Casino Extreme pay-out problem

    I'm new to this forum but didn't know where else to go.. I allready did a Pitch a Bitch but got no reaction... Maybe one of you guys can help me out

    Here's my story:

    In the beginning of february I opened an account @ Casino Extreme and did the sticky bonus. I deposited 200 and got 200 bonus and worked it up to 700... I withdrawed my money and later cancelled that withdrawal and decided to play some more. I worked it up to as much as 2042 dollars, which to me is a lot of money. I withdrawed the money and had to validate my account, so I send all the needed forms. This is where the trouble started.

    My normal first name is Reynier. Though, when I was born, my parents took me to a religious thing in church. I don't know what it's called in English but I'm sure you know what I mean. I got two different names there, Ruben Paulus. They are on my official documents, such as ID and Drivers License. Up untill now I never had any trouble ad any casino (and I played a lot) but Casino Extreme told me that the ID wasn't valid because it says the first names Ruben Paulus.. All the other info was correct but that didn't matter to them.. So I send in some more documents also showing my other name, Reynier. The girl from support, Sasha, told me that I couldn't just go out and make up fake names (like wtf?) and closed my account. I went into the live chat to complain but she said the decision was final, she deleted my 2k winnings and gave me back only my original deposit.

    I contact BBud from Bonusbud.com but he doesn't have a strong connection with this casino so he won't be able to help me out. I did a PAB but got no reaction, I did a reminder as well but unfortunately nothing..

    I hope someone here can help me out.. I'm really pissed about all this, 2k is a lot of money to me and they just took it from me without a legit reason.

    Anyone who can help me out?

    Hi and welccome to the forum!

    The first thing, you should do is to contact their Rep. here (his name is Henry...). You ll find him under casino contacts.
    Tell him the whole story and let s see, if he can help.
    If you have documents, taht show that you have both names (Reynier and Ruben paul), but all other facts are identical (date of birth, adress, card number and so on) - there is NO reason to be seen, why you shouldnt get your money.

    Casino Exteme is NOT paying me $175. I deposited $100 in January, and they havent still paid me.

    It has been over 2 months now and their CS is so poor. I've sent them documents 4 times now and contacted them over a dozen times..

    No response - no payment - I don't know what to do.

    I'm very surprise that you are not getting your money from casino extreme.I have been playing there for years and never had a problem with them. There is a telephone # on their sight and they also have live help. I know that there customer's service is very good, and if you go on live help or telephone they will help you. I also know that if you used an E-mail like yahoo or hot mail sometimes they have problems openong the documents because when I first sent them my documents they had that problem, I call them they explained it to me and we fixed it. Try a little harder because casino extreme is one of the best RTG casino there is on the net.

    I can't find an international number since I am from Holland..

    I just went into the live chat again, and they forwarded the email I send them today, to the management. In that email I stated that I was willing to go as far as I need to get my monet because they have no legit reason to deny me that. I'm now asking for an international number from someone within Casino Extreme to stay in contact with, hopefully it will work out..
