Casinoeuro Doesn't Pay and Close Account

Hi, i'm a new member and compliment for the forum. I'm from Italy.
I have a problem with CasinoEuro. I deposited in the poker room, i played and then my account was closed because they told that the other player deliberately lose. They call it dumping. I don't know what it means, but i don't know if the other player deliberately lose! I don't know the other player! What can i do? Casinoeuro confiscated my winnings and my deposit! I deposited 220 and won 75 and they confiscated all!! What can i do to take back my money? I don't do any dumping :( Please help me :(

This should really be in the poker complaints section so you could pm casinomeister and ask if he will move it for you.
I did a quick check on Casinoeuro and they look like a legit' operation so it sounds very odd that they would confiscate your deposit as well as your winnings.
Do you have their email explaining why they took this action?

So? What can i do? they took my money, how can i have them back? :(
 
You could try contacting the Lotteries and gaming authority Malta through their site who I think they are regulated by.
Unfortunately I am pretty sure they do not have a rep here.
Casinomeister is probably aware of this thread but you could try and pm him and ask what you should try next.
 
Hope to have an answer for you shortly. One of their managers will be opening an account in the forum shortly. I'm sure he'll be able to look into this.
 
I would expect you will receive a reply in due course.
Do not forget that they have to investigate your case first.
Also casinomeister is looking into it for you so if you have done nothing wrong there is still hope, just hang tight for now.

Did you get a response letting you know your message had been received?
If not I would write again and make sure you incude as much information as possible as well as your contact details.
I do not know how worthwhile this organisation is but at least you are going through official lines.
Your best bet may be casinomeister but since this group are not represented here his influence may be limited.
Than again if anyone can, he can, wait and see.
 
Casino Euro is a good casino.They don`t close accounts without a reason.
If you haven`t commited fraud they will reopen your account and pay you.

Just click on Casino Contacts,his user name is: CasinoEuro_Rep.
Send him a message.
 
If you get no response from the rep then
you could ask Casinomeister if he has anymore news?
He must have had some contact with the REP
He is extremely busy so it might be he has not had chance to update you with any news.
Have you pointed the REP to this thread?
There is little point in them being here if they do not respond to PM or post.
