Well I gave them a chunk of my money back this week ($4K) but then I've only gone and had another amazing win at High Rollers Lounge.

$1K deposit - $17,450 withdrawn  :D

Lets hope they pay me this one as quick as the first

Didn't think I'd ever end up saying this, but I LOVE WARREN CLOUD's CASINO's

D@MN! What are you playing Dirk?

Well after a lot of thought and going back and forth on this, I decided to do away with the probabtion/redemption section. It was far to complex and problematic to begin with.

If casinos screw up - they screw up - and if it's serious enough to cause grief to players, they are rogued or "not recommended" and there they dwell.

But I have to keep things updated. If casinos are making serious changes in fixing whatever was screwed up, then in my opinion their screwups can become "Past Issues".

In my opinion, this is much better than some arbitrary "probation" period, or better than me waving my magic voodoo stick over some casino operation declaring them redeemed. That's ridiculous.

Past issues are just that - past issues. There is no time limit. And the casino operators know that everyone (who cares) is watching them. Their feet will always be held to the fire because they know they need to continue doing what is expected of them.

I think this will work much better for everyone. And players are given more responsiblity to be able to make intelligent choices on their own - this is an important thing.

I want to thank all of you for your suggestions and feedback. I've used a number of your comments here:

Also, I know there are probably a couple of complaints I haven't forwarded to Warren yet. I'll try and have those sent off by tomorrow. And a side note to Caruso, do you want me to check into those locked accounts? Maybe I can have those opened for you. Let me know.

I just checked The Rogue section.
Maybe I missed something but, you took his casinos OFF the rogue list?
They weren't in the rogue section to begin with, they were "not recommended".

Like I mentioned in my post, they are listed here:

Bryan,
Speaking from one of those casinos on your new lists, I think if you have done an excellent job. We have never asked for complete redemption and have never ever said forget about are past deeds. You have done an excellent job of conveying our redemption. Just one thing though, I have not checked everyone of the sites you listed that are ours in the past, but most of them should redirect to The Virtual Casino. We do have 10 front end casino sites out there, and each one clearly says on the front "part of the Virtual Family". Those 10 sights are, Winit Casino,U1 casino, Party City casino, Just Win Casino, Golden Dreams Casino, Crystal Club Casino, Dreams Casino, Ablackjack.com,Easy winnings Casino,Spin2win casino,. These are for marketing purposes and have all the same rules and bonuses as Virtual. They are Virtual Casino, except for the names. Bryan I will get you a list of those sites listed that are really ours and make sure that they are all dead.

I understand that.
I was just wondering why Warren/Oliver asked to have them removed from The Rogue list if they weren't there to begin with  [/B]

I should have clarified "Not Recommended". There is a big difference.

And to emphasize a point - I think the terms redemption and probation, imply that the wrong-doer is off the hook. This is why I did away with this section. The way it stands now is that these casinos are under more scrutiny then when they are seriously rogued, and they are more responsive to player issues - and this is the main point of the matter; making this a safer environment for the online player. Antigua's not going to do it. Kahwanakee is not going to do it. It is we who are going to do it.

P.S they've paid me $5,000 of my cashin already.

If you continue to give him this kind of publicity I predict you'll be fully paid up within the week. This is gold dust. Wipe away four years of crimes with a big winner who posts every step of the progress. He's getting a superb return on his investment.

Caruso, Basically....That's what I told Dirk Diggler in a PM I sent him yesterday.
Now, that's free advertizing from a stranger, stating how GREAT these casinos of his are regarding fast payouts etc.
Now everyones going to go on and on about how you won and maybe Bryan should let Warrens casinos back in the good graces of the Casinomeisters forum.
I also wished him:
Good luck with your wins

We'll see what happens :(

All I'm doing is posting my experiences - which i think is fair.

I post if a casino tries to screw me and I post if a casino treats me well when others are complaining.

BTW Bryan - I think what your doing regarding the Rogue section is an excellent idea. It's nice to be able to differentiate between the total rogues and casino's that had a bad past but seem to be sorting themselves out.

Treat yourself to something WELL deserved.

And that's entirely your right to do so, Dirk. I have been critical of this operator in the past but there is no problem with your showing balance and a true reflection of your personal experiences here.

they still owe people money and they should pay back with intersest, there other rtg casinos that you can play at that dont have a bad history.

also why do they still have that fake safebet seal

Well, i've played twice at High Rollers Lounge today.

Lost $2500 the first time, and cashed out over $9000 the second time. Here's hoping i get paid quickly too.

I saw Dirk Diggler's excellent luck at these casinos, and thought i would give them a chance. I can certainly say, that i thought their RTG software was fair. Dirk Diggler reported that they paid him without a problem (so far). Hopefully they will pay my winnings quickly with the minimum of fuss.

They don't deserve it. I deposited $300 in jun and claimed $300 sign in bonus. AFter finishing wagering, when I required to withdraw $600, they deinied my request many times. At first, they said that I did not sign fax back form. So I signed and sent by fax. But they denied again. When I required the reason they said my IP address was different from the place that I came from. So, I sent them the information of my ISP but they did not reply me and did not give me any idea when I could have result of their investigation. Now they baned my account at end of Aug after I called them many times for the result. When I asked why they baned my account, they said that they used an independant company to investigate my case. I asked when I could have result, they could not know. When I asked to put throught to their Manager, they just hung up my phone.

Their customer serive is bad and it seemed that they did not want to customer if they won from their casino.

I can happily report that i have been paid $4500 (half my winnings so far). A little strange to not pay it all, but nevertheless i can only report excellent service so far.

Well it looks like I may have spoken to soon - they've now locked my Crystal Palace account (don't know why - I'm thousands down there) and they now keep reversing the remaining $12,450 of my cashin at High Rollers (requested it twice and been reversed twice). :(

I've sent them emails and will report back when/if they respond.

Sorry to hear that Dirk, I truly am.

It's just common knowledge, 'if they don't screw you today, they will tomorrow'.

It's a shame you gamble to gamble online with certain casinos.

I hope you get paid, and soon. Good Luck!

In that same thread, I saw a short message about Cloud buying (negotitiating to buy) Nostalgia-Phoenican.
