Here we were, thinking baptism by fire was figuratively speaking, but now we're sweating already.

We onboard all our slots on an RTP at a minimum of 94%.

TBH, and IMHO, it should be something to consider now ..Bryan has a solid point. With everything and all casino issues, transparency is key.
It could well put you head and shoulders above the pack...or, right near the bottom

Could you give examples of your RTP on them? Say Book of Dead on both licenses?
I just don't understand why any casino would hide the RTP unless they are running the 91% version or below, then it becomes obvious

Surely every provder sends you files, including RTP (they do) since in nearly all cases, you opt into one

I recently played at this casino, decent casino, won a small amount and received the funds fairly quickly, processed within 24 hours but being its interac there is usually a day or two of lag on getting into your account. The first withdrawal did not get processed but that was my fault as I tried to withdraw to the wrong payment type, the timestamp shows that everything however was resolved in a few hours regardless.

I did look for RTP on the games but wasn't readily available. Without this feedback, there is something about the lower paying slots that make you want to run out the door as soon as you win as you know it may the only one you get... that's my overall feeling at many of the casino's these days.

It has unfortunately become the standard now with RTP of only 94% on at least one developer, but casinofriday runs both playngo and pragmatic at only 94%, this is just disappointing. Everything else is ok they pay out quickly.

I will not play any more on casinofriday due to lower RTP, but I will not do that at any other casinos either, playing casino online is not the same anymore everything has only gotten worse and worse for the players.

This has been one of the nicest forums I have been to, but now it's time to quit

Document upload tab is locked - Basically holding your funds hostage until you are verified.
ALL unclaimed level up rewards are purged when you click withdraw - Even if you did not activate them (Rep claims this is regarded a 'Bonus').
Since the rewards are mostly awarded in line with your average bet, if you claim any rewards and hit something nice - Be prepared for your funds to be locked along with this. Unnecessary wagering is the order of the day.

What can be improved?

Stop giving out rewards and purging them when players hit withdraw - Not cool, unfair and a waste of time for players.
Unlock the upload documents tab so players can verify themselves faster.
Fast withdrawals means 30 mins to 1 hour in this day and age. Your processing speed is decent, but not fast.

Thanks, Nate - not really any misconceptions.
However, I can clarify that the upload feature for documents should be available for everyone in the not-so-distant future, whereas right now it's trigger-based. Withdrawals are also something that we will improve over time, right now it is however around 24 hours for us to approve.

About purging rewards, I will forward it to our casino team, but it's how our reward structure is currently built.

• The verification ask was most likely a case of miscommunication, I would be more than happy to help out with this if you're still wanting/requiring it. Would also be good for our CS to know this for the future
• 10 cent spin rewards, I assume you are referring to the welcome bonus? If you got 10 cent free spin rewards from playing the SpinBooster/Level up feature, then you are playing on that stake. We reward players on what they play; games and stake. Also, we do have a cashback deal, but it's a feature in our VIP club, but I will spare you like you asked

I feel we are ready to move to the Accredited section with Friday Casino - albeit the few minor flaws which I am sure can be either eliminated or removed.

Why is withdrawing by bank possible while depositing by bank isn't??

This way, very few options are available to deposit when you want to use the welcome offer (only eco pays and credit card; at least for me in NL)....

Site and available games look more than ok; enough has been said about the rtp......
