Casumo WD....kinda slow

Have had account with Casumo for at least 3 yrs, hardly played at all, decided to play last week, made withdrawal on Thursday night, wasn't until Saturday early they asked for ID verification, sent it in Saturday morning......still pending, at least they have the lock withdrawal option otherwise this is reverse w/d paradise, would have been reversible Thursday until probably tomorrow.

You are completely right, our withdrawals last week are not as fast as we want them to be. Its no excuse that the workload have been unusual high, we are working faster than lighting to get documents and withdrawals down to comfortable level.

Yes, but if in a hurry I find chatting to an 'ambassador' will usually get it sorted quickly, they really very good I have to say.

They say 23 hours... And boy they nail it to. last 3 have all been done 23 hours give or take 30 min. They use to be done in a 4 - 6

I don’t know why some casinos are slower than others in regards to withdrawals. Video Slots, I get all my money the next day if I make a withdrawal on an early weekday. Caddell, even with a verified account it took two business days to approve the withdrawal and four more to appear in the bank minus a $36 fee. That’s why I gamble almost exclusively at VS.
