Sheesh - I was having a go at the political UK nanny state that a load of people are in. Read: sarcasm. I guess my sense of humor was unappreciated by a few. It was not intended as a dig towards my UK cousins. I could have said the same thing about the US, Germany, or any other state that tries to control what their folks do in order to protect them from themselves. Geeze - lighten up.
 
Hey all, the Microgaming games are verified and working. Please make sure you are playing from a UK IP (if Uk player of course) and some games require that you activate Flash, such as Thunderstruck. Good luck!

Just checked my bank account and it seems my deposits the other day went through as Euros, even though I made the deposits as GBP? This has given my bank free scope to charge currency conversion fees, etc so for example my £100 deposit gets debited at say £104. I presume in the event of a withdrawal, you will also pay in Euro therefore would incur further conversion charges? Do you envisage getting and dealing a GBP bank account?
 
Those games such as JATBS, don't appear in the list of slots, when logged out.
They do appear in the list as available when logged in. But they DO NOT load, they just give the error message.


If you've got bugs like this, and a HUGE bug like all the MGS games missing. Why are you making such a big thing here about now accepting UK players ?

You might now be able to legitimately allow UK players to play. But your site isn't ready for it. So save the big announcements until the bugs are sorted and it is ready.

I'm sick of using MY money to beta test new sites. If I sign up to a site, I expect everything to be working

We hear and agree with you on this. We have been around since 2014 and are an established brand that deliver quality products and innovations to our customers. Unfortunately the launch here went quite bad as these unexpected bugs appeared for the UK players. Our guys are prioritising all this and everything will soon be sorted.

Would you guys be able to get CAD as a currency? By not having this you basically exclude the Canadian market because no one wants to play on a site who doesnt offer their currency.

Hi, at the moment there are no plans to add CAD as a currency. We offer GBP as a currency for UK players and Euro for everyone else. I will forward this wish to the correct team though.
 
Well when I spotted this thread I kind of got excited as I am currently seeking new places to play....

After reading it through, the excitement kind of dwindled :(

Once all the bugs are sorted and the MGS, Netent and PnG games are all working I'll be along to deposit and give it a try.

Would you be able to confirm the position on that, I was going to deposit over the weekend as I've just signed up as an affiliate too, and also test casinos before I promote them, but thats a pretty major thing to me. If I deposit £100 I expect it to cost me £100, last time I made this mistake it cost me £106 and slightly more (for some reason) on a withdrawal, all in all I ended up paying £22 for a £100 deposit and £200 withdrawal. I don't see anything on the deposit screen to show you will be charged in Euros.
 
Just checked bank as well - in terms of my 10 quid deposits costing 11 due to conversion charges, you mentioned to RichyJ75 to contact support? I might be being a bit thick but what for?

When i deposited there's nothing to tell me this - as Colin mentioned, I deposited 10 and I expect it to cost me 10 pounds. Personally think it's pretty poor not to highlight this.

Yep, one of my £100 deposits went through as Hero Gaming Ltd, EUR112.82 Malta. This equated to £103.43. Another £100 deposit was debited at £103.70. Also a bank charge for each one at £3.10 on top. I made 6 deposits, so in reality looking at about £30 odd quid in charges.
 
I'm still playing with the free fiver lol.
Cleared WR with about 3 quid left.
Now using the rewards I accumulated and back up to £30.

Couple of things I dont like...
PNG games stutter for me when the progress bar is going to move, was getting a lot of errors on Sea Hunter game and kept having to click the little green OK box.
Twice I have beat the boss and won nothing where as the only time I lost against the boss, it gave me 5 free spins as consolation?
Book Of Dead reels cascaded for me like Gonzo and didnt spin, that was weird.
Hard to find WR progress but was OK when support told me where it was.
And still cant see Microgaming.

I found Highlander which someone else has mentioned, and it loaded ok.
Nice touch that one of the free spin rewards gave me nearly 5 years to use it haha.

But how the hell do you take advantage of Immortal Romance, Avalon 2, Thunderstruck 2 and Jurassic Park

How can people running casinos be so ignorant of their products???

The way immortals playing for me they should be encouraging me to play it.

The only plus side the site has for me is that when playing the flash DOA it’s the first time in ages I’ve had decent hits and came close to wild lines.

Other than that the bugs; the fees; the weird reward system have put me off from giving it a second go.

BetVictor still have flash DOA, You can even play it with the SUB (35xB), and once you've got through the SUB, most of their reload bonuses are only 20xB
BloodSuckers is the ONLY restricted slot

That sounds pretty identical to what I was charged, so roughly 6.5% in fees. In my case the account was in euros so was my own fault for not checking if I would get charged first, but here the account is £'s and I had a quick look when it was first mentioned and couldn't see it mentioned anywhere that they would charge in euros, certainly not on the deposit page, which I think is completely wrong.
 
ok update i did get overcharged for my deposit , the withdrawal hit my account today low & beyond they short paid me on my withdrawal as well bahhhhh

Ok so CS could not add the missing funds , but have requested me to show the proof of the missing funds , as its around ten quid i cannot be arsed with it & the casino either , not the best start to any casino , anyways account closed now , Cs was very helpful pity payment department wasnt , watch your backs playing here if from uk , you shall run into loads of problems.

just checked my bank, payment arrived today, which was pretty quick.
But for a £50 deposit and a £120 withdrawal. I paid a total of £5.65 in currency bank charges
 
OK, so over 48 hours now since I sent my documents in, went onto live chat to ask whats happening. Asked the question, no reply for almost 5 minutes. Was told the account has been verified, but had no email even though I was promised I would get one.
Also said I should be charged in UK but there is a tech issue and might not and to contact CS if I am overcharged. I would rather just be charged correctly in the first place so I'l hang fire until that gets sorted.

If you click on the balance you’ll see withdraw bedside deposit tab?

Dunno about wagering - every time I went to change page on the site it was butchering my Mac

Hi Pretty much as many other members including myself, you have to go to live support & tell them your problem like me.
you maybe shall have to show proof of them not paying or over charging , but i noticed the rep has not been in to answer any questions either not a good sign , be prepared to back up your claims if your after the odd few pounds ) i would of thought cs could just give you it but its seems not in my case.

Yep i like those too but to be fair i couldn't be bothered with all the unnecessary hassle to along with it to get back 10quid , pity the rep has not been on to address & clear up these problems.
 
Similar, so i got some free spins for my trouble (£3 on gonzo) I have now spent that any winnings and what Rubies I had and am about to close the account. As for the rep, he's my main reason for closing, if they cannot resolve an issue of their own making in a customer focused way then they are not the site I want to have my money. Like some other players my deposit of £50 was charged in euros, due to banks charges i was charged £52.01.

I made a withdrawal of £250, but was paid in Euros and due to the conversion I received £248.66.

Despite being up, it is unacceptable. For some players the extra unknown cost of the deposit could result in their bank account going into overdraft and incurring significant charges.

I made the deposit on the 4th and withdrawal on the 5th, so it may be sorted now.
 
Nope nothing sorted.

Made a deposit Saturday of 50....They took 51.53
Still no MG
Played for several days ended up with loads of spins.
Busted out started taking spins half the games would load but took the spins
Built a balance up from a good win and decided to swallow the 40 spins left and withdraw as id had enough of games not working etc
Got email this morning saying they had put the money back into y gaming account as they had a technical issue trying to withdraw it and asking me to withdraw again. Did this and now i cant even get on the site...
Oh and rep still AWOL
