Hi im new to this board.
Im playing to some online casino and so far the casino cashout are fast or at least acceptable.
But heres the good old story about Cirrus ..they have this promotion with $25 free play.So i gave it a shot and won $150 ok the rules says you cant cash out more than $100 so its fine.
But now the problem is ive waited 3 weeks for my cashout to be approved and now they told me i had to wait 72 hours to be proceed once approuved.I found that strange its the 1st time a casino dont proceed to the cashout at the same time they appovre it.Anyways it wasnt a big deal.
I waited 3 days and the 4th i called them again..It was Mia on the phone..So far the staff was friendly and very polite but when i called Mia I said hello can i talk to Mrs jennings please?She said Why you want to talk to her?So i said i wanted to know whats going on with the process for my cashout.
She started to speak very very loud(if not screaming)over the phone telling me this is free chips so it can take longer than 72 hours.
I said ok ..but they promissed me 72 and she screamed the same thing again and again i couldnt talk to her.So i said ok thanx alot for your help i apreciate it..have a great day!
On the 5th day i finally chatted with Christine Jennigs ..she said she tried to proceed to the cashout but it wasnt a valid neteller account # ?
OK so i gave her my neteller account # again....and she told me it was going to be proceed on monday...
I started to do a little search on the internet and thats where i saw this great forum and finally sawe that im not the only one who got problems with Cirrus.
Anyways its not a big deal..i jut want to share my story with you.
Ill let you know whats going on and will see if they will be honnest 1 time and proceed to my cashout Tomorrow.(I really doubt it)
 
Just be thankful it's a free chip and you didn't lose any of your own money. This should be a good example of what will most likely happen if you deposit, win, and try to cash out.
 
Ya i know. But still they dont honnor their promotions and they told me its taking more time than people who made deposit.Well..thats not what im reading here!!
Even people who put their onw money doesnt get paid in time.
They are really laughing at their players..i wonder how they expect to build a buisiness if they cant be trustable.Too bad for them.I dont know if they realize that they are the one who gonna lose the more at the end by doing that.:thumbsup:
 
I really don't know why anyone would bother with these rogues, if nobody would touch them then they'ld either have to go away or become reputable.

Good luck for your $100, I did this promo a couple of years ago and eventually got paid, but for the hours you'll spend chasing you'ld be better off doing a part time job in burger king!

Ok i called them and told me i wont get my payment today because guess what?
Christine jennings is sick....So they cant do anything.
I said ok im willing to wait i just want to know when ill get the cash...the guy(Dan) couldnt give me the information..He said i cant say if its gonna be tomorrow or this week...i asked if Christine will be sick tomorrow too. he didnt know .I Asked ....You think its normal that we cant have any info when we gonna get our money? The guy was like ummmmmmm(speachless)He said well its not happening often.I said ok why is there so much complaint about your casino?(the guy was speachless again)
So i said ok look..what can we do any idea.The guy said no.Ok now i said well you know if Christine will be in tomorrow so i can talk to her directly?
Oh yeah suire she will be in at 2PM....Weird shes sick today when i talk about my payment...now she will be there for sure tomorrow around 2 PM.
I think shes sick of making payments.

You know what's interesting about this statement? I'll tell you:

A few weeks ago I asked Christine why she wouldn't just process my payment. She told me that it was out of her hands - that accounting is very strict and processes the payments themselves. This of course is a direct contradiction of what they just told you - that Christine alone has the ability to process payments. :what:
 
ok i chatted with Brynley this afternoon and he told me Jon didnt have the power to guarantee the cashouts.So i called Jon later he told me ''dont worry im the manager i will proceed your cash out in a few mins'' ..I said ok thanx.
Now at 8.45 PM (my time) i chatted with Jon and i asked him if he really said i should expect a payment today and he said yes and asked me to give him some more times ..so i told him no problem what time shopuld i expect to get my payment he asked me to hold on 1 min and came back..this time he said that the girl who that making payments as left so guess what....He promissed me 100% sure tomorrow.
Now thats funny..cant wait to see tomorrow!
Ill let you know again...and ill post every detail of this comedy here until i get my payment.(it should give an idea to all people who never tried to cashout at cirrus what process we have to go through before getting a payment at this casino.)

From your chat session with the CS rep, I noticed that you did not dispute their argument of you giving them an incorrect account number. This gave them an excuse for not paying you yet although I cannot understand how on earth they could have been communicating with you for so long and not knowing exactly which account you were referring to. I hope I am wrong but if they still dont pay you it's off to Montana Disputes. Slow but sometimes they deliver especially on such a clear-cut situation as yours.

I know i didnt dispputed, because i know its an excuse they using to not pay me...But they are not talking about my casino account ..they are talking about my neteller account..but i gave them my account # about 8 times..When i talked to Jon he told me he didnt have the good # account in his database.:what:
Pretty weird....Anyways i will continu to post my chat session here.

Ah, so it's actually the neteller account. Sorry I missed that in your 1st post at this thread. Well, have they confirmed back to you during live chat or anywhere else the account number(12 digits) and the e-mail account it is linked to? Surely, you couldnt have gotten it wrong 8 times.

I hope you get your cash early next week.

I remember when this casino dive opened. They vowed & declared they were not associated to Virtual Casino Group, even though the casino was sitting on the VCG server/s.

To add insult to injury the site design & some components were practically identical, but they swore black and blue they were not connected to Virtual Casino Group.

Over the years, I've lost count of the number of times Cirrus Casino has played their usual BS games. But still, they are alive & kicking and obviously still sucker punching players.

Cirrus casino is the boil on the backside of this industry.

Why they haven't been run out of Dodge City is a question I still ask.

Obviously these parasites survive by feeding from newbies or players that are unaware of their dodgy ways.

I'll have to disagree with you there. Most of the complaints I get about Cirrus are from seasoned players who know exactly what they are doing. I don't get it.

Google "Cirrus Casino" and look closely at #4 result.

And then try to guess how much traffic that page gets - not as much as you'd probably expect. Why? Because a lot of gamblers haven't got a clue on how to choose an online casino, (duh, let's see - what if I type in the casino's name. I wonder what might come up?) or they just don't give a flying rat's turd about their money and sign up anyway.

Bonus $$ has a lot to do with it.

So i called Christine..guess what!? It was the same voice as mia who scrwamed at me over the phone last time!
She told me to stop chatting..and calling or she will not pay me at all.
I stayed very calm and told her to not scream...and asked if i can talk to her.
Now she said yes you can..I said ok ive been paying for a couple years on many online casino..and now she screamed again..from my experiece people like you just takes the free chips and im will not waiste anytime on this..If your calling or chatting 1 more time with us i will make sure you wont get paid..what about that?
I said i talked to many agent and they telling me different storys and i know that even people who made deposit on your site didnt get paid in time.
