Casino Rewards loyalty points issues

I now have the same problem. Points for 130,- € can not redeem. The support says I just have a little bit to pay, what then convert the points back. Bad joke. Exactly how much he did not know. I deposited there over 2500,- in the last six months. I had one (and the only!) winning payout a few days ago which was slightly higher. Since I am disabled. Could someone already solve the problem?

The bonus crediting system they use is actually a good idea -they just apply the most inane rules to how and when you can access your points.

Considering that comp points are awarded via the same system, to deny a player the ability to cash them in whenever they want is ridiculous. Who ever heard of not being able to claim earned comps without making some further indeterminate amount of deposits.?

I've had $20 sitting there for years but can't redeem it - and they keep sending me bonus offers expecting me to come back to the fold. Don't think so.

I have 460 EUR worth of loyality points in my Casino Rewards account which I can't redeem. And I still keep getting e-mail invitations to deposit for bonuses which I never will be able to have. The only reason that I can't redeem the loyality points is probably because I happened to have a large 3000€ win in slots and cashed out.

To demonstrate to them that I was willing to play without bonuses I deposited 300€ and cashed out 1155€ without any bonus but they still didn't let me redeem the points. When I queried this with Customer Support I was told point blank that as long as I am ahead with them my loyality balance remains locked. At this point I don't plan losing 4K there just to be able to redeem those chips.

Wow that's disgraceful.

I think this is rogue behavior -you earned those points and you should be able to use them.

360 € locked here ... i also had a big win there (2k on slots) but i ve lost the next few days AFTER meeting the wagering requirements before i requested a withdrawal ...

Casino Rewards stinks....

stopped playing there years ago when they did the same type of thing to me and they ended up locking my account!

Stay away from this group, they are the worst.

I agree.

The surprising thing is that they actually admit that as long as the player is ahead they won't let him redeem his loyalty points.

Shocking.

This is unethical behaviour. Is anyone going to notify Max on this issue? Anyone thought of a PAB?

On this thread alone, there are about 4-5 players that have confirmed locked loyalty points. I do not want to think how many others have been subject to such unscrupulous treatment.

Nate

I have EUR270 locked on my rewards account. My only "sin" is that I am ahead. I lost when I played with a bonus, won when playing without a bonus twice.

I agree Nate, and the problem is widespread.

It just doesn't make sense - how do they ever think they are going to get their money back from winners? Very short sighted IMO.

I think it might be worth asking Max as we aren't talking about peanuts here.

Shocking.

Shocking? Not so much considering what I've seen in online gambling over the years.

Consider two players:

1. Walks into the casino with 10k and loses
2. Walks into the casino with 10k and wins another 10k

Keeping in mind that these are house edge games that (in the long run) won't be beaten by the players, which player do you want to entice into returning tomorrow? The one with no money or the one with 20k?

The complete lack of understanding by most operators of this very simple fact is a pretty good indication that the industry still has a lot to learn about gambling.

Thank you all for your statements in this affair. This group really disappointed me .

I sent an email to Renee CR Affiliate Manager yesterday. But maybe she is on vacation.

It's also impossible to get off their promotions mailing list once they have your email. There latest beauty is for Casino Classic promoting an opportunity for Beta testing with $1100 cash, but there is only limited sets available, then there's a counter saying there's only 194 seats left which randomly generates all over the place i.e. 194, 189, 188, 194, 178 etc.

This is truly misleading as I'm sure there is no such thing as limited seats.

I am in the same situation from years.
About 2 years ago I had a nice win on Zodiac and immediately after my vip points were frozen.
The chat operator was very frank to tell me the problem was that my overall balance on the CR Group was "positive" and so I could not redeem the VIP points untill I woulnd't get back to be in "negative".

When I asked how much to deposit to unlock the points, the answer was "don't know". This was double disappointing me, but now I understand they really did't know, in fact if a player deposits and by accident wins again, the VIP points unlocking gets even more complicated instead of being solutioned.

My opinion is that there is a little bit of confusion between the "BONUS" concept and the "VIP POINTS" one.

Of course I did quit playing there. I also wrote few lines to ecogra asking if such a behaviour was correct, but no reply. At that time I did not know very well CM, and what a PAB is.

Had the same thing happen in 2008. Haven't played there since and all my accounts are closed.

My account got locked as well after registring 3 different accounts. Got the same reply and didn´t have to play very much to open it again. Since then I´ve started an account at almost every casino in the group and it still works. The redeemed points ends up in the bonus balance though.

It seems we have good evidence that the points are ALWAYS locked whenever a player gets ahead at the group.

This is the first time I have seen them admit this. When my points were locked long ago, I was also ahead. Although I had only withdrawn £50, this withdrawal and the balances remaining in play WERE more than my total deposits.

The problem then was that they LIED to me outright, and told me it was about "not showing wilingness to risk my own funds".

During my more recent play there, I have been DOWN, so have NEVER had any problems redeeming the points.

Now I KNOW that if I ever win enough to get ahead overall, my points will be locked until I am DOWN again, and NOT until I have "shown willingness to risk my own funds".

This means that if I ever have a big win there, it's time to leave the group for good & take the winnings elsewhere.

Fortunately, I have recorded total deposits and withdrawals for all my play at all casinos, so will KNOW when I am ahead overall.

Renée replied to me yesterday. She has my total deposits compared with the bonusses. The system uses an algorithm that calculates. It is therefore a mismatch between deposits and related bonuses and that's why I locked in the system. She can not remove this barrier for me and says it will open automatically, if I deposit more. After this, I paid another 100,- and won 600,-. So nothing will change.

Yes they told me that too. Then I deposited 300€ and gambled it to 1155€ cashout without any bonus. They couldn't say anymore that I was not willing to risk my own funds and they were forced to admit that it was because I was ahead.

The best way to play this group would be to take all the bonuses you can and play them in a very high-risk manner so that you lose most of the time. This way you can hoard a lot of bonuses from them. So you probably shouldn't settle for a three figure withdrawal but head out for a middle four figure one. When you eventually win big time, make the large cashout and never come back.

I hate to do this since I will probably be flamed, bashed and spat on, but I'm going to put my 2 pennies in.

While I don't really agree with having your points locked for being ahead, you are still AHEAD, so I have a hard time feeling sorry for you.

I wish I could be lucky enough to have my points locked, I would take winning over bonus money any day.
