I have been waiting 14days for Crazy Luck to pay my winnings of ZAR1500. It may not be a lot of money but it means the world to me. The one time that I manage to win at an online casino and they end up giving me the run-around.
I have been on live help with Henry a few times and he is very vague with his answers, very patronising, and all his answers are attempts at explaining why I should not receive my winnings. I won FAIR AND SQUARE, and I want my winnings.
I sent in my security documents and everything, but now it seems they have cancelled my withdrawal on their side. It is unfair, and surely also illegal.
BUT I WILL NOT GIVE UP. I WILL HOUND THEM WITH ALL THE POWER I HAVE.
Playing online casinos means that you accept a loss, but you also deserve to receive your winnings.

There is a warning on here about this casino https://www.casinomeister.com/forum...id-withdrawals-endless-bs-from-service.51664/

What are the reasons that you have been given for denying you your winnings? Did you take a bonus ? Dis you adhere to the terms and conditions? If you can give some more information then people may be able to offer advice.

Yes I deposited via Moneybookers and took a bonus, but I lost it all. I then saw that they were offering a free amount to play with, so I took that and played until I won. I checked the wagering requirements and it said requirements were met. I enquired where I must send my security docs to and then sent it off. Henry confirmed that my withdrawal would take 10 days. This seemed a long time but I waited. Its now 16days and still no payout. In fact my withdrawal was 'processing', but now it says 'cancelled. A David Miller responded on this website and I am hopeful to receive my payout.
Any help would be appreciated. I cannot play any online casinos until that withdrawal reaches Moneybookers as I don't have a credit card. Thanks

UPDATE

Just an update. Crazy Luck Support sent me an email saying they would pay out via Western Union because they have a problem with Moneybookers. They requested confirmation of my details and phone number etc. I have no idea how long this will take as I have no experience of Western Union.

MORE UPDATE

Now Crazy Luck Casino say they will bankwire the money to me and that all my details have been handed to their financial department. It has been 24 days since I made the withdrawal. I would like to know what my next step must be. How can I warn all the casinos patrons of this unfair practice? Do the Casino owners realize what impact non-payment has on people?

There is already a warning listed. Look at the top of this thread they have a link of the warning. They keep changing the way they want to pay you. I wonder what the next method is? I hope its the old go outside and a pigeon with a bag full of money will be flying by.

EVEN MORE UPDATE

Yes its so frustrating. It seems so unethical.
They have now sent me ZAR250 via Moneybookers. I contacted David miller on this site and their Support via email to complain that the withdrawal was for ZAR1500, but I have not received a reply from either.
I now feel sorry for players who do not know the problems this casino has, and deposit money thinking they may win.
There must be some way to give them fair warning of what bad service this casino gives. Crazy Luck casino may not pay me, but I intend to broaden my crusade. I will never rest, their behaviour is an insult to me.

I'm sure there was some terms and conditions for the free chip you won from.
Did you read the terms ? Did it say there was a max amount you could withdraw from it ? How much was the free chip for ? Do they remove the amount of the free chip at withdrawal ?
You really need to be a bit more specific ;)

Yes I did meet the wagering requirements, and the maximum withdrawal was app ZAR2750 which I new I would not reach. I confirmed my withdrawal with a Henry on Live Chat. I sent in my security docs and all was fine. Henry said ten days to payout. Its now 28days. On more than one occasion I confirmed my withdrawal amount with David Miller and also with Henry and Crazy Luck Support.
Maybe I am being too sensitive about the whole issue, but I was unaware that non-payment was ever an issue with any casino, let alone the casino I was playing. I am so disillusioned. Land-based casinos would then be the way to go as they are much more reliable.
Thanks for your input. Only on signing up with Casinomeister did I discover that there were so many complaints.
As I stated, I would like to warn others about the dangers of this Casino, or at least to join this forum or something similar.

Absolutely right. It really has opened my eyes.
Crazy Luck now says that ZAR250 was the full amount of my withdrawal. That means they pocketed the balance of ZAR1250.
They sent me a screenshot of my withdrawal, also reflecting the other part of my withdrawal as cancelled. I have screenshots of everything, so they are wasting their time sending it to me.

So are you saying the maximum cash-out on the free-chip you played was 250?
(It's not totally clear from your post).

He did say in an earlier post that the max cashout was Zar2750, but that he cashed out when he had 1500.
The amount he got was around $25.

FWIW the casino rep has reported to us that the player is misrepresenting the facts here. Apparently there was a 380 "max withdrawal" clause in effect, something about the player having reversed several withdrawals herself. I'm still trying to determine what the full extent of the accusation really is.

Hello Maxd

The maximum withdrawal is $380 which is 10xbonus. I withdraw in ZAR, a total of ZAR1500, which is well below $380. In fact, the bonus was ZAR380.
I deposited ZAR250, took a bonus, and eventually lost it all. I then saw the ZAR380 bonus free, which I claimed, played until I met the wagering requirements (Rival casinos are good in that that wagering status is reflected under the cashiers section). After sending in my docs I then did my withdrawal of ZAR1500. I confirmed it with a Henry on Live Help, and followed up a few times with him on the progress of my withdrawal.
I then noticed under the Withdrawals that it had been cancelled, and my balance on the casino was ZAR250 (I have no idea why). I then put that ZAR250 on withdrawal as well, thinking I may have forgotten to draw it.
I did not cancel my withdrawal on my side. I can prove it.

