We received the following reaction from the game provider:
Our technical team has confirmed that the decision was not processed in time because of connection issues the customer experienced on his side during the mentioned round.
He indeed had selected the option to PLAY, however, his decision had failed to be processed since the choice has reached the game server at the milliseconds before the decision time was over. This has happened because of Internet connection issues experienced on the user's ends during participation in the game. Nevertheless, as there was still some milliseconds left before decision closure event, a withdrawal call was sent to your casino server by our system (proper system behavior). As there is 1 second required for proper communication between Evolution Gaming server and your casino server a reply from your casino server was received after decision closure event, which resulted in the customer's bet not being accepted. Bet cancellation thus was launched and the user's play bet was instantly refunded.

I have had 2 times problems with Evolution before. Betsson and Rizk. Every time Evolution sayed problem was in users end, but those times Betsson and Rizk voided bets and returned those to me..
Casumo dont seem to want take this from Evolution.
