Casino Cruise - licensed in Malta, Curacao, and by the UKGC wants to come on board.

You can give them a try here:
https://www.casinomeister.com/goto/?c=casinocruise

I've known the casino rep for donkey years (cyberly speaking), and I'm confident they will make it through the BBF with flying colors.

Affiliates can sign up here.

UKGC? Last time I looked they didn't have UK players on their dropdown, although this may have changed now. I know many here already play there with no issues, so looks like the Accredited Section may swell a bit more!

Casino Cruise was launched in October last year (if I remember correctly) and I am pretty sure they started to accept UK players shortly after. Think they are licensed in the UK through EveryMatrix.

Nice so see them in the baptism section. Lloyd is a great guy

Aha! That is no surprise. Welcome on board :lolsign:

I play there regularly and have positive feedback. Great game-selection (Netent, Microgaming, Play'n go, Nyx) and quick payments - no hassle so far.

Blood Suckers, King of Chicago, Devil´s Night, Mega Joker, Jackpot 6000, Dead or Alive 20% bonus contribution. I love to play DOA so this is a small downer.

Nevertheless hope they will do well in the BBF.

Some of the bonus terms are a little harsh especially 13.1

13. Without derogating from the above, CasinoCruise.com also reserves the right to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to wagering requirements and to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings in various suspicious circumstances that include, but are not limited to, any one or more of the following:

13.1 Decreasing your stake amount by 50% or more after a large win;

13.2 Moving from a low weighted game (25% or less) to a high weighted game (100%) after large wins; and/or

13.3 Low risk Roulette bets - any outside bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 25 or more (67%) of the 37 unique number spots on the table

Christ! I see the ad from this casino several times everyday as my computer is affected by adware. Whenever the word 'casino' appears in any text a pop-up appears in front of me. As a result I wont be trying out this casino anytime soon.
Please post the full link you get when you click on the ad and I will find out what's going on here. Did you check through your program files for a program that has a obscure name?

Casino Cruise certainly hit the ground running.

The fact that Lloyd is one of the founders is a good indication that the operator might go the distance. CC had a player complaint aginst it over at Askgamblers. Turns out the player self-excluded, played again and won but the payment was revoked.

Here's an extract from CC's communication to the player:

''As you know, CasinoCruise provides its online gambling products and services under the aegis of a Maltese online gambling license, and as such it is required to closely follow the Maltese applicable legislation, as well as the regulator's policies. These forbid us from paying winnings to a person that has self-excluded himself / herself from the ability to receive online products and services with other online gambling websites operating under the same online gambling license, as paying such winnings to the self-excluded person beats the purpose of self-exclusion and could only increase the danger and damage caused to this person. Indeed, to that effect, had you lost money with CasinoCruise, such losses would not have been maintained, and you would have received back all of your deposit – in the same manner as in the current case.

We acknowledge the need to ensure that any self-exclusion received from any person by any online gambling website, should be immediately be communicated to, and followed by, all other online gambling websites operating under the same online gambling license.''

13.1 Term

Some of the bonus terms are a little harsh especially 13.1

Personally. 13.1, I would never use them, just for that term alone.

More or less saying. If you win, you must then make sure you play the way that suits their interests best, so more risk of losing your winnings back.

If not we reserve the right to take your winnings anyway.

Casino Cruise are a great outfit.

Just for the sake of clarity - Dead or Alive is completely restricted with Bonus Funds - Like the Wish Master. You will see your balance in the game - however, you cannot place any bets whilst on a bonus.

Lloyd - Any Chance this is going to be changed?

Off their sight I was not able to find what wager requirements are for their bonuses,
and what would they be on winnings from free spins?
thanks
Hi Loren,
Go to > Promotions page > click on the first circle that says "WELCOME BONUS $1000 + 100 FREE SPINS" > then click on the Terms and Conditions across from the header > that will take you to the Bonus Terms and Conditions

Giving them a go...

They have games I like...
They have my home currency cad
They have my favorite deposit/withdraw method instadebit
They can keep their bonuses for the most part as
Dead or Alive is one of my go to games...
Getting saddled with wr on free game winnings is a no no for me...
All in all the games play well.
Oh,it's Saturday...might as well put my 50 down for 2 tickets on real
cruise.....we like cruising.

