times a week and fulfill our Accredited obligations.

Because way people are going on about it a week later if it was me i would just give up and not bother trying.

I don't think Dan or the Team was personal with anyone. Not me either so that's not what is is about from my side. I don't like lies and I had wanted an apology at least.

Going forward, I'd like to see Team Videoslots sign their own names when posting and/or pm'ing. EG: Tom for Teamvideoslots. Couldn't care less if this is done for the new game announcements, or other promotional posts.

Are you trying to shame us into not posting about this? yet we have posters here who whine complain about the bonanza be8ng rigged or playing bad for the millionth time and we tolerate it.
