Club World Casinos Bonus and Comp Terms Clarification

It's a pisser Mike for sure. Like I said, I've been there. I remember one night quite awhile ago, I'd been playing for a bit and was down to my last $25 on my prepaid CC. I'd had a few drinks (shhhhh), and of course that's when I really wanna play. Well, I go and make my deposit and the page timed out, but no money in my account. I go and check my CC, and of course the money is gone. As my luck would have it, it was a Friday night..and I didn't see my money until sometime Monday afternoon when I couldn't have cared less if I played or not. The casino wouldn't credit me until their financial dept. verified the transfer with the CC company. Man, I was pissed. But I knew there wasn't a damn thing I could do about it. The casino did comp me a bonus on top of my deposit for the hassle, but I know where you're coming from. Sometimes it's just out of their control.

The same happend to me also one time on King Solomon's and this (and also their slow support, which answerd emails not before 10 days!) is, why i've closed my account there!

When i have a problem, i would at least contacting a live chat, which is available, because there are much biggers casino out there, which can also answer within only 15 minutes and so i don't accept a 10 day time for only one simple questionmail!

Ok then not!

I've written a PM to Jason, that he didn't close my account and he was online today, after i've written this message to him, so he must have read it, but now my account is nevertheless closed

Hi all,

I've never had any problem with club usa!
They always treath me right. I also have the moneybookers problem. Not $400 though.
I never had problems contacting livechat.
Same this time. They cleared everything up for me!
No problem herewhat so ever!
Support is always kind.
So there ain't a reason for me for not playing at club usa what so ever!!!

gr. mellow

ok, my account was now reopend about the live chat, but as i made a deposit with moneybookers, the same problem happens and it was no deposit available :(

Ok, now it's really enough!

The support said to me in the live chat, that he must close my account again, because he is not allowed to open it?

now you have my $ 265, so what kind of joke is this now please?

maybe you should not only close my account, because it's really better when you close your whole casino, because this really sucks!

It was my big error, that i would give you a 2nd chance!

Update: ok, now my money went back to my moneybookersaccount, so i had again much fees, for nothing, because every transaction from euro in dollars and the opposite, costs some euros, because the exchange rate!

Hi Mike

I sent you an e mail clearly stating that your account had been locked as per your request.

Today you came onto our live chat and asked one of the CS Team to re-open your account, this was done in error, and we apologise for that.

After this mistake was reported to me, I made sure that your money was refunded to your Moneybookers account within 10 minutes.

Its unfortunate that it has come to this, but we feel it is best that your account remains closed

I apologise once again Mike

Jason

I've sent you 2 days ago a private message, that i was too hasty and i have excused me for this, but you never give me any response for this!

But now i really hope your casino will close very soon, because how you treat your members, which have left about thousands of dollars in your casino, is not really fair, but it's okay, you can certainly do what you want!

Btw. a Casino which can only pay out a maximum of $ 3,000 a week, is not really very serious for me!

Thanks to iNetbet and Bodog, which always treat me right!

My experiences with Clubworld were nothing but good, and I have never seen a player complaint through my site.

That made me talk to the casino to check things out, and I am satisfied that Jason did everything he could to solve this amicably.

It looks to me to be a sequence of unfortunate coincidences and Mike, while I can see your irritation with this, I am convinced that no one there did anything to purposefully annoy or neglect you.

In any case, this seems to be the end of the story, casino and player parting ways.

I still hold Club World to be one of the best RTG casinos.

Ok, that's your opinion, but $ 3,000 max cashout per week is a joke, because if you hit there a jackpot about $ 10,000, you have to wait one month and on iNetBet you will get this money within some hours!

Hi everyone, i just have a question about the "No max withdrawal rule" I asked support today about the 30% bonus and they said there's a max withdrawal of 10x the bonus plus deposit.. I thought this has changed? Jason could you help me with this.. It's no big deal, its only 30% but i just thought i would ask and thank you.. :D

Actually a lot of casinos have this rule, but more times often then not, they waive this. It's strictly up to them.

I also have the utmost respect for these operators and trust Club World more than almost any other RTG (except iNetBet of course). I've always found them to be very professional, friendly, fair, and lightening fast with cashouts and so on.

I'm sorry you had a bad turn of events Mike. You know what they say, sh** happens!

Bryan, why the change in your opinion?

Bryan, you have always said that one way to distinguish a risky casino was to see if you will be paid in full should you win. You stated something to the effect that if you have to be paid in pieces, odds are the casino is working with a short bankroll. Why the change in your opinion? I look forward to a full explanation. Thanks.

it seems like mike always has something bad to say unless its inet or bodog.
What's your problem newbie?
You know nothing, what happens and it looks like, that you haven't read, how they treated me, so shut up, when you don't know anything, thanks loser!
Btw. i've written not only good things about Bodog or iNetBet, so maybe you should read exactly and not write a posting, only, to say anything, but not which was sinful!

Mike....come on!! Calling someone a loser, whether they're new or not, isn't cool. We've been all through this name calling thing before. It's not okay for anyone. You guys can disagree without resorting to that.

Peetey, we're all really one big, happy (slightly dysfunctional) family here.

mike if you can't handle the truth or that someone disagrees with you then you are sorry person and the way you started calling me names over my opinion is proof that you are a thin skinned immature person....lol...lol...lol

also i understand that english isn't your first language but you calling my first post in this thread an attack is a freakin joke...i'd hate to see if you were really attacked..lol..later though and good luck with everything no hard feelings

i think you have a very big problem, because i've never said anything to you, but you go on my nerves, so go away from here and raise in hell!

Btw. doublepostings also sucks, like you!

There are a number of casinos - mostly Playtech and RTG (a few MG) that have weekly caps on payments. In most case these are waived.

Were one needs to be cautious is when casinos fail to make payments on time - that's an indicator that there is a cashflow problem. I don't think I ever changed my position.

24 hour cool down period, and thread upgraded to closed.

I think I have made enough warnings in the past; as soon as threads start turning into flaming exercises, they will be shut down. Thank you for your understanding.
