Club Rouge more changes

Club Rouge changed bonus structure and guess why because it I a business decision to improve 32Red, been hearing this allot. Yesterday after making deposit ands later tried to claim bonus was told now on forward I have to claim bonus at the time of the deposit and have to opt in. For years Club Rouge players could claim bonus after playing there deposit. No more!! as well you could claim instalments up to max for day deposit... No more, to get max dish of the day you now have to do on your first deposit. So what makes it so special to be Club Rouge?

Ask Tirilej - she's in Club Rouge and knows the 32red system inside-out. I'm not in it so wouldn't know personally. I think Vinyl's in too.

Honestly I don't think it's ok to first lose your deposit and then claim the bonus. If you want one, then use it.
Claiming the rest if I don't deposit enough the first time I've been able to do. After what I understand something in their system would allow us to still do that, or it was at least meant to be that way. I don't know now. I can live without.

You still have a higher amount when using a bonus, and you still have more in comppoints, and it's cash.
If that's not enough for you then I don't know what to say.

Im in. And same for me.

Plus I cant deposit in download casino. Have to deposit on mobile casino... but now I like mobile casino better (except one time when i had bet usd700 on roulette black and i lost. Apparently i had placed it on red. But i didnt even do anything. Odds is 99,9999% software was correct and my fingers to big for my small cell phone)

Im glad they still let me be a member when Im not playing much. But in a few months Im back to normal play again. So dont voot me now please ☺

I don't believe this was ever allowed "officially", but was an unintended consequence of the old (and annoyingly flaky) deposit then claim system. The terms say that the bonus must be claimed before playing the deposit, although the old system would not necessarily enforce this.

The new system is intended to credit the bonus the instant you deposit, so you can just deposit and play, not sit around twiddling one's thumbs, make a cuppa, watch a film, etc whilst waiting for the claim form to load. When it works, it's an improvement on the old system, although it does occasionally fail to credit the bonus. However, the new system only gives you one shot at the bonus, so you have to make the best of it by making one bigger deposit to get the full amount of the offer. In the end, it's only enforcing the rules in doing so.

This change was a genuine attempt to improve things, so it's not the same as all the other "improvements" throughout the year that have gone down like a lead balloon with players.

Currently, there are TWO shots at Dish of the Day, and the second shot could be a better percentage than the first, but you won't know till you take the first and get to view the next one.
