    Hello everyone,

    Questions regarding Casino.com

Anyone experienced long delays with verification?
    payouts?

And also a complete tightening of slots upon requesting cashouts?

so far I've heard we haven't received documents, documents too large.
so i take pictures instead... still too large!
online chat has been useless calling seems to have been better, since they apparently dont have attachment size limits on their website..

need 72 hours, up to 2 weeks to get paid from them not including instadebit timelines?

never heard that before, always been... well instant lol

any experiences with this group? i believe its mansion.

i cant see them robbing me its not an overly huge amount, but they sure want me to reverse my "pending withdrawals" lol

pops up every time even though i still have playable funds in my account?

why do playtech games have to look so much better, run smoother than MG or RTG ?
But have to be a major pain to withdraw anything?

over 72 hours still no word, still pending and slots are hungry as hell.... am i the only one feeding them???

    slow pay sucks.

why would you play at place like that at the first place? 14 days cashouts... seriously? and their name is well thought out, and quite unique too. casino. now thats something innovative :p but no idea about it as i would touch that one even if they offered me 500% bonus with no wr, 14 days ... 2 freaking weeks, ive heard of casinos holding your pending cashouts for a week or so (in hope you revoke it and lose it instead of cashing out) but 2 weeks is really extreme imo

    ugh

    The games look awesome.
It was all good until i requested a withdrawal.
lots of different games, if they pay i will be happy, until i get final word.... i will remain silent lol kinda
european casinos seem to have a lot better options as far as i can see. i dont know why playtech isnt in more casinos?

i wont write them off yet.

after all verification is for my safety right lol.

Honestly this is my first withdrawal from here, dont let the name fool you great site with amazing selection of slots.

makes mg software look like atari games from the 80's.

if your able look them up.... sure cashout time is weak.

But if they honor the payout and it is a one time thing since its my first withdrawal no worries here.

    Happy gambling

i will update as things progress.

PlayTech is in LOADS of casinos - probably something like 70-80...?
BUT more than half of them are rogue or have VERY unsavoury terms - like holding on to progressive money which never belonged to them in the first place and drip-feeding it slowly to the winning player.

If you want to play Playtech stick ONLY to those listed here at CM (Accredited list) or another casino portal you can trust.

The newer games look good, have you tried the old ones they don't look that good, but it's just a matter of taste.

Also MG has way better autoplay options then playtech.

Casino.com is a part of the mansion group which is on the "No Can Do List" here because they don't share information with 3rd party mediators - meaning they won't cooperate with a PAB.

I've heard that some people have had some problems with the group, but haven't really seen anything specific. I've played a decent amount at Casino.com without any issues myself. There's a pending period on withdrawals (think it's 48 hours), in which time you can reverse the withdrawal - they might be able to flush it upon request though. Once the pending period is complete, cashouts have generally been pretty quick for me (usually within 24 hours or so), and they have weekend cashouts which many casinos don't.

So I think as long as there's nothing they don't like about your play, you should be completely fine. But if you do run into an issue, you might be out of luck since mediation is impossible (hopefully you've haven't done anything like take a bonus and then bet your entire bankroll on a single roulette spin, but you'd be out of luck pretty much anywhere in that case.) It's also very unlikely that they are slowpaying due to financial issues.

So like I said, Casino.com has been fine in my personal experience, but if you'd rather stick to the accredited list for future deposits, I'd probably recommend Bet365 as far as Playtech goes.

    just played slots, no bonuses

i'm going to check out 365.

Not reversing withdrawal, wouldn't make sense to continue playing if they cant honour payment... not saying they are going too.

I want to see them pay before I continue to play.

how do I find the list of co-operating casino's?

I don't like the sounds of a "no can do list"

Someone mentioned accredited playtech.. where do i find thisd info?

sorry everyone, I'm the new guy

I don't have a worry about my play, or the credibility of the casino at this point and time.

Tomorrow is another day... Tonight I will play somewhere else lol

as much as I want to play there, I cant until they follow up with me, no contact as of yet. And most importantly my cashout.

Accredited casinos are listed here, which means they meet a set of standards, have a representative at the forum, and are willing to cooperate with the "PAB" process - a free mediation service offered here. While this doesn't guarantee you won't have any problems with an accredited casino, they are generally a lot better than non-accredited casinos. There are a few good non-accredited casinos out there as well, but you may be on your own with them. Look at the right side of a page and there's also a numerical rating system you can use as a rough guideline.

    http://www.casinomeister.com/rogue/
This is the rogue pit, listing casinos you probably want to avoid, and some you may want to be wary of.

    http://www.casinomeister.com/no-can-do-list.php
The "No Can Do List" is here. Casinos on the list aren't necessarily bad, but they are usually unwilling to cooperate with third party mediation. Casino.com is listed here.

Maybe you haven't discovered the "Advanced settings" on Playtechs autoplay?
In some ways I find it better than MG, because although it counts downward instead of upward (VERY annoying!) at least it "remembers" how many spins you have done after entering a feature. On some MG slots the number of spins played disappears as soon as you get the feature, which means you have too watch it like a hawk, partially defeating the point of using autoplay in the first place!

I'm guessing the mean too big memory-wise - maybe they have a limit on incoming total file sizes?

One of my pet hates actually (probably cos I'm an old git and remember the days when computer memory was rare, expensive and precious) is like when people e-mail me a photo in BMAP or similar format, making it well over 1MB and FAR too big to view in the e-mail itself. Whenever I send any photos or documents to anyone I ALWAYS change the format to Jpeg and reduce the size so it can be viewed without "zooming out". Files in this format are rarely bigger than about 100KB.

