Club Cash Casino showed up in my email - didnt open it, couldnt find anything on google or search (maybe i did it wrong) anyone heard of it? New take your money and run outfit?..............I was curious and tried to go via their address and it said denied access saying i was forbidden to access on this server..hmmmm maybe a phish or something

clubcashcasino.com gives you an error saying you're not allowed to access directory contents; so there's no website at that address.

More than likely, it's one of those spammers setting up a landing page advertising a fake casino name. When you download and run the installer, it'll be for a different casino altogether.
