    Hi all,

    Just a heads up that Casinomax has changed their withdrawal waiting period to 4 days instead of 1-2 as their site exclaims. Support says it takes 4 days then an additional 4 days to process. So it looks like cashouts are now 8 days which can easily become 2 weeks depending on weekends etc..

    If this isn’t a new change then I am worried they are stalling to hope I gamble back my winnings. Not a good feeling here :(

    Been 3 days and still reversable

    Have patience or you know you are going to regret it. Stay away until it has been processed, they are delaying the processing in the hope you will reverse it - DON'T!

    Please for the love of ALL that is holy, do not reverse.
    And once it is processed, simply close your account. This is the only way we players can punish casinos who think they can get away with this utter rubbish.

    Seriously, do not reverse. And then smile like the Grinch because you beat them.

    They also have an issue closing accounts, I tried to close my account and all I got was arguments and bonus offers, after I explicitly told them on numerous occasions during the conversation that I do not play with bonuses and please close my account, I was looking for nothing other than account closure, got so pissed off I just closed the chat.

Given all the crappy gambling adverts on tv, and many gamblers showing tendencies of a struggle to resist in waiting patiently for a wd to process due to the fact its constantly sat there whispering 'psst, still here mate' everytime they might think about a flutter or simply get bored , then perhaps customer retention in this industry really is a pointless exercise.

    How about locking withdrawals during your technical issues? As you said, its your fault afterall so punishing players for your faults is not a cool thing to do.

    Or would that be too hard to implement in this day and age, because i suppose it would require weeks or months of coding?

    If they are UKGC licenced, just tell them you are keeping a transcript of the conversation and will be forwarding it directly to the UKGC compliance department... most of the time that shuts them up.

    If you're playing RTG's & use bitcoin, give Casino Extreme & their sister Brango Casino a shot - they are NOT kidding when they say "instant" withdrawals (one instant per day, don't know what the wait is if you w/draw more than once a day). It's my understanding you have to ask for the instant w/d, but when you do it's literally handled immediately. And on top of that, they have an active rep here. I'm becoming a huge fan.

    Just sad you have to come to CM and contact the rep here before things get cleared up. Seems you should be able to get it done with support before this. Oh well what do i know anyways. I left RTG long ago and have not looked back. I have never seen such tight slots in all my online years of playing. Also the rogue RTG casinos are many, more then any other software around(not saying casinomax is rogue in anyway). I agree, vote with your wallet people.

    Yes it was processed. The issue is the fact your terms and conditions clearly state 48 hours. It should not have been reversible after that point in time! This had nothing to do with my bitcoin withdrawal. Letting it sit for 4 days was a violation of your terms and conditions. You even state above you AIM to process within 24-48 hours. I don’t care if it takes 2 weeks. Letting it sit for 4 days to be reversed was not the correct thing to do.

    Sorry but I won’t be playing at your site ever again. Thanks for removing my bonuses as well because I won too much lol.

    And just to clarify... the delay was not the issue at all. It was the 4 day pending period in an effort to get me to gamble back my winnings that was the dishonest act!
