Casino on net Steals $720128.98 from player!

LMAO Bryan, that is a riot that his accounts with GF were both closed today! I love it when good things happen to good people like this.

BTW, who is this 'Casinom Eister' he keeps talking about on his website?? And how does he know his sexual preference?? I'm guessing he's referring to himself in the third person there.

Let's see, first he tries to scam us about CON, fails miserably. Then after being found out on copying Blackjack Ballroom, he scrambles to cover it up and behold! A weak excuse for an insult. (If you're going to insult someone, please spell correctly)Correct grammer helps get the insult across.

You my friend, are a loser. Many have tried to scam Bryan and casinos, but I've got to hand it to you, you've done the worst job of it.
Btw, congratulations! you've won the "Dain Bramage" award. :proud:

CASSTEAL:
DONT YOU EVER TRY AND INSULT ANYONE ON THIS FORUM. WE ARE FRIENDS AND DECENT PEOPLE. WE DO NOT PULL SCAMS OR LIE TO EACH OTHER. IN FACT, WE DEFEND EACH OTHER. THATS WHY I TOLD YOU TO TAKE YOUR CRAP ELSEWHERE.

BRYAN: EXCELLENT WORK MY FRIEND!!! (HOW MY DAD WOULD HAVE LOVED YOU...NOT ONLY DID YOU BOTH SHARE MILITARY LIFE, BUT HE ALWAYS APPRECIATED INTELLIGENCE AND INTEGRITY). THATS WHY I ALSO HAVE IMMENSE RESPECT FOR YOU.

JPM: THANK YOU FOR EXPLAINING THE WHOIS TO ME. YOU ARE A SWEETIE.

JINNIA: THANKS FOR THE EMAIL MY FRIEND.

(((HUGS)))) LINDA

By the way Linda, thanks for the kind words.

Anyway, cassteal is banned from the forum. Sorry, but I had about enough of his childish spewings. It was sort of fun watching a fraudster spiral down in flames and crash and burn, but I think I made my point.

This guy is either a nutcase or exceptionally stupid. Good riddance. Want to lay odds on his "lawyer" being a college student?

By the way, I just want to point out that Gambling Federation had this guy's sites pulled within a couple of hours after my initial email to them. Kudos to GF.

And I believe someone is on Santa's bad boy list right now. After his little escapade in our forum, a number of casino operators have become aware of his scamming tendancies.

Wahaha, Student Advantage is a company that gives college kids a discount card for various products & services. That address is probably for one of his college buddies who works there. They basically go around handing out free samples of stuff at events & campuses and sign up people for the cards, etc. Its not quite what one would call a lawfirm. What a moron.

I think he may have set a new record here for complete exposure & self destruction of a scammer. What did it take, about 48 hours tops?

I've skimmed fairly swiftly through this thread so I may have missed the info which seems to me to be missing. If so, bear with me and point me in the right direction:

What did the player actually do wrong? What / where is the evidence? All I see are assurances from Vahe that he's a crook - and from that, one has to assume this is the case?? Why? Why should one assume that the casino is right and the player is wrong by default? Vahe says "Investigation proved that due to a malfunction, which we have a reason to believe was deliberately caused by the player, his bankroll showed a bigger amount than it should have." This is ADEQUATE??? "We have reason to believe"?

"Undiscloseable fraud" is not an acceptable excuse. No casino has the right to withhold money based on unsubstantiated claims.

Hi Caruso,

You'll need to read Casino-on-net's response once more.

quote:
On the 15th of March, 2003 during a regular security check we detected
discrepancies in his account. Investigation proved that due to a
malfunction, which we have a reason to believe was deliberately caused by
the player, his bankroll showed a bigger amount than it should have. The player was informed of this discrepancy. We also informed him that his
account will be closed while this matter is being investigated. Five days
later he contacted us threatening with a lawsuit and demanding the amount
that he saw in his bankroll to be paid. The player was then contacted by
our Fraud Department manager and an agreement was reached. The player
agreed to receive a settlement; he signed a disclaimer and provided us with
a copy of his ID. We sent the funds to a bank account specified by him and
considered the matter settled and resolved.

There is other information that I am not at liberty to disclose, but let me assure you, this was a clear cut case of player fraud. Trust me.

And if this is not enough, look at the circumstantial evidence. The player is a thief (Casino websites) and when things don't go his way, he resorts to threats. He threatened me with his half-witted garbled rants which are on "public" record here.