UPDATE UPDATE

Crazy Luck 'reversals'.jpgCrazy Luck final wagers.JPGCrazy luck deposit.jpgCrazy Luck withdrawal.jpg
Hello
I have attached the screenshots.
My initial deposit which I lost.
My claim of the $38 (ZAR380) freeplay offer with a 10xmaximum cashout $380 ($3800).
The reversed withdrawals.
My last bets date and time. Prior to withdrawals being done.
Where is my money? The paid me ZAR250 ($25).
Thanks

I'm just getting more and more confused when I read this. Either talk ZAR or USD. I don't really see or understand the amounts any longer.
The best would have been if you had been able to show us a screenshot of the free bonus you played. That way we could easily have seen if you are right or if they are correct.
Isn't there a way you can get hold of the promotion?

Crazy Luck bonus.jpgCrazy luck deposit.jpg
Above is the screenshot of the deposit I made from Moneybookers on 24th September.
The next screenshot shows an old freeplay of $190 on 26th April, which I lost.
Then it also shows the 250% bonus I received on 24th September for my ZAR250 deposit, which I lost.
It then shows the $38 free bonus I claimed after that on 26th September. This had a 10xmaximum cashout, that is 10x$38 = $380 (app. ZAR3800).

As you can see on my previous message my final wager was Sept 28 at 4:01:55pm.
On the Reversal History screenshot you will see a reversal of ZAR250 which I did Sept 28 at 03:18:19, which is correct.
Thereafter you will see five more reversal totalling ZAR1500. This was done after my final wager. I did not do these reversals, if I had done it would be back in my casino balance and I would have wagered more bets. Look at the dates and times of the reversals. It must have been done by the casino. This was after I communicated with them several times, and they had promised it would take 10days to process.
They eventually paid me ZAR250 which is about $25.
The casino rep said I reversed all the withdrawals. The question they don't answer is... If I reversed ZAR1500 withdrawals, where did the money go? Because they can see I never wagered it.

Oh boy, now they are offering another No Deposit bonus via the No Deposit Bonus Newsletter, I just checked my emails. Hahaha. They looking for more suckers like me.

Thanks for listening

Now I understand completely. They are saying that you reversed everything except what they paid you, but according to you, you never did that. The casino did it for you but you never saw the money. They were just gone.

I want to believe what you are telling us is the truth.
The sad thing is that you will never be able to prove that they are lying.

I feel for you I do, but I don't think anyone can help you here, so I suggest you just let it go and close your account at that casino.
At least you didn't lose anything. It was a free chip.

It appears your promotions are being offered in Rands and NOT dollars.

Afaik, everything in the software refers to the currency you are using.

Hence, your Free 38 promotion was for 38 RANDS.....and your max cashout was ZAR380.

So, they owe you ZAR130.

It's the only way that makes sense. I don't know why you would assume that your promotions would be in USD when your account currency is ZAR...??

Perhaps you could show screenshots of your current promotions to settle the argument.

I agree that Crazy Luck are shonky at best, but they may be right in this case.

You might be right Nifty.
This was the sentence the OP wrote that made me believe him, but the currency is confusing us all:eek2:

It then shows the $38 free bonus I claimed after that on 26th September. This had a 10xmaximum cashout, that is 10x$38 = $380 (app. ZAR3800).

Crazy Luck caters for ZAR currency, so when they offer $38, it gets claimed in Rands as 380ZAR. Their payout and betting restrictions are all in Rands, as is all Rival casinos offering ZAR currency. Therefore their 10xmax payout is ZAR3800 for this promotion.

Yes maybe I must give it as a bad experience, but I don't want them to con other people as well. Dishonesty should not end in success.

I know they are not a casino given accreditation by this site, but I have learned a good lesson.

WHAT IRKS ME THE MOST IS THE WORDS OF THEIR REP DAVID MILLER WHO SAID I REVERSED MY WITHDRAWALS!!!! AAAAARGH!!!

Thanks for allowing me to vent...

Could you please post a screenshot of your cashier? It will solve the issue.

You said you deposited ZAR250.....it was shown as such in your cashier. I don't see why your offers would be in USD if your account currency is ZAR.

I note that your history shows you claimed "38 FREE". It didn't say "380 FREE" which I'd expect it to if it was converted to rands.

As I said, a screenshot of your promotions will settle it.

Unfortunately they have no promotions in the Cashier at the moment. But the 38Free they refer to is in dollars. I received it in Rands, 380. Everything is multiplied by 10 when you play at rival casinos offering zar as a currency. I ended up with a final balance of ZAR1500 after starting with ZAR380, wagering requirements met.
I wish I had done a screenshot of every page at that time. Sorry.
