Resolved cherry casino gone bad

i was f**ked up by cherry casino. i deposited money to get the welcome bonus. got it and started to play. i ended up winning 3 figure amount above my original deposit. i made withdrawal request. it was denied and all the money from my account disappeared, also my own deposit. :mad:


then after several emails they agreed that they made a mistake and asked if i can make another deposit of 222usd and then they will pay me.
so i went and did another deposit and received their monthly 100usd bonus because of that.

now they say that they will not pay me anything!
reason is that i got the 100usd monthly bonus so i have violated their bonus terms... :confused:

i had cleared the welcome bonus several months before i made my 2nd deposit so should not be any violation and i have not played any games with that deposit and also asked that could they remove that as i am not going to use it.
 
As mentioned, you can file a formal complaint here using our Pitch-A-Bitch (aka 'PAB') service.

In a nutshell you file your Pitch-A-Bitch by completing the PAB form, I receive that, pre-screen it and then submit it to the casino people. The idea is that we're seeking a resolution to your complaint or a good reason why it cannot be resolved satisfactorily. The service is free of charge and is available to all Casinomeister members in good standing.

If you decide you do want to use the Pitch-A-Bitch service you are STRONGLY advised to read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ in full.

Why? Because you have responsibilities in the PAB process too, both in preparing your PAB and while the PAB is underway. A successful PAB process depends on you and your cooperation with our procedures.

Good point, for some reason I just assumed it was but now that you mention it it sounds much more like cherrycasino.com, not cherryredcasino.com

it is cherry casino not cherry red casino. i send message to huwcherry but it seems that he has last been online 16th June 2010. so will make a PAB if they do not answer my email today. thanks guys for the help so far.
