I pressed straight call and here we see what Evolution can allways do:

Do i need to PAB or go to MGA .. Which one is better

my account history show that i payed totaling of 208 €. Ante , side bets and Call. Ante 98€ , side bets 12€ and 98 Call.

Hi ,

We received the following reaction from the game provider:

Our technical team has confirmed that the decision was not processed in time because of connection issues the customer experienced on his side during the mentioned round.

He indeed had selected the option to PLAY, however, his decision had failed to be processed since the choice has reached the game server at the milliseconds before the decision time was over. This has happened because of Internet connection issues experienced on the user's ends during participation in the game. Nevertheless, as there was still some milliseconds left before decision closure event, a withdrawal call was sent to your casino server by our system (proper system behavior). As there is 1 second required for proper communication between Evolution Gaming server and your casino server a reply from your casino server was received after decision closure event, which resulted in the customer's bet not being accepted. Bet cancellation thus was launched and the user's play bet was instantly refunded.

I have had 2 times problems with Evolution before. Betsson and Rizk. Every time Evolution sayed problem was in users end, but those times Betsson and Rizk voided bets and returned those to me..

Casumo dont seem to want take this from Evolution.

Casumo clearly informed that they cant do nothing and sayed:
next time when you play live games with mobile in casumo , you must shut down other programs.

Fu*k , i dint even have any other things open.

Atleast 200€ is little money which i have losed monthly in there. usually 5-10 times that. So bye bye Casumo. :)

And i clearly need to file complaint in MGA now. :thumbsup: to Casumo for this.

Yeah. It is going to be 1-2 months waiting for that answer. Becouse casino has that 21 days to respond..

This would been settled with Casumo if they just have voided that bet ( no anykind of offer ). But they sayed : It is hard to do nothing becouse Evolution sayed that my answer was late.

They could have make their own decision .

I would understand if i have been in ( pita ) mood for this. But i tryed just talk about it first.
 
Uptade. Mga sayed No, becouse they trust Evolution. ( i hate MGA :) ).

But later yesterday i get an call from Casumo loyalty manager who put straight that hole money in my account. He havent had heard that there is ongoing problem with Evolution live games in my account .. ;)


Also : after i maked withdraw comed the nightmare " source of wealth " it is horrible

20 emails, 1hour and 20 minutes phone to Malta ( In my phone bill ). Then half our in chat..

Now it is ok and withdraw payed..

Ouch!

I was on the phone to Malta, from England, for less than 10 minutes and it cost me £7.


Should have just bought a skype pass, fraction of the cost ... and you can do skype to land line/ skype to mobile. I use that often when needing to call abroad.
