The thing is Max, that we don't know as much as you do. We've been told that they changed owners, license, removal of the awards from their site which were put back, and that some staff have left them. We haven't been told all the shitty stuff they've done.

Now I don't play there anyway but my guess is that many people who are doesn't take this as serious as they maybe should.

You are correct, I certainly am taking it more seriously now. I don't plan to play there at all. I don't think I realized everything that was going on. I'm glad it's being discussed out in the open.

You guys have been kept up to date on the changes in management, notified that the significant people we knew and trusted are gone, been advised that more shit is coming and that you'd be well advised to hold off until those stories have become public knowledge. Given the sensitivity of some of this and the fact that we could get into deep shit by saying the wrong things prematurely I'd say we're doing pretty well, thank you very much.

Well, it's official - Martyn Beacon has given notice - and Karolina has given notice as well. They are still employed at the moment - but are locked in until their notice time has expired.

Due to these circumstances, to include the questionable license/business entity, I have not much choice but move them into the Not Recommended section. Please be advised that this is separate from "rogue" - players are still being paid, and the games are still fine - but I cannot recommend these casinos to anyone at the moment.

I've simply given up on the whole US-facing promotion anyway. Unless you're established like the older affiliates and have developed a decent player base say like KK etc. it's almost hopeless. I've had to remove Raging Bull, all the Club World sites so am left with Casino Extreme! Yep, one solitary casino. It's safer that way and I am fortunate I don't need the USA page personally, but I feel for those that it will affect who actually have a developed US player base.

I think you will be given the option to uninstall if you click repair. Otherwise just remove the folders.

Yup, that was pretty much my point. Once Karolina and Martyn have gone there are exactly zero (0) people that I know and trust left, and I've been working with them for almost a decade. The whole team is gone IMO and that speaks volumes about what is happening there. Not to mention the affiliate stuff that Bryan is working on. "Shambolic" is the word they use hereabouts and I think that pretty much nails it.

Ten years I have been working with Club World. They were a superb option for US Players. Such a shame. However, JF, Martyn and all the other members of the team involved who I have dealt with, were and still are upstanding individuals.

Yeah, I did the same and have only one US-facing casino now. Looks a bit lonely on the page, but there you go. But what choice do we have? Jeez, that is a sobering read! The Ted Loh situation is bad, but then again fraud and theft is indiscriminate - there is no empathy from the perps whomever they hurt, no honour amongst thieves.

I wouldn't worry about Martyn and Karolina; they'll walk into another position (luckily their reputations precede them) hopefully a better one and not be let down by scumbags ever again.

They were well aware of being rogued. I believe they will be giving out a lot of free money these days. I was told they would send my request to the management, but I suspect I will have to check if it gets closed. I signed up in 2008 and it was one of my first casinos

I have been with them for many years and this just breaks my heart that such a fine casino group could go to hell in a handbasket like this. I so remember the good old days and how they treated players , I noticed awhile back that they were not being so nice to players as far as promos , manager bonuses and so on so I stayed away. They are loosing some great people with Martyn , Stephen and Karolina and some of their CS , they sure did lift the torch for other casinos to follow and some couldn't touch them.

It is a sad time for the casino industry and those players who loved CWG and considered themselves loyal patrons like myself in past years.

Wishing much love to those who have given notice and I am most assured with your high integrity in this industry , you will go on to take your high standards to another casino and I will be one of many that will follow you !

To be honest this has gone DEFCON 1 and any webmeister who hasn't removed the CWG links on their sites by the weekend should be booted. I know we've already been advised in this thread to do so, and webmeisters have appeared here to confirm they have, but Max or Bryan should wield the 3-line whip here. It's in the rules and conditions for webmeisters not to promote any rogue crap anyway. Like any parasitic lifeform, once the blood supply is cut off, it dies.

WOW! Never would I have thought I would ever be reading something like this.

When I read the reasoning behind Bryan's decision, I was like "GOOD! Glad he is taking a stand against rogue outfits!''

I was even more mad when I read that Martyn and Karolina left without having a job to go to. That is sad. These people worked their butts off to make a great name not for just themselves, but for CWC. I am sure at times it wasn't always an easy job, but those 2 sure made it seem like a walk in the park. Now I haven't played online as long as others have, but in my opinion, there are only a handful of casino reps and managers that have the integrity, and honesty of Martyn and Karolina. I really do wish them the best!

It is also nice to see all the affiliates banning together to make sure people are aware. Kudos to you all! You have all just made me realize what a great bunch of people you are and have all gained so much more respect from me! You have all showed me that you are people that maintain the highest levels of integrity and honesty that players look for!! My hat goes off to all of you!
