Anyone experienced long delays with verification?

so far I've heard we haven't received documents, documents too large.
so i take pictures instead... still too large!

PlayTech is in LOADS of casinos - probably something like 70-80...?
BUT more than half of them are rogue or have VERY unsavoury terms - like holding on to progressive money which never belonged to them in the first place and drip-feeding it slowly to the winning player.

If you want to play Playtech stick ONLY to those listed here at CM (Accredited list) or another casino portal you can trust.

Casino.com is a part of the mansion group which is on the "No Can Do List" here because they don't share information with 3rd party mediators - meaning they won't cooperate with a PAB.

I've heard that some people have had some problems with the group, but haven't really seen anything specific. I've played a decent amount at Casino.com without any issues myself. There's a pending period on withdrawals (think it's 48 hours), in which time you can reverse the withdrawal - they might be able to flush it upon request though. Once the pending period is complete, cashouts have generally been pretty quick for me (usually within 24 hours or so), and they have weekend cashouts which many casinos don't.

So I think as long as there's nothing they don't like about your play, you should be completely fine. But if you do run into an issue, you might be out of luck since mediation is impossible (hopefully you've haven't done anything like take a bonus and then bet your entire bankroll on a single roulette spin, but you'd be out of luck pretty much anywhere in that case.) It's also very unlikely that they are slowpaying due to financial issues.

So like I said, Casino.com has been fine in my personal experience, but if you'd rather stick to the accredited list for future deposits, I'd probably recommend Bet365 as far as Playtech goes.

Maybe you haven't discovered the "Advanced settings" on Playtechs autoplay?
In some ways I find it better than MG, because although it counts downward instead of upward (VERY annoying!) at least it "remembers" how many spins you have done after entering a feature. On some MG slots the number of spins played disappears as soon as you get the feature, which means you have too watch it like a hawk, partially defeating the point of using autoplay in the first place!

One of my pet hates actually (probably cos I'm an old git and remember the days when computer memory was rare, expensive and precious) is like when people e-mail me a photo in BMAP or similar format, making it well over 1MB and FAR too big to view in the e-mail itself. Whenever I send any photos or documents to anyone I ALWAYS change the format to Jpeg and reduce the size so it can be viewed without "zooming out". Files in this format are rarely bigger than about 100KB.

This Casino is a pain

still pending, Now trying to say no documents... while i have saved chats confirming.
Then i get the " just give us 72 hours.... again.. it has been.

Yes, you're right - except I think it applies to some of the older slots too.
It's only on the ones where you access the auto-play via the "menu" button - not the ones which use "auto start".
On the "auto start" ones the auto-play is crap, as you say.

That's why I don't bother. Why would I want all the disposable CCs lying around that can't ever be used again..that's WHY they're disposable. 99% of the casinos are bright enough to realize they arent loadable, reversible, etc. Theyre one time usage.

really hope in the end you get your cashout, but it just shows us how smart is it to stick to bigger, safer and actually accredited casinos. In fact, im quite sure that you will eventually get paid, but not before you go through 2819 mails, calls, and whatnot, its just not worth it imo.

Which brings us back to most online casinos nasty practice, where its perfectly acceptable for casinos to accept your 80 deposits of 100$, without asking a question... but when you want to cashout 200$, all out of sudden, they want to make sure its your account and some will go that far and ask for notarized documents. I agree the games are boring, but they seem to pay nicely, house edge on all seem to be well under 3% probably closer to 2%.
The selection is only 40 slots but I'm telling you I've always been up at the end.
