Greetings!

Have to report my appalling experience at Chance Hill casino this weekend. I received a email inviting me to a deposit bonus for the weekend. Upon login there was no way of claiming the promotion so I opened up the live chat browser. After saying hello and waiting over an hour no reply apart from that my message was read by the operator.

Sent a email to them detailing my issue and the one line reply of 'What promo are you talking about?' was unhelpful. I replied again and they said I can no longer email them as I was banned from this method of contact.

My next live support session which is still on-going after three hours,.. totally unhelpful and the operator called 'green' is refusing to close my account because I said his support is appalling. It's been two hours since I last typed and he hasn't responded.

Got a problem with support there mate.

Salmon has been pretty short and rude with me on several occasions. Still cant tell me why i cant access my account but its okay at ikibu...says it muse be my browser and his tech team would respond 24hrs later.


3months down the line and still no access....dont miss it as if a simple thing like this cant be fixed then im happy enough playing elsewhere
