I've just been alerted to the issues here. Please remember that this casino is doing BBF right now. In other words we heartily encourage the membership to PAB if they think they have a legit complaint because that's what BBF is all about.

What I'm saying is that if players here have a legit case for being paid then they should be paid. Use the PAB process to raise the profile of your case if you need to, that's what we're here for!

everything solved

Registrated and deposited this evening, but only lags lags lags and no site available. Game shutdown on jackandthebeanstalk and so on, not very impressed atm.
Try to reload the site and try to log in, the side is loading and loading and loading. Wish I would never registrated and deposited there ... (only my personal thoughts)
DOA not working, all is very very slow at this side atm.
DOA after endless loading, shows following screen if you try to play it, see right corner at bottom ( i never seen that)

Thats only my oppinion atm, maybe it is a technical problem belonging to netent games.

yep and the same by quickfire games :/ rabbit in the hat shows technical error after about 30 spins.

So my personal oppinion is, one time and never again, to much technical errors/problems.

Everything solved for me meanwhile. The games are running now smooth again (tried it yesterday and this morning),
some lags are still but nothing that will matter.
The DOA Problem was my fault, I haven´t had read the terms carefully enough, so I did not recognized, that DOA ist not
allowed to play with an active bonus.
I think, that the game will not start spinning with an active bonus is a good thing, because so you can not fall in a bonus trap.
So at the moment I have to say, a good and reliable casino.
I want also say thankyou to the rep here in the forum, that he have had an eye on it.

Last night and this morning I was having loads of issues with NetEnt games. Exactly the same as those well documented at Guts.
Balance flickering up and down during spins, wins (where applicable) being added on before the spin ends, reels twitching around like frightened rabbits

Totally unplayable in the end, so intentionally busted out on Starburst @ £2 spins and will leave Casino Cruise for now, but keep and eye on what happens in the BBF.

I haven't tried that casino but so far it looks really positive outlook so far for Casino Cruise. I am positive they are on the track very well. I just ignore all bull$h1t and troll. I just read all useful post. I prefer anyone who has issue problem must post directly to the irep in private message first if you cannot resolve in email or whatsoever. If you still have issue problem then PAB would be good step next. Just don't post it here to bash for nothing cos we don't know the story what is in behind the scene while we are only in a forum here we can't see behind the scene at all. Let the irep or the PAB do the job and just sit back. Anyway! Good work Casino Cruise!

Pretty bad IMO and at the end saying it's an EM issue! Then how come EM sites like GUTS allow you play down the remaining bonus to zero say on BDBA where you can bet specific pennies? And don't confiscate winnings from bonus funds if last spin takes them below a certain amount or to zero?

The bonus cut-off limit is far too high.

IMO accreditation is fine but after this has been addressed. If a player has taken a 20 E bonus advertised say, then 80c equates to 1/25 or 4% of his bonus being voided automatically - not acceptable.

This is a shitstorm or PAB waiting to happen if not addressed sharpish.

Thanks for bring this up.

We have now updated the system so that players can play their bonus money down to 0.10.

Regarding the issue of low bonus balance: At this point the system doesn't allow us to give a player a new bonus unless their existing bonus balance is zero, that's the issue.
