i informed myself today about class1casino because i was looking for a playtech.. i like their new slots ;-).. fortunately i read too much crap about class1 so i decided again to NOT try them out ;-).

anyway i searched via google and at nearly every second casino forum, portal you will find a post or comment sounding extremely common with the one above posted..

some wrong letters.. stupid arguments.. playing on a casino that gives you 99times playthrough ;-)... lol--- fakefakefake

good work from the casino but me and most people here wont believe this lies!! bad marketing imho ...;)

iam too bored now to paste some ,links but look on your own thr arguments with the nice chat girls and the freechips he used nearly everywhere..

but this trick will work for them as many people think its a real person..

I'm in a good mood at the moment, so I'm not going to ban your account permanently. I'll just give you a fair warning that the members here - myself included - don't like shilly posts. Especially for a rogue casino (thanks for the reminder BTW :p).

It only takes a google search to see where else you've been posting. I'm guessing the casino is giving you extra bonuses to post bogus rave reviews. :rolleyes: Come away from the darkside and join the members here for real gaming - not some convoluted horse shit. Thanks! :thumbsup:

Hey all, as I already presented myself in another "hot" topic on this forum, my name is Kevin and I'm a representative of Class 1 Casino.

To be completely honest, I'm battling between posting a rational reply or an emotional one. Unfortunately, due to the fact that I'm acting as a representative of a company, I have to choose the first option.

Class 1 Casino never, I repeat, never explicitly instructed anyone to go on posting on the forums. Sure, if some users are satisfied and they mention that they are members of a particular forum, we do tell them to share their experience, why not. But we never told anyone (or, even more ridiculous idea, paid anyone) to go posting all over the web how cool we are.

We are not dumb, we know well that the opinion of a newly created member with 1 or 2 posts counts little more than nothing and that fake users are recognized the same second they post.

In some cases, overwhelmed users go on a forum spree, posting how happy they are and how great we are and after that they come into the casino and say "look, look, how good have I been. By the way, can I get some free money?", not knowing that they basically did us more harm than good. In such cases we can't do anything else but smile and roll our eyes... It's just how people are...

But on the same hand, there are also the users that go all around posting that we are bunch of crooks and should be closed. It's funny how the happy comments get deleted/altered, but the angry accusation comments stay there. And I think I don't need to stress which ones have a bigger affect on the general opinion. It takes 100+ good comments to overcome 1 bad one.

It's funny you pointed out the latestcasinobonuses.com forums, since most of the users from there (and the size of the site is more than comparable with casinomeister) are more than happy with our services...

Accusations without a firm ground to stand on are not the best way to participate in a forum, especially one that has a huge impact on the casino industry. Shouldn't we fight against trolling?

The point being that it's not "trolling" to point out a Rogue casino and warn folks off same. I appreciate that you're new to C1C and are looking to polish their considerably tarnished image but denying the past is not the way to do that. A Rogue becomes a Rogue for good reasons, wishful thinking -- or even re-thinking -- isn't going to make that go away.

If you want to seriously address C1C's standing then get in touch with myself, or Bryan, and we'll let you know what's required. I'll warn you though, if you're just going to blow smoke up our arses then you're better off making your exit now before this turns into something unpleasant. In other words real change is welcome but will require real effort on C1C's part and that would include you.

To be completely honest, IMO your entire post is total Cows-droppings!

You may not have "explicitly instructed anyone" to go on a shilling spree, but someone with financial interests in your casino (owners or senior employee) was definitely behind this in my opinion.
In my 5 years daily experience on forums, genuine players simply do not go round signing up to every forum they can find and cut'n'pasting their "wonderful experience" with any casino, let alone a slightly dodgy one like yours.

Hi Kevin, latestcasinobonuses.com is the biggest dump I have ever come across online. They don't have any where near the amount of active members as casino meister.

Also there staff couldn't give a crap about there members-they would do nearly anything for a sign up. I wouldn't trust LCB as far as I could throw them.

LCB should some how stand for incompetence at the highest level.
 
Well I am sure those that frequent lcb get what they want from it and that is fine but it hardly compares with casinomeister.
I am not flaming that site at all but 4 of their top 10 Casinos I wouldn't touch with your money (kevin)

Kevin, maybe you are unaware of C1C's history (unlikely) or maybe your indignation is just show but you will gain respect and credibility if you take Max at his word and get in touch with him otherwise take note of the "No salesman" sticker before you call again.

@KasinoKing: Since we don't have that many players from Denmark, I managed to track down the user "innone" that posted on these forums and I had a chat with him.

He couldn't understand what's wrong, since all he wanted to do was post some good things about our casino. He is our player for a long time now, he is really satisfied with our services and he wanted to do something for us. He was NEVER told by anyone even remotely connected to our casino to do this.

I agree that he didn't choose the best way to do this, but he is inexperienced internet user and he is genuinely surprised how this could turn in such way.

And to be completely honest, he has a point. Why is every bad thing anyone writes about us taken as 100% truth and every good thing anyone writes about us taken as 100% spam?

