This time I'm running a flag up the pole to caution players and potential players that they should be keeping a close eye on how their monies and/or complaints are being handled at Crazy Luck Casino (crazyluckcasino.com).

We've had issues languishing for weeks now in spite of assurances from the casino that all is well and everything is being resolved. The general MO seems to be that the player asks for a withdrawal, the casino requests docs, player supplies them .. nothing happens. Player presses, is told "you'll be paid within five days" or whatever and ... nothing happens. We investigate, "no problems" the casino says and .. more nothing happens. End result: some players are not getting paid.

Worse yet: the casino people are now saying "we don't what to give specific time-frames" on withdrawals that have already been approved, verified, promised and yet remain unpaid. And new issues of a similar nature are still coming in. This is beginning to smell like trouble of a sort we've seen elsewhere recently, to the great discomfort of players owed.

Players are advised to proceed with caution at Crazy Luck Casino.

A representative for Crazy Luck has come forward, David Miller, and asked me to post the following statement:
All players who have cashout problems with our casino should send me a private message with pertinent details .. withdrawal problems will be solved within 72 hrs.

A further update: some players are reporting that they're trying the David Miller approach but they either get nothing in response or they talk to a casino person and the issue dies there (dead-end promises, promised calls never made, etc).

I'll update further when there's something to either confirm or deny the above but for now the caution to players still stands because it seems the problems persist:
Players are advised to proceed with EXTREME caution at Crazy Luck Casino.

I'll update further when there's something to either confirm or deny the above ....

The casino reports that these latest delays were processor problems and that payments have been reissued. They're basically saying that they're working hard to deal with the aforementioned problems and that this recent stuff is just a glitch.

Fair enough, assuming that I receive confirmation from the players that payments have been reissued and the monies received I think it would be fair to mark this Warning as "Under Review" and start the 90 day timer to repeal it altogether. If everything goes well during that time then the Warning will be marked "Withdrawn" and archived. If however the problems persist then the review process will be stopped and we'll return to full Warning status.

Well, as it happens everything has not gone well: some of those old player issues [strike]were never addressed[/strike] have dragged on for months requiring WAY too much of my time to keep chasing the casino to process player payments and we're still seeing these slo-pay/no-pay issues regarding this casino pop up on the forums. Looks like it's back to the original status for this Warning.

If and when all of the player issues are dealt with AND we stop receiving reports of new issues on a regular basis -- PAB or forums -- then maybe the casino will have grounds to say that the problems are cleared up and the Warning is a candidate for Review and possible withdrawal. Until that time the casino is going to have to live with things as they are because that's the situation they've created.

As of year-end some of those outstanding player issues are still unresolved. Many promises of payment have been made but the year is spent and they've still not arrived. Casino now ignores those players who've they've admitted time and again they owe money to. Bumping this up to a full Warning: players are advised to avoid this casino.
