I put in $160 & rec $160 bonus & bet way more then my gambling obligations while losing $230. They said, "if you lose more than the amount of the bonus no restrictions will be imposed on your cash-in, other than the wager requirements." I tried to cash out & they kept my money.

Crystal palace is an Oliver Curran joint. Your money is gone. You won't get it back. Chalk it up to a lesson learned, and don't play at any casino associated with him.

How do expect any satisfaction from such a sketchy post with barely a single detail given?

Please supply all the relevant facts.

Granted on all the above except the "money is gone" bit. No way anyone should sit back and blithely accept this.
