Actually Coxwell it MS Booo...not MR. I am very insulted that my name was brought in to this conversation. I have made posts for this casino on my own...no one asked me to. I have not received anything for my effort. I posted simply because I liked their customer service. I did NOT know about their history under their previous name at the time. The next time you want accuse someone of such a horrible thing, maybe you should get your facts straight first. I can't say whether they have changed their ways but I have had nothing but good experiences with them. That is my opinion and I am entitled to it without being accused of something so disgusting. You absolutely barked up the wrong tree by accusing me. I can't say whether they have changed their ways or not, but I can say that I have no affiliation with them whatsoever other than playing there on occasion.

Anyway i dont wont 40k
I can remember that the max cashout for that 300 % bonus was 5000$ and i cashout 5600 $ plus bonus!
As you said a honest casino will pay but they ignore everything!
My second question if you or someone else can give me an answer is!
I contacted with a representative of playtech casino complaints!
He promised to me that he will do everthing for this story!
Do you think i will receive my 5000 $ there is any chance to change their decision!

to be in contact with a playtech dispute representative is a worth a try. maybe they can help you with your regard.

you see heres the rep kevin on board. ask him how much he cares. nobody would be able to give you an answer to that question.

i think class1 already noticed on their own and playtech runs their own business, imho.


you can pab here if you havent already or just wait what playtech will tell you.

We have investigated the matter thoroughly, and it would appear that the casino has acted well within the legal parameters of the terms and conditions set out on its website.



Creating false accounts, and then assuming the fake identities of the account holders constitutes a clear breach of the casinos terms, to which you agreed when you signed up.



Class1 is within its rights to block you permanently from the casino, since you clearly admitted to abusing their terms and conditions, and as such, this is not a matter in which Playtech can intervene.



Im afraid that if you wish to receive further clarification, then youll have to turn directly to the casino itself.



Please let me know if you have any further queries or concerns.

Hey everyone. I know you guys don't approve of Class1, but I did want to let you know that I made my first withdrawal for $380, and it was in my Moneybookers accout within 4 banking days as they t&c's say. I always proceed with caution but I think this is a good way to at least start earning their rep back...at least a little. Good customer service and they paid me. Let's hope they keep it up. Ya never know :):):)
