Hi

As requested by Rusty here is a new thread with full clarification of our terms on comps and bonuses.

Comps no longer have a max cashout rule, this is already in effect.

Bonuses will not have a 10x max cashout rule starting on Tuesday 3rd July.
Some high value bonuses might have a fixed max cashout rule on Random Jackpot wins but that detail will be specifically mentioned in the details.

Wagering for each bonus will be in the bonus details page found in the email sent or by clicking on the link in the marquee message. Customer service are also available 24/7 for questions on bonuses.

I hope this matter is now resolved to your satisfaction and you continue playing with us in the knowledge that we do appreciate you playing with us and we act on your suggestions to improve.

Thanks

Jason

very nice. comps should never have a max cashout since it is not free money but money that was earned. we had a similar thread with emily (inet) months ago. she assured us that comps do not have a max cashout although i'm pretty sure it still states they do, on the webpage, in the t&c's. maybe emily can clear that up if she sees this.

Any free money given, that does not require a deposit, e.g. a Non-Deposit Coupon, loyalty bonus, comps, VIP bonus, vanity card, manager deposit, competition/tournament prizes, compensation bonus, inconvenience bonus, birthday bonus etc. (unless otherwise stated) will have a maximum cash out of 10x the bonus given e.g. $50 given max cash out = $500. Monies must be turned over at least 15x (unless otherwise stated) before any cash out can be made.(amended June 2004)

this from the inet page this morning. comps are still listed as having a max cashout.

Yes, we had this discussion now (i think) three times, but this have nothing to do with CWC ;)

I also thought always, that the comps have a 10x max cashout, but this is not so, maybe they should clear this from their terms?

@Jason, thanks for your new rules, these are really fair and this is, why i will play also in the future in your casino and i think, very much another guys too ;)

I think this is a huge step, imagine that, a casino listening to its players!! They have won my business back. Thanks Jason and CWC.

Im very Happy

Ive said it before and I will say it again....I just the love the attitude Michael and Jason have. Ive always liked playing there and Im glad I stuck by them. They proved me right while defending them often!

BTW...thank you for the birthday bonus this morning

This really is great news Jason.

BTW, I emailed you, I hope it came through okay? It was basically just saying thanks, but I've had terrible problems with hotmail lately, sending and receiving....just wanted to let you know I had emailed you. :)

WR 15x deposit + bonus for only a 30% "sticky" bonus is not really a great offer, but okay, nobody must claim it ;)

No it is not great but I have noticed WR on all RTG bonuses is over the top.
Personally I have barely ever got half way through a WR attached to a bonus before busting out so that says it all.
15* bonus WR alone on 35% is ample WR to cover the ev of the added bonus especially a slots only bonus.
Casinos seem to be over zelous with WR and their explanation is it is to protect themselves from bonus abusers but the reality is they are being over cautious and punishing those that take a bonus and play in the spirit it was meant.

Yes, this is really very bad and i miss 49ers casino much more, then before, because their bonus was always very fair, with a 100% cashable bonus up to $ 200 (Slots) and a WR with 15x deposit & bonus. ;)

Maybe your support should also be informed about your new none max cashout rule? ;)

"I:there is no max cashout, am i right?

Support: it is 10 x bonus or 1500"

Btw. i've made a deposit with $ 200, but it was declined for unknown reason, then i made a second deposit with the same amount and the same problem happens, so i thought, that my deposit was only declined, but as i looked into my moneybookersaccount, the money was away and sent to CWC.

The chat support told me, that this is an error on moneybookers, because they can't reach them, but that's not true, because i was on every time logged in and at the same time i made a deposit on Bodog, so there is really something misterious :(

while we are trying to update how terms are written....all rtg's have this in their terms..." all deposits AND wagering must take place within the allotted time of the promotion". ahh, ok? let's take the tempting tuesday or july 4th bonus at inet. promotion ends at 11:59 pm on those days. so if one deposits at 11:30 they have a half hour to complete the w.r.'s? i know this never enforced at a good casino but it is in there and should be removed. deposits yes. of course they should be made before the promotional period expires but wagering should be, and in most cases, has to be done when the promotion has ended.

