yes i am the old member but i was only responding to a members post about cool cat. i did not put money in the casino. i played the free money they gave me . if i had won of course i would have asked for my money just hoping i might get paid. i just played my free money and deleted the casino. once you read all the reviews on this casino there is no way i would put money of my own in it.

What so-called online gaming regulatory agency anywhere actually regulates anything? Not one with any teeth that I've ever heard of. And even if any of these agencies had personnel who could recognize a page of programming instructions when they saw one, who has the authority to demand that the operators or software providers give them access? The only thing regulating any online casino or poker room is the desire of the operator to stand out as an above board, legit and secure gaming house with superior customer service and prompt payouts.

if someone has been called names like Dave...it has been only from the few thousands people(idiots btw) whoom DO know about gambling online and forums world....on the otherside tho...there are billions who do NOT know anything....Im repeating myself.
Im 60 now...few years ago I decided to buy a computer....right? Ok....while learning how to use it...I received a spam or email or whatever ...I dont recall.
so I said let me try....cause Ive always liked the thrill of gambling.
I won.
After I won, I thought ...will I get paid???? Only AFTER I won...
before that,(the win) I didnt give shit about the 50 bux I would have lost.
I deposited just to have some fun.
Now, I won 27K....ahhhhh ok now its getting interesting...I want my money...so I got worried (27 fkkin grands)..and I begun asking people who knew about computer....how to search for something and how could I possibly get paid my winnings....and so on.Why didnt I do it earlier?Cause I didnt care about 50 bux...I relly didnt....a dinner with my wife cost 2x that...and its boring.
Since Im not the most idiot in the world (just out of probabilitys) Im sure that, around the world ....there are other ppl who just bought a computer like I did and occasionally liked to gamble and that did receive an offer.(whatever spamming)

When I was a newbie in 2001, I was ripped off more times than anyone can imagine and it was only when I found Gambling Grumbles (Julie Sidwell (RIP)) that I got back a fraction of what I was owed. I committed all the sins, reversing withdrawals, playing at rogue RTG casinos etc. etc. At that time, online gaming was a mystifying experience for me as I never expected to gamble on the internet. I was also losing heavily at land-based casinos so a switch was inevitable I guess.

Many of us may probably have reached the stage when we can easily spot a rogue outfit from a clean one but when I recall how I was ripped off by some of the rogues, I can understand how helpless a newbie can feel and I think we can be a tad more sympathetic and propose what course of action to take.
