Roguish Casino Royal Club is not paying winnings

Hi.
I want to tell my situation.
On August, 18th I have received from they (Casino Royal Club) email with promotion 10 FREE.
I have taken advantage of their offer. To me I have carried also have satisfied a condition on wager and have won.
Next day I have sent documents for continuation withdrawal and have asked in their online a chat, I can make now the deposit for continuation withdrawal. Their operator has told: yes you can make a withdrawal after make a deposit.
I have made the deposit for the sum 25 USD and
Has ordered Withdrawal for the sum 75 USD (it agree your offer 10 FREE).
For that moment my balance was 301 USD.
After the order withdrawal the balance became 0.00 USD
By their rules under the offer 10 free I could remove only 50 (prize) +25 USD (my deposit).
This transaction has appeared in mine account and was in status Processed.
Then when I have come into the account in your casino I have found out, that on my account there was a sum 25 USD and in account the transaction ordered by me 75$ was gone. And in cashier where is shown reversible withdrawals the following information: - "3602077398 75.00 Moneybookers CANCELLED , 8:07:42 PM"
I communicate 15 !!! days in chat with their employees Rick and Nancy, but they cannot help me or simply close chat!!!
All the necessary documents I sent.
Now every day they say in chat: contact us tomorrow or the day after. And the link to technical problems.
But I do not trust them.
I think they're just crooks.
Can anyone help ?

Those last two comments are not going to help you get this resolved. There could be genuine reasons why your cash-out is delayed.

Can you tell me, have you ever cashed-out from any other Rival casinos to Moneybookers without problems before?

Although this casino is not actually in the Rogue Pit, they are Rival which means Casinomeister might decline to get involved with your case. (i.e. a Pitch-A-bitch might not be allowed).
I do have a contact at the casino who I could ask to look at your case if you want me to, but he's not online right now (it's the weekend!) and I'm going on a short break for 5 days from tomorrow, where I shall be avoiding my laptop as much as possible! So if you do want me to try to help you may have to be patient for 6-7 days.

In which case the "Rogue" label is premature don't you think? I certainly hope you didn't just tack that on in order to get attention to your issue. That would be a misuse of your posting privileges here at Casinomeister (see the Forum Rules regarding "personal agendas").

It has been written to draw really attention.
Still a problem in that that I not so well know English.
Therefore probably has not absolutely correctly understood a word "Rogue"

Not only Casino Royal Club is rogue but also the affiliate program Royal club affiliates is roguish and dan varley...

They dont pay affiliate commissions. They always tell you you will be paid and you never received. You send an email and you dont have answers.

PLEASE DONT PLAY on Casino Royal Club and DONT PROMOTE this casino YOU WONT BE PAID !!

Such dishonest people should be blacklisted everywhere it is NOT acceptable ! :mad:

Maybe I should be asking whether you have cashed out solely from the Rival free chips and never risked a dime of your money. If so, they might be labelling you as a bonus abuser and be reviewing your cashout. They will likely pay such a small amount and even if not they will still refund your deposit. However, you might be banned from promotions across the board for all Rivals.

Meanwhile, calling others crooks and swindlers without concrete evidence does you no good.

I have been waiting a month for my withdrawl from casino royal club.They keep promising each week i will recieve it that week and it never happens.Its actually still showing reversible in the cashier.

I signed up at the casino a few years ago.The lady on the live chat told me that they do us batches of withdrawls only once a month.I put in for the withdrawl on apil 5th and my withdrawl is still showing as reversible in the cashier.Every time i contact live help they promise me its going to get paid next week.That was 4 weeks ago.
 
I'm surprised you were even able to win at a Rival casino. That's hard enough.. I don't trust their software for one bit, and I'm sad to see some live dealer casinos started to add their 3D-slots to their games.
I only know of Royal Club because of the countless spam email I received on my player email address.. so they must treat those affiliates well, either that or they're into that kind of shady business themselves.