That's not written on "Tempting Tuesday", that's only written on their monthly bonus and there is time, because one month is really very long ;)
mike check out todays july 4th promo page. i believe it's the same generic page for tempting tuesday. even so. today's promo is only one day long and accepts deposits up until 11:59 so there is no way the wagering can be done as it's written. again i doubt it is ever enforced but should be rewritten.

there is no way the wagering can be done as it's written.

If you claim the bonus at the beginning from the promotion, yes, because a $ 1,600 WR is not really so big, but you lose the money ($ 80) faster, as you can look, even with only a 20 cent bet :D

lol. my point is they will accept a deposit until midnight so it is a legal deposit but then you cannot fullfill the wagering as it is the next day when you start playing. promotion has ended as it is written.

I'll surely never play there, because now is nobody available in their live chat and my money is outside in the world, but nobody knows where!?

If i had know this before, i have never made any deposit!

Update!

Now a support agent could tell me, that my money is not in my account, because somebody tried to log in "their" account and after this their account was closed and this is, why i must wait up tomorrow, to get my money!

sorry, but i'll surely never play in such an unsecure casino!

i prefer to play only on iNetBet & Bodog!

Thanks for your understanding!

UPDATE

Hi Mike

We are a very secure casino, we have safety precautions attatched to all of our payment processing accounts, somebody earlier this evening tried unsuccesfully to hack in to one of our accounts, when a login fails a number of times the account is locked, for the safety of the players and the casino.

As for you being unable to talk to someone on chat earlier, that was because we had a problem with our ISP as did everyone else within a 5 mile radius.

These things do happen, I hope I have explained everything

Thanks for your understanding

Jason

ok, it's not on you, but when i make a deposit in any casino, i will play directly, because i pay extra fees on moneybookers, to get the money in real time directly from my bank account on their!

I don't want to wait some hours, or even 1 day, to get my deposit in my real money balance!

So please, if you can log in to your moneybookersaccount, transfer the money ($ 400, you know?) back to my moneybookersaccount and after that close my account, thanks!

Hi Mike

As i am unable to reach Moneybookers until tomorrow, I will deny your pending deposit which should return those funds back into your Moneybookers account.

Once I have received confirmation of the return of the funds, I will lock your account as requested.

We are doing everything we can at this point in time.

I will be back in the office tomorrow morning

Jason

Mike, I understand you're upset...I would be too. But I think maybe you're being a bit hard on them. It is true that an account will be locked if there are too many attempts to log into it. I'm sure that Jason would have looked after you for the inconvenience if you had given him the chance. But your money, your choice where you play. But sometimes things like this do happen unfortunately. I've had deposits get lost in cyberspace for up to three days....not a happy camper here. It's just part of transacting over the internet. It always gets sorted, but it can't always be immediate.

Hey dude - let's not hastily rag on the casino. I've just spoken to one of their reps over the phone, and yes, they were hit by a power outage. They are trying to do their best given these circumstances.

I've met these people numerous times, and they are really good operators. They've always been fair, and we've always seen things eye to eye. Give 'em a break - no need to rag on a good casino for something lame like this.

Perhaps a little Harpo is needed ;) (inside joke)

You mean this? Link Removed ( Old/Invalid)

;)

Ok, probably i was really to hard, but it was only, because i wanted to play and so i was very angry about it, that i couldn't do this, after making my deposit and i normally wanted to play with $ 200, but as i thought, that the deposit was not done, i was making a 2nd one, so there was $ 400 away, although i wanted to play with the antother $ 200 in another casino and that's why i'm so angry ;)

But maybe i should really give them a 2nd chance?

Because the live chat is normally always ok, if they would know their own bonus rules ;) and the cashier (michael) try always his best, to resolve all problems.

So if it's not too late and Jason read this before, please don't close my account, because i was too hasty with this decision!

Thanks and sorry for my hard words :(