Made a deposit and received my 100% bonus but never got the 100 free spins on Starburst. Have emailed them but still waiting on a response...

get spybot s@d from safernetworking and scan should fix it

I sent a message to Lloyd regarding rule 13.1 as others have mentioned:

13.1 Decreasing your stake amount by 50% or more after a large win; gives them the right to withhold any withdrawals or confiscate any winnings.

This rule is just not acceptable and takes away almost any chance of winning. When I make a bet of say 4.50 and have a decent win I always drop back down and start over. If I have to keep betting high then my money would disappear in no time.

I will wait for an answer before I deposit.

Hi, thanks Vegasbum, brianmon, Gaz237 and Krrk for your comments on section 13.1 of our bonus terms and conditions. After looking at this section again it isn't clear enough (large win not defined as Krrk correctly pointed out) and actually not a necessary clause, so we removed it this morning. Thanks!

Just signed up and about to have a go, just one think, said i have to put in 7 digits for my phone number, as it is only 5 digits here had to put 00 in fromt of it
perhaps you could remove that :)

Thanks for pointing this out. I have requested that this field in our sign up form be updated to include phone numbers of 5 digits. I will post again once fixed. Thanks, Cheers

Do they support playing simultaneously more games? Howl ong does withdrawals with Trustly take?

Hi daenyboi, thanks for your comments. So to answer your two questions:
1. You can open and play multiple games simultaneously in multiple browser windows there shouldn't be a problem. Please note that this can create confusion for you when checking the balance, because if you are playing multiple games at one time your transactions will be processed with a slight delay that could confuse your balance, at some point. So, please consider that limitation when playing several games simultaneously.
2. And regarding how long to withdraw with Trustly? 48 hours after docs have been approved. Docs can take 3-4 hours to approve, assuming all is in order.

Please let me know if that is clear. Thanks again

Thank you LloydApter, will try your casino now but after approval is it always 48hours?

Excellent

That's great news.

Just a question for you. I understand why some slots are banned on bonus or restricted to a lower percentage, as they can be set up for a pot/payout.

What is the reason behind Dead or Alive only being 20%?.

So, i had a nice 2 hour session depositing 1k SEK twice, losing the first 1K without scatter bonus in IR, so tried my luck on Lost Island and it penned out to get 2,5k back so im at least upwards abit. Coulda won so much more too, i hold NetEnt responsible though XD

Good casino.

But when i tried that with different windows with more then one MG game it didnt work. Only with 1 Netent and 1 MG slot.

Having trouble signing up.
Entered all my details, then pressed continue. Screen stopped. No activity, so after I was bored waiting, I closed the window and tried to enter my username and password.
Was loading and loading forever. Closed the tab. Sigh...

EDIT: ok, it seems I signed up properly after all. That was weird :D

My pleasure daenyboi. If it´s the second or third, etc. withdrawal, it means that the player is verified and so in best case 12-24 hours, in worst case 48 hours.

Basically, these are all high risk video slots - mainly Netent video slots - they have aggressive features and very high payout percentages (RTP - return to player %) for video slots and therefore from the casino's perspective if we allow players to play with 200% of what they deposit i.e. $200 on a $100 first deposit for example the odds are statistically against us if the players play on these video slots and therefore we have excluded these video slots from playing with the bonus balance.

That said I have request form our CFO to review the list of excluded video slots and specifically DOA and see what we can bring back into the bonus play. I will update you all in the next few days once I have an answer back from him. Thanks for your post.

Is the restriction on DOA only for the first bonus then, because a 200% bonus will probably never happen again?
In that case it's acceptable, but not with normal bonuses of 50%.
I ask because I misunderstood in another BBF-thread where the discussion only was about the welcome bonus, but after that it was normal rules.

Hi, signed up, good casino to navigate with clear graphics. My luck wasn't that great after the first 2 or 3 deposits but I made a small withdrawal yesterday morning. Documents were requested and sent at 15:30 UK time. As of now (08:10 the next morning) no notification that my documents have been processed, accepted or otherwise and my withdrawal is still pending, so it seems a bit longer than 3-4 hours for documents to be approved!

