CasinoBlasters (Playtech) not paying winnings

It's also worth noting that many of these places no longer off ther non-cashable 200% bonus.

Actually, I just looked up all three that you mentioned in your post (as examples) and Go Casino appears to be the only one who's not offering that bonus.

Both 24kt Gold and Flamingo Club still have that offer.

Hopefully my lack of research won't come back and haunt me. I wish I had found this thread sooner. I've played many of the casinos discussed in this thread and I'm currently waiting on cashouts from a number of them. It's been 2.5 week for 24kgold, flamingo and Go and a week and a half for about four others. I played the non-cashable bonus at each place. I finished up a little bit at each. I have one big win of about $700 at one but otherwise my cashouts are around $200.

How long should I wait to call or email them? They seem to be up to stalling but it sounds like in the end they pay.

It's also worth noting that many of these places no longer off ther non-cashable 200% bonus.
Last year,I tried playing at flamingo and cashed out about $200. It took about 3 weeks to cashout and it was after sending scanned documents several times and a lot of e-mails. Good luck, mate.

Hey Bryan,

Nothing good to report as yet. I must have called them 15 times in last couple weeks. Last 5 times I've called, they appear to be giving me the run-around. Apparently now there is only one person I can speak to at Security about my account, and last few times I've called, he/she is either "not there", "at lunch", "on break", etc.

Good luck to everyone else who is experiencing problems with GoldenPalace / Casino Blasters.

I'll be sure to keep this thread updated with progress.

FWIW, I have been getting regular cashouts on day 3 just about on the button. Have been having a great experience, knock on wood.

And how come you are the only person that seems to get paid by them? And why keep going on about it? These people on this thread are not getting paid and they don't need to keep hearing you bragging about it.

Or do you work for GP? and this is supposed to be some damage limitation exercise. If it is then the best damage limitation is to pay the players.

I've been getting paid with similar regularity, and I doubt me and him are the only ones. After all, this groups must have at least tens of thousands of players and thus far there are about 4 complaints. Might the players possibly be involved in something sketchy??

This group is unfortunately trying to screw me as well. I made deposits at three of the casinos, Golden Palace, Grand Online, and Aspinalls for their 10% Neteller bonus. Between the three casinos I made about $3100 in profit. Then suddenly they locked my accounts and when I called them to inquire the security department said I was a bonus abuser and that they would refund my deposits but I wouldn't receive any of my winnings (even though I definitely followed the TC). I should note that I actually did the initial deposit at these casinos (the 100+200 sticky) and lost the $ all three times, and also that my friend played this casino under the same reload and lost the bonus plus like $30 of his own $ and they paid him in 3 days. So it seems they have absolutely no problem with you playing and using a bonus, just when you win with the bonus they'll come up with any excuse in the book to avoid paying (being it calling you a bonus abuser or saying you're part of a fraud ring). After I called them, I noticed they had conveniently put new stuff in the TC (post https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/new-golden-palace-terms.8722/?t=8722) to try and get around situatinos like mine (the guy on the phone told me several other people were doing the same thing as me so probably others are getting the same nonesense from them). I personally feel this behavior warrants them being on the rogue list far more than for simple "stupid casino tricks" as they clearly have no desire to pay people who win at their casinos. All of you who state that you don't have trouble receiving cashouts from them, how many of you have actually won a good amount there?

I am also owed $3000 by the golden palace chain, in particlar 1400 from aspinalls and 1725 by OnlineVegas . I have finally stopped presuming that the initial withdrawal always takes a long time when i noticed my accounts were now locked. The other 11 casinos in the chain were happy to keep my $100 loss. CasinoMeister add this complaint to the ones you already have about this chain and can you give me the Playtech complaints address please

UPDATE:

Finally got through to someone at GoldenPalace/Casino Blasters casino the other day - they agreed to pay my winnings in full!

Most memorable quote from the conversation:
Security guy: "It looks like you've complained to every body on the planet about this." - I made reports to Playtech, KGC, Neteller and this thread on here. I was one step away from posting on the GPWA site.

This morning they paid over 2/3 of what they owe me. They still owe around $1800 (out of around $7000 initially). It took 6 weeks (I think) to get paid - but I'm just happy to see my money :)

I'm quite sure they will pay the rest - and will keep everyone updated with progress on this.

Good luck to everyone else having problems with them. I think as long as you are not trying to scam them (fake accounts) and are willing to call them incessantly for weeks on end (as I was), they will pay up eventually. Thank God for people like Bryan, who fight for those with no voice (like me). I will be a faithful contributor to this site/forum from now on.

Typo

Glad to hear you were (eventually) paid, JHV and congratulations on your determination in putting these people under pressure - they sure don't like the spotlight as evidenced by the "security" fellow's comments.

This long 6 week payout delay and then only managing two thirds of a mere $7 000 payout doesn't say much for their liquidity!

I had been waiting on a payout from 24kgold for about four and a half weeks. I had played the non-cashable bonus. I finished with $174 that I could cash out.

Well it turns out that even though I had my documents filed with another casino in the group there is a glitch in the system - none of the other casinos had cleared my docs but they also didn't notify me they needed them. The woman on the phone said she'd send an email to security clearing all my accounts with the group. A day later I received an email from security asking for the top of a bank statement.

The other casino that did have my docs is Grand Online. I played there a few times. The last time was when they did the 10% neteller promotion. They cashed that out immediatly.

In the end she appologized for the delay and said there should be no problem. I've not seen the withdraw yet but I feel like I will. I'll let ya'll know WHEN I get the cashout.

....

After a PAB, two complaints to playtech, and two to kahnawake, these three casinos have paid me all my deposits and winnings. I'm certainly glad they did so (and thanks to all who conributed to them doing so), but I can't say I'd recommend anyone play at these casinos as they seem to apt to invent "invisible" terms for their bonuses to try to avoid paying those who win.
