Club World Payouts to US Players

Hi all,

Is anyone else from the US having problems with payouts from Club World? I requested an ACH payout on the 18th and received an email which states that currently withdrawals can not be made through ACH or Wire. UseMyWallet is not an option for me....I've sent a PM to the casion rep. also...

With the current problems, I am sure that this is a problem that CW can't help. Not sure that there will be any way to fix this but to use QT for the time being. I am sure they will work something out, at least we all hope so.

CWC Business as usual with QT

I requested a cashout from Aladdin's Gold to QT on Monday 4/18 and it was in my account as usual on Tuesday 4/19. No blips or delays. Same as always.

No problems for me either... Request before 9.00pm PST and its alway's in my QT by the next morning ALWAY"S!!

On that free chip the day that all those processors went down, I requested the max $500 from CWC and it was in my account in hours. They are the ONLY RTG I play at.

Update

Tom, the casino rep from Club World, has resolved my withdrawal problems. Not using QT makes it problematic when withdrawing and I appreciate the work Club World does to provide other withdrawal opitons!

Tom is a pretty good guy and will work to make the player happy. Glad all was worked out.