    This Casino is a pain

still pending, Now trying to say no documents... while i have saved chats confirming.
Then i get the " just give us 72 hours.... again.. it has been.

    Then the Rep disconnected lol

They could just reimburse every deposit I've ever made in the Casino from day 1 if they'd prefer, I know I would! hahaha they didn't like that suggestion either.

I will give them another couple days, pending on the outcome I will provide all of the details of chats and emails. so far not recommended is an understatement.

I now see the side of online gambling which I never wanted..

I will stick with 32red, Pinnacle since i trust their payouts.

Possibly try out Bet365 again, didn't go so well for me last night ... today is a new day.

    Shame on you Casino.com!

Ps. someone mentioned earlier about Omni being great? I received an email and read the terms and conditions of their bonus terms lmao
cant play so many of the slots/ and no progressives, nor wager more than $6 on a bet or everything is voided.
Plus wagering will only take funds from your real account balance until you meet the requirements before bonus will go down?? WTF is that???
    Thank god I can read!
The exclusive offer is the worst I've seen 25x deposit plus bonus! the never ending one time bonus terms are so appealing to me.

When I took bonuses before it would take a percentage off from so many dollars spent..

    verification process over finally approved!

But now i have to wait for the transfer.... Maybe i will get paid?
    up to 72 more hours...

For some reason they wanted to see a prepaid credit card i used to deposit before? luckily i saved it because they needed to see a signature on it?
its prepaid i usually just throw them away?

i didn't even win off of that cc deposit... i won off an instadebit transfer?

strange but hopefully its near completion so i can play again lol

    to be continued....

if they pay the wait is fine, verification is ridiculous though... luckily i don't have to do that again.

from now on if i play at another casino i'm going to do the verification first so i don't experience such long delays.

at least progress has been made... somewhat just need to see the money ;)

word of advice save all chats with support everytime. without being able to cut and paste previous conversations i'm sure id still be waiting.

Yes, you're right - except I think it applies to some of the older slots too.
It's only on the ones where you access the auto-play via the "menu" button - not the ones which use "auto start".
On the "auto start" ones the auto-play is crap, as you say.

    Stay away from Casino.com

So after many moons of the run around, it's still ongoing.
excuse after excuse, delays, emails stating funds on way.
chats saying the same, your verified, no you aren't..... hot off the presses with Casino.com Chat

I should have just thrown my cash out the window or given it to some random stranger.
when does it end? how do they keep coming up with a new excuse?

I have had enough of this shit!

Funny thing is I've already received correspondence from management about the verification and approval, plus the quote for the timeline for payment!

WTF is this place all about? i deposited weeks ago?

This is the reason why I have trust issues with online operations, they make their own rules and cannot be held accountable!

    oh Galewind please return!!!!!

for now 32red, pinnacle I will return and I'm sorry for falling for the flashy graphics of Playtech software

That's why I don't bother. Why would I want all the disposable CCs lying around that can't ever be used again..that's WHY they're disposable. 99% of the casinos are bright enough to realize they arent loadable, reversible, etc. Theyre one time usage.

    lol

really hope in the end you get your cashout, but it just shows us how smart is it to stick to bigger, safer and actually accredited casinos. In fact, im quite sure that you will eventually get paid, but not before you go through 2819 mails, calls, and whatnot, its just not worth it imo.

ah and there are still quite a few safe playtech casinos (my last cashout on paddy took like whole 7 mins to hit my skrill account). Btw i dont think id even feel safe giving my docs to some of casinos you guys play at, and all that for a few 100's, i think my ID is worth more than that  Heck, i wouldnt send them my ID docs even if they paid me 500$ (with no WR attached to it) :)

speaking of ID check, i really respect it how casino.com, supermegacasino, hyperjoecasino, and similar joke places want to make sure how you dont give money to someone else, so they ask for your ID check after you ask for cashout, to protect...you? Yep, thats it.

Sadly, i know thats pretty much the industry standard now, but it just makes me like those big bookies even more.
When i just registered at paddy and wanted to take their 1st deposit bonus, they asked for ID check right away, while Betfred actually blocked my account right after i switched from skrill to my Visa. That was on my 2nd deposit, maybe 1hrs into my Betfred life (ran out of money on skrill and was too lazy to refill it) and as soon as i did that they blocked my acc, stalled transaction and told me if i cant provide its MY card im using, they will send the money back but wont unblock my account.

Which brings us back to most online casinos nasty practice, where its perfectly acceptable for casinos to accept your 80 deposits of 100$, without asking a question... but when you want to cashout 200$, all out of sudden, they want to make sure its your account and some will go that far and ask for notarized documents. And all that just to protect their players (us), even their T&C say so, so it must be true.

    cheers,
    theapple

Why do you play at pinnacle kev?

The slots there are awful. Galewind are supposed to be good for table games but the other games are boring as batshit. There used to be a guy from Galewind here but I think he finally squeezed as much free advertising/PR as he could out of his host and the forum.

Don't let one experience throw you....try a playtech from the accredited list and you'll see the difference.

I agree the games are boring, but they seem to pay nicely, house edge on all seem to be well under 3% probably closer to 2%.
The selection is only 40 slots but I'm telling you I've always been up at the end.

They must make all their money from sports betting and tables.. it sure as hell isn't from the slots lol