I tried to contact CS this morning, but the message said all were busy. I'd be a little concerned if my withdrawal was significant given the lack of communication following document submission!

Hi Chris, thanks for posting this.

Can you please PM me your email and username and i will see what the specific issue is.
But in any case your point is clear - it's not 3-4 hours to approval and lack of communication is always an issue.

Looking into it, thanks again

I was afraid of that :(
Lloyd thanked my post but didn't reply, so thanks for telling me.
No cruise for me then because my Sheriffs and I go a long way back and I can't let them down :D

Hi Tirilej, I still haven't replied because we are still checking into this. Trying to see how we can get all the games included in the bonus play including DOA, maybe not 100% included but at least included at a fair %. I will update you with a post as soon as possible. Thanks for following up!

Actually, i requested withdrawal late yesterday, sent my documents, they saw the email for 30 min ago and now i got verified. so actually less then 30 minutes.

Well, registered, browsed a bit, not much luck, but overall a good impression.
The nextgen games took a bit too long to load, but spinning them after was ok.
I will see in my first withdrawal how smooth will go.

In Swedish there is alot of typos, capital letters in the wrong places and such on the Casino page.

Should have a lookover for it to be and feel more professional, just a quick tip.

Edit:

withdraw and verification processed and done, all in all less then 24 hours. clearly good site so far thumbs up!

Thanks for replying, I will send you a PM.
I did receive a reply at 09:30 yesterday morning saying my documents were too small to read! I've never had this issue with the same documents I sent to 5 or so other casinos!

Not a great experience so far I'm afraid.

To be fair Lloyd did write to me and I resubmitted my documents only for my utility bill to be rejected as it wasn't within 3 months (nearer 4) although I did explain to CS that I didn't have one within 3 months when I wrote to them originally. So my withdrawal is still not being processed. I've never had such trouble with any of the 10 or so casinos I've signed up with, so I'm feeling a little frustrated that I can't get my £30 withdrawal. Naturally my documents did not need to be approved for me to deposit the £100s before I tried to make a withdrawal.

I've written to Lloyd offering an alternative document with proof of address, so let's see what he says. It all seems a little petty to me, especially when some casinos don't require any documents at all (for deposits or even withdrawals!)

I don't know if this helps.

I opened account today. The only way to deposit for me was visa. It was accepted.
I got bonus.
I lost very fast without seeing anything interesting as a pay out.
I emailed them to ask about a little discrepancy regarding the actual charge on my credit card after conversion. Their response did not answer my question. The response pre fabricated.

When I deposit 200 Canadian dollars I expect the credit card to be charged 200 dollars. Not 211 because of their exchange rates, which they did not tell me about.

I do not think I will play here again, I somehow don't trust them.

Thank you

D

2 days ago I made my 2nd small deposit, everything went smoothly with the bonus, kept playing at low stakes for 3-4 hours and requested a small withdrawal of 80 Euros to check them out.
I tried contacting live chat to find out in which email I should sent my docs, but there was no live chat at that time (!!!).
So I had to sent an email asking that and requested also the withdrawal. After almost a day I got 2 replies on where to sent my docs. I did, another day passed only to tell me that my utility bill was outdated (although it was exactly 3 months old), so I find a newer one and sent it, another day passed to let me know that my docs were finally approved. From the minute I wanted since the time they managed to verify my docs 3 days passed....
Now I just have to wait another 2 days for the withdrawal to come to my skrill as they informed me on their email.

I think they are clearly understaffed and they should really do something about it.
You can not leave a casino with no live support on a night.
Also 5 days for a 1st withdrawal to take place I think is too long nowadays.
I liked the variety of the games but they should do something with a drop down menu or some other arrangement, because if you are looking to browse or don't remember the name of a game it would take you ages to reach the list down, since with each click only 10 (or 8 I don't exactly remember) new slots appear.

I've now received a mail to say my resubmitted documents have been passed to their security dept for verification which "should not take longer than 48 hours"

I can't understand why it could take up to another 48 hours when the previous documents were checked and rejected fairly quickly without being sent to the security dept!

We could be looking at well over 5 days before my withdrawal can be processed even if the documents this time are deemed to be ok!!

Chris
