This pretty much gives the authority to any casino to take whatever they want out of your Neteller account.

I deposited $150 at Vegas Palms casino last night. Today when I logged in I noticed I had more money in my account than I should have had. So I check Neteller and guess what? They took out TWO deposits at the exact same time when I only made one deposit.

So on the playcheck screen it shows this:

Time Trans# Description Wagered Payout Delta Balance
-- -- -- Opening Balance -- -- -- 120.00
1/13/2004 02:08 1628706 ---- Vegas Palms 100% Match up to $150 -- -- 150.00 270.00
1/13/2004 02:19 1628756 ---- Neteller 10% up to $1000 -- -- 15.00 285.00
1/13/2004 07:23 1628878 ---- NETeller - Manual Update -- -- 150.00 435.00

This manual update crap should NOT be allowed. That basically gives them the authority to drain my account.

From CashCheck
Date Transaction Purchase Method Amount
1/12/2004 1628581 NETeller 150.00
1/13/2004 1628878 NETeller 150.00

From Neteller
Jan 12 22:13 Selborne Ltd. $150.00 - USD Accepted
Jan 12 22:13 Selborne Ltd. $150.00 - USD Accepted

I called the casino and they basically said I could do a withdrawal request for the extra $150 they took out. He kept implying I did two seperate deposits 5 hours apart but it's obvious from the Neteller logs they did a double take on me. Not to mention I was asleep at the time my second deposit purpotedly happened.

Bunch of BS!!!!!

Now that I think about it, the manual update was probably the result of account auditing and they noticed I had two deposits but they only credited me one.

However this does not negate the fact that I only made one deposit and only pressed submit one time. What's to stop the next casino from trying to get 5 deposits from me or you?

I had this problem with Neteller also. When I chose the Neteller option at the site, I filled out my Neteller #, sec ID and then the last 4 digits of my account. When I went back to my Neteller account, bam, double dipped. I called Neteller and they explained that when I do this (put my last 4 digits of my account when doing my casino transaction at the site) I will get xx$'s in the casino account and it will also put the same amount in Neteller. I stopped putting in the last 4 digits and have not had a problem.
Maybe not the same deal you have..but thought I would throw it out.

No it's not the same. The only reason you need to put your last 4 of your bank account is when you're doing Instacash and I have plenty in my account to cover any normal deposits.

Vegas Palms did take care of the matter promptly when I called. When I woke up the $150 was back in my Neteller and they gave me a phone call to let me know.

I still think they could have given me $50 for my troubles though lol.
