I withdrew on July 19 2012 after having a difficult time withdrawing because they withheld important information I needed to know while trying to withdraw using their only withdrawal option for USA players. They kept insisting that I had to have IBAN, BIC code and sort code for my withdrawal to go through, even though I told them I was in USA and my bank said this was not necessary. So I finally figured out to just leave those areas blank and it would go through with no help from them even though they knew this they would not tell me. Anyway I finally was able to withdraw and then they continued to request more and more of the same information of which I had already supplied and even ask for BIC code, Sort code, Iban after I had withdrawn and told them numerous times it was not necessary for USA. Also, I had to send documents for the 10th or more times and now all I get from them is promises and lies but still no payment.

Sounds like you need to reconsider your choice of forum.
The majority of bonus forums are for bonus whores, and the management don't give a shit whether you get paid or not as they still get their commissions. Most of them will promote anyone and everyone......I'll bet there are some real doozies on those two forums. If you can't distinguish between a forum that is all about the money and one that is all about protecting players, then you have some more learning to do I'm afraid.
Players who deposit at dodgy establishments need to take some responsibility for their own predicament. Let's face it....you're not a newb.
If you don't want to help me with this then don't and for your information it was a free chip and secondly I've read posts naming many casino forums as all about the money and not about the player. Also you have no right to tell me what casino forum to join, I can join whatever and how many casino forums I choose, I am not your child!

There's good and bad news with Crazy luck.
The good is that they do appear to make payments, the bad is that it takes them a long time to do so. I recently won the progressive jackpot, and I think that my pressuring them on this forum and another, has actually made them sit up and take notice of the bad press they're receiving.
I know it's irritating and disappointing to choose a crappy casino, the people here truly are here to help and not judge. I'm sure that like me, you've now made a conscious note to choose only approved casino's which this site promotes.

As to the similarity in names of the CL rep and the CRC mgr... seems many in the business who have a public presence also make up public personas often unrelated to their real name, which can confuse identification.
However... I am sad and apprehensive that Crazy Luck may be related to Casino Royal Club.

Basically no, as far as I can tell it's largely casino stalling and foot-dragging. The players seem to be getting paid but only after some heavy pushing on their behalf. I am significantly under-whelmed with these guys and would not be at all surprised if there were more PABs against them coming down the pipe.

my update on getting paid my progressive $21,000 win by Crazy Luck is that so far I have been paid $5000. They advised they will pay an additional $6000 by the end of this month and then the rest next month.
This is indeed not cool, as they should have paid it in one go, but I am ok if I just get paid. So, i'll update next week when I know if they make their payment or not.
I'd stay away from them to be honest, I don't see any reason to play there when there's loads of better casinos who will actually pay out.

But yeah of course I do believe some people have had bad run with Crazy luck unfortunately. Skywalker should have listen to it first place instead of putting his big potty mouth going all over the places. Such a sad thing. If he get ban.
