as per request some input
It's hard for me to come up with anything new, in terms of awards, but ill say my say regardless
Well best casino would still be 3Dice, although im slowly leaning more to 32Red, since they have been really nice to me and i haven't been using the chat perk in 3Dice, which balances the scale more, but also plainly looking at the dazzling amount of slots/games to pick 32Red is ahead (regardless of the fact that 3Dice makes their own)
its still hard as i know the support pretty much personally (as far as possible online) in 3Dice and have a superb relation with them, and regard their professionalism highly, i also am getting to know mark and steve from 32Red a bit, and they seem very attentive, and professional too, however i feel customer support could be better, when i logged in a few times in 32Red the CR was either sleepy, very busy, or unmotivated...thers different names so i dont know if the full time chat reps there are included.
Both software has letdowns unfortunately, like glitches, crashes or connection errors.
But i guess that cant be helped in an online gaming environment? please prove me wrong ^^
To stick to the scaling: i think they are evenly matched in terms of occurance and solving matters.
So after carefully weighing them, i have to go for 3Dice still, since i am a vip there and have all perks.
The difference is negligable atm, so who knows, maybe next year..
Long story short:

best management: 3Dice
best support: 3Dice
best newcomer promo: gold rush from Club Gold
(regardless of the fact i still dont know if they are a good outfit or not, i purely love that promo!)
best new slot: Star Struck, closely followed by Immortal Romance.
best Casino site: Casinomeister
I'd love to add fastest payout, but im unfortunately biased as i only cashed out in 3dice so far ^^
worst casino: ibutler (no fun games or slots, accept for a few rip offs, but tbh, they could have at least ripped off some cooler games
why did i even register??)
worst support: OKcasino (nonexistent, offline 24/7, no reaction to emails.)
worst management: inetbet (not in touch with their possible depositors, was the only rtg i deposited at albeit very low amounts and very wary, uninstalled for good now.)
Now for suggestions,
Adding an award for best and worst rtp, with percentages clearly printed would be cool, but that could not be done by the likes of me, would this be possible at all?
Best website layout/clarity? and worse of course, weighed on terms and conditions and clarity on methods of payment/withdrawl, the times they take and verification process applied.
It would take some digging but to see an award posted on thaose notes might be helpfull
