Hi guys ...
On 1 October, i've deposited via Moneybookers 900€, on Class1Casinò.
I made a payout of about 70€, playing poorly and i've decided to withdraw, to change the Casino.
My winnings were cancelled, because the Casino informs me that the use of the Martingale as an abuse, even if this strategy was not used.
Canceled the payout, i've withdraw, angry, my 900€, Monday, 10 October.
The next day, the Casino is OffLine for maintenance.
From that day, despite several mail with support, the Casino does not want to pay.
Can you help?
I need my money ...

sorry 4 my bad english..

Casinomeister hosts the official Rogue Casino site - coining the phrase in the year 2000
Diablos,

First you should probably calm down and catch your breath. Up top there is an I-gaming rep section to check for a rep. I looked for you, and I do not see a rep. I looked your casino up and it is a Playtech casino licensed in Curacao. I am sure one of the members that knows about Playtech will come around and give you suggestions. You might PM MaxD (Our Pitch a Bitch guy) and see what he suggests. Most of all, stay calm and cool, no one will take you seriously if you rant and act all crazy. You need to keep your wits about you, you are more likely to make progress and hopefully get your problem resolved. :)

Thank you.

Unfortunately I've already expressed anger, now is also finite, because I don't know what to do.
You understand that 900€ are not few. I'll write to MaxD as suggested.

Will update when I have an answer.

I also tried to call toll-free number on the site, but the Vodafone IVR informs me that the number is not accessible.
From Cellular (H3G) equal to the fixed telephone.

Don't ask me what I said "special" to support because I know not.
I contacted them to international number, and I've talked to a girl of the Italian support.
Assured me that he spoke with the cashier, and was "pushed" to pay.
5 minutes after the phone call, sms ...

Case closed, and Goodbye Class1.
in the future, Only casino in the list.

Thediablos, you can be lucky that you got your money at least.
The casino is still not available, and regarding to the support they have no access to the money, so they can´t make cashouts at the moment. This goes now for over 1 week and is absolutely not acceptable. They only inform you when asking the support (ok, at least this, but that doesn´t bring me my money back!)
So you are very right at Casinomeister to have this casino on your red list. I should have taken this into account!

Hi Mischka

Unfortunately, I read later the list and the testimonies of many users.
And this closure is unacceptable, however, not specified on the site, let alone e-mail to its customers.
For me, only negative publicity..

I just got this in an Email on Class 1 Casino

We regret to inform you that Class 1 Casino has temporarily stopped accepting deposits and bets from all players, coming into action on October 11th, 2011.

This is a result of unilateral action of Playtech without any prior notice and at the same time grave breach of the contract from the side of Playtech. Throughout this action, Playtech has decided to shut down gaming servers and prevent all gaming activities in Class 1 Casino.

Class 1 Casino management has put a great amount of effort in resolving the matter by agreeing, but unfortunately with no success. This has taken longer than primarily expected, therefore we are informing you about this unenviable situation only now.

We are still taking legal actions in order to restore the gaming activities back to normal.

We understand your frustration on limited amount of information given throughout the past week from our side, but we wanted to make 100% sure that we have tried everything before alarming players and affiliates.

Further to the closure, we have already settled all obligations towards our affiliates and their earnings for previous months and we are in the process of handling players who, by the time of the closure, had positive balance on their casino account.

We would like to apologize for any inconveniences and we are kindly asking you for your understanding. We sincerely hope that we will be able to cooperate again in the future and thank you for all your support in the past years.

With regards,
Class 1 Casino

) an class1 official posted this:

Players with positive balance on their casino account are kindly asked to contact Class 1 Casino support on support@class1casino.com to be able to process their funds immediately.

So there may be hope for the players with money in their accounts.
I for myself will carefully read your rogue list before cash in any money to a casino in the future. Class1 is still deleted from my computer!

Dare we hope that Playtech is yanking licences from operators that damage their brand by bad behaviour?

A nice thought, but it would be a first. More likely, they have failed to pay their fees to Playtech, and even Playtech has had to resort to extreme measures to get their money. There are Playtech casinos that are still operating, yet ripping off players, including the theft by confiscation of progressive jackpot payouts that do NOT get returned back to the pool when the operator deems the winning player to have violated one term or another.

It is possible that this casino was more or less bust, and this was the reason players were having trouble getting paid. Playtech probably realised that they too were not going to get paid. In typical rogue fashion, the casino issues a statement blaming everything on Playtech, such that if they end up being unable to pay players, it will look like it is all the fault of Playtech.

I note that their FIRST priority was to get all their AFFILIATES paid, and THEN worry about having enough money to pay the players. This is NOT a legal way to deal with a liquidation in most countries, and looks like they have been getting their own money out of the company ahead of any official liquidation so that they can get preferential treatment over other creditors.

This reminds me of Action Online and then XXL Club Playtech casinos, who shut down all gaming, but then spun the BS stories about there just being "technical problems". It turned out later that both had gone bust, leaving players out of pocket.

It was pretty much impossible to draw any kind of comment from Playtech in these cases, but the statement by Class1 may have forced Playtech's hand, and they may end up giving their side of the story.
