Hello Rafelito. Looks like a nice site but I do have a question for you. Do you have any plans to bring in Ecopayz or Instadebit as a method of depositing? Regarding the statement below which is on the site, it would be difficult to withdraw. I can deposit by Mastercard but I do not believe I would be able to withdraw to Mastercard due to being in Canada. Bank withdrawal would be the only option and for me to deposit via bank wire would be too expensive.

This is NOT a Chance Hill problem / error, Unfortunately it is a Quickfire / MG problem and is happening at numerous casinos at the moment.
These things are totally out of the casino in questions control, yet they have to suffer the back lash of dissatisfied customers whilst Microgaming sit back and watch the profits roll in.
I'm sure Casino operators will report these issues as they've been happening on and of for years (especially with Quickfire) problems will get solved but again MG never seen to display any urgency when it comes to said errors.
I am very very disappointed, I go and make a deposit, Go to live help to ask for free spins, I am than told one sec, 5 minutes later they come back and ask have I made a deposit, Yes I said to be told hold on again, I asked what was they doing before, Than told min depo is £20, I ask are we talking about the same promo, It seems we was, Wasted 15 minutes on chat, So what is it £10 or £20, Pissed me right off, Excuse my language,
I agree that on a technical level it isn't the casinos fault Jon, that's why I mentioned at the end of my post about the nature of the internet.
I was passing on my first experience as these are the only games I tend to play regularly.
The thing is I only experience these type of issues at certain sites. I can play them at some places and so far have never had an issue.
I could list 20+ sites where I never get these problems, and maybe a half dozen where they seem to be a constant issue.
With that in mind surely the casinos affected by these problems with Microgaming slots know due to customer feedback?
