Kwiff Withdrawal

Hi signed up to Kwiff last week after being told my a friend. I deposited £100 on Saturday, placed a sports bet and won back £575. I withdrew £135 and left the rest to mess around with.
My withdrawal has been pending since then, I deposited via bank Xfer and every other site I use send the money back almost instantly if it's via bank Xfer.
Kwiff emailed me yesterday morning asking me to send in
Proof of ID
Proof of Address
Photo of me holding ID
Bank statement showing the payment made to Kwiff.

I sent the documents almost immediately and am still being told under review. Bu coincidence another bookmaker asked me to send in documents yesterday and that was resolved less than 10 minutes after I sent in documents.

Am I going to have to be jumping over hoops to get this withdrawal processed?

Weren't good enough to keep their accredited status. I'd find somewhere else to play.

Five days have passed since I sent my documents in. Now one of their agents has said my account hasnt been looked at yet whilst on another chat they said it was being looked at. Can anyone please help? Do I have the right to proceed with Small Claims if I give them notice?