PS: As you said, I will continue this with max, I hope we can get some thing cleared and show our casino from a different perspective.

first, lcb is all about the money, imho...

most users there play freechips in the roguest outfits and lcb mods just add more and more of them.. no wonder you have good relationship to lcb..

if more than 50% of the lcb forum would ever visit casinomeister they would find all their favourite casinos on the rogue list.. just check the forum yourself.. if youre honest you would have to admit..:p

This really were just a little to early making me untrusted, ive used the last couple of well years to build up traffic to my not yet made website- ive done it all backwords reading and reading finding all knowleace tips and tricks and not even started my name is allready allover...Thank u very much i havent even signed up at my first affiliate program- that i hoped should be at casinomeister ive gained traffic all over the net. and now my efford is pretty hard to in time of short terms should sign up at all affiliateprogram websites..believe what u want but i did try almost all casinos and I am only playing at Class1casino now...im treated like a human there!! OHH i hate writing this much!! Here is some points of interest...

1. Don't swear at us. Asking us what our "fucking problem" is is not going to help.
2. Paragraphs are your friend. It's like my eyes are bleeding trying to decipher your message.
3. Spell check, PLEASE? You've spelled the word "names" as "Naymz" (see bold).
4. Make sure it doesn't sound like you're a nutjob. Seriously. I can't make heads or tails of some of the stuff you have written.
5. How can you build up traffic to a non-existant website?
6. And if your name is all over... Who the hell are you?

I could go on, but that would be insulting.

1.Its my first time posting here and i come here looking for days on google where to find a place to post my big problem with a beauty design casino but with a bad practice...... bad intention and NOTHING wich has to do with HONESTLY and HUMANITY!
2.I know the topic is something else ( i understand ) but i swear in our GOD that everywhere i will listen about class1casino i will TALK and i will SCREAM.

I have not connection at my home and after my experience at class1casino i learn that 2 players from the same home pc family are not allowed anyway my brother sign up there then i meet him at launch home and he said to me that he find a great casino wich you must try!
( eurogrand delete my brother account but not mine, casinorewards accept me and my brother without problem...... scratch2cash accept me and my brother without problem)
I go and try it and i register my details
300 % bonus and i start with 800.00 $ and that night ( after playing 5 hours i meet WR and my balance was 22.000.00 $ then i spoke with " great " support and they said i meet WR and i can withdraw but we are a bonus casino and your max withdrawal is only 5000 $ ( i dont think this is normal but maybe can be )
Tomorrow i cancel my withdrawal and i was again lucky and i go 40.000.00 $
MOre then never happy ( my 200 $ deposit was my last money into my credit card deposited through click2pay )

We found a similar account with yours and we decide ( without asking ) to close both accounts and send you back the deposit!
I check click2pay and the money was there!
Here my story START!
I e-mail them that he is my brother.Class1casino was my lucky casino and give me a chance to prove that he is my brother and me its ME.
OK they said that i must send all the proofs of adress,name, passport of mine and my brother NOTARIZED......( 32red never ask me documents like that but send my withdrawal from the first time i played there to moneybookers! )
I spend more money doing that and i send EVERYTHING!
The management decide to close both accounts and case closed.
The earth on my head......!
I spend with calls ....i talk with CLARA ........but nothing nothing nothing..
IS THIS HUMANITY....IS THIS HONESTLY....is this GOOD practice in this bussines!
I think this is a BIG SCAM!

but they just used a clause of their terms. have you informed and checked with them before about your 2 accounts on same household/pc? if not:confused: you really won big and they had a reason not to pay a dime. an honest place would have paid you the max wd of your bonus from such a big win, but as you see the class1 rep disappeared already, maybe he can say sth to your situation but you should make another topic or pab.


but it shoudl have benn clear to you before what is your max cashout by using a 300% bonus. these bonusses often have a max cashout in really honest and fair casinos, so 40k :p



glad you found casinomeister so anything like this shouldnt happen again in the future, hopefully:rolleyes:

Actually Coxwell it MS Booo...not MR. I am very insulted that my name was brought in to this conversation. I have made posts for this casino on my own...no one asked me to. I have not received anything for my effort. I posted simply because I liked their customer service. I did NOT know about their history under their previous name at the time. The next time you want accuse someone of such a horrible thing, maybe you should get your facts straight first. I can't say whether they have changed their ways but I have had nothing but good experiences with them. That is my opinion and I am entitled to it without being accused of something so disgusting. You absolutely barked up the wrong tree by accusing me. I can't say whether they have changed their ways or not, but I can say that I have no affiliation with them whatsoever other than playing there on occasion.

He promised to me that he will do everthing for this story!

i think class1 already noticed on their own and playtech runs their own business, imho.

Creating false accounts, and then assuming the fake identities of the account holders constitutes a clear breach of the casinos terms, to which you agreed when you signed up.



Class1 is within its rights to block you permanently from the casino, since you clearly admitted to abusing their terms and conditions, and as such, this is not a matter in which Playtech can intervene.



Im afraid that if you wish to receive further clarification, then youll have to turn directly to the casino itself.



Please let me know if you have any further queries or concerns.

Hey everyone. I know you guys don't approve of Class1, but I did want to let you know that I made my first withdrawal for $380, and it was in my Moneybookers accout within 4 banking days as they t&c's say. I always proceed with caution but I think this is a good way to at least start earning their rep back...at least a little. Good customer service and they paid me. Let's hope they keep it up. Ya never know :):):)