Glad about the 3D slots part being another software client.. didn't know that. Those times I played them at Rival casinos though, I found them to be quite buggy.
And Rival, well the only one I had luck at was Vegas Regal, before they ran into problems. At all the other ones it felt like they were stealing my money. If there was such a thing as rigged machines, I would bet on them being so. Add the lousy bonuses and being unable to check how far you are with finishing the wagering requirement and it's a done deal for me. Oh and the Netherlands Antilles accreditation, don't fancy them (trust them the least of all) either.
 
Interesting. How does a thread from last year get dragged up to this present day:confused: More noteworthy, is that the same casino named is still having issues. Definitely on my 'to avoid list':cool:

I have just read on 2 other forums that casino royal club does not pay its players.One person has been waiting for an approved withdrawl for over 3 months now and they keep telling them for sure they will recieve it the next week.

Two days later I had my last winnings.So it tooks about a month for the entire amount.Of course, in the meantime, I've been cut off from any promo.:rolleyes:

Thankyou for your input Temperance Fox.My withdrawl is for $900.I just find it kind off funny that my withdrawl is almost going on 6 weeks now and it is still showing as reversable in the cashier window.

The reason I asked when you signed up, is because Casino Royal Club only opened in April last year, and so it couldn't have been "a few years ago". They were also only accepting new USA players up until August 7th - so quite a small "window" for you to join in.
Are you sure you're not getting it muddled up with a different casino?

I still haven't put in my own withdrawal request yet (still playing my excess funds), but hope to do it sometime this week.

Thats when i signed up then.I checked my deposit history and i had a couple of deposits with quicktender when they first opened.Kasino King you are the one that helped me with Always Vegas a while ago.I apprecaited that.
 
Going on 9 weeks and my withdrawl is still showing reversible.I dont know how they can still be taking deposits when they have no way of paying people.Unbelievable!
I have to say - I'm starting to think they may be stalling.
I sent my documents 3 days ago - but still my withdrawal is "reversible"

Yes Kasino King i think they are stalling.I am hearing all kinds of non payment isues from a lot of forums about casino royal.A lot of them are even from people in other countries so its not just the US.:(

I went on Live Chat yesterday and today, and was told they didn't get my e-mail I sent 4 days ago with my documents :(
They just said re-send it - but what is the point if they're not getting my e-mails?
I have just sent e-mails without attachments to all their e-addresses asking which one to use.
Let's see if I get any replies...

No - nothing has changed.
My withdrawal is still reversible and not one of my e-mails has been answered (sent to 4 different e-addresses).

Another week goes by and my withdrawl is still reversible.I cant believe that they are still taking peoples deposits and they have not payed out anybodys withdrwals for 12 weeks.That is unheard of.KasinoKing have you heard any new news about your withdrawl?

In the past, this has certainly always been the case.
The huge problem with the Rival set-up though, is that it's impossible for the normal player to contact them direct.

I know Bryan (CasinoMeister) did used to have a means of contacting Rival - but I don't know if he still has that, or if he would be even vaguely interested in getting involved.
I wish he (or someone else as influential) would take an interest, because IMHO right now Rival need a HUGE kick up the ass :mad:

There are still quite a few reputable Rival casinos (two are even accredited), but IMO the whole brand is getting tarnished by the unsavoury behaviour of just a few of their cowboy operators and Rival's apparent lack of interest in stepping in to sort them out is just exacerbating the problem. :(

I have heard on other forums that i have been looking at that they have not been responding to anybodys emails.One lady has been waiting months for a withdrawl from them and the live chat has a different excuse every time.Its the same thing they are doing to me.Now they are telling me i will get my withdrawl for sure sometime this month.They are realy crooks if they are still taking peoples deposits every day without letting them know we have no way of paying them.I really wish we could get someone from rival to do something about this casino.

To be honest, I haven't even tried to chase them for the last week or so - been busy.
But I do know they still have not replied to any of my e-mails and they definitely haven't paid me. :(

I guess im going to give up on my$900 they owe me.Its just a waste of time going on the live chat because it is nothing but lies.It just makes me so mad that they are still open for business and taking peoples deposits when they have no intention of paying the winners.SUCH CROOKS!!
