PAB is for player issues not affiliate problems. I feel this is the correct spot for this issue, I did not want to make this public as I have tried in vain to work this out privately. You did not send me any money I did not make any other deal with you. Where is your invoice agreement with my partner, and proof that any money was exchanged, and how I am tied into this. You can PM it to me or email this proof that any commission I would make would affect my account.

You posted this in an affiliate forum and have not allowed this forum any action. Again, I post i agreed to arbitration but you are going to force me into posting things to defend myself, and these things should not be public..Why will you not let any of the affiliate forums fight for you and you keep flaming away? This is why some managers in my position flame back, or post sensitive data, because we feel we need to be proven as not scammers. I am willing to present the facts, skype chat, proof of payment etc.

Of course you never asked for this before due to your agenda. I am sorry you do not like me, but this is not personal.

Your last skype to me was you would go get CM on me.I agreed. if they wont hear this , then find someone who will, and I will present what I need to. I don't get upset easily, but one thing I will not tolerate is being called a thief, or scammer.

NOTE TO MODS: I am open to a resolution of this, but is very unfair for an affiliate to post these things for one reason. the only way to prove myself is to post payment details etc, that has personal information. also, in this case, is an affiliate issue, and is in that forum as well. I'm frustrated so any suggestion I will take to heart....

Casinojack was responsive to every single post on my forum and I have been very satisfied and players taken care of. Of course I am watching this thread as I always do at casinomeister.

I am also paid no problem as an affiliate.

From what I've seen here and at the GPWA there are two partners at one site and CJ was working with both but they won't talk to each other. I think it is not the norm and needs to be worked out among the 3 parties.

Yes there are 2 partners that he was working with and we do talk to each other. In fact we did have a 3 way conversation but the issue did not get resolved with CJ. Now this is going to PAB.

Sharon - I would strongly advise you to stop posting about this as you are doing nothing for your PAB chances.

Your last skype to me was you would go get CM on me.

If you did threaten this to CJ it is not cool...and that is straight from the meister's mouth. Using CM as a weapon with which to threaten others damages the reputation of the site - not to mention Bryan and the members who have built it up over the years.

Its nothing personal Sharon - I dont know you at all - but Ive seen things like this get very personal and very ugly and then NOBODY ends up getting what they want.

I have received your PAB. Normally I would not accept this PAB from you because you've already posted about this issue at length here on the forums. However, since the rep says they're willing to discuss it I will make an exception.

You really should read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. It's made clear there that forum posts normally disqualify PABs.

I should add that any further posts here from you on this issue before the PAB has had time to run its course will stop your PAB dead in its tracks and will probably kill it altogether.
 
Just a heads up to a few of the posters who think that Bryan and Max don't accept PAB's for affiliates...unless I'm mistaken, they are more than happy to deal with affiliate issues (and handle PAB's) as well as player issues. So the same rules about posting on the forum, etc. should apply I would think.

As I stated in my previous post PlayFair was giving me all kinds of bullshitt excuses for not paying me my winnings of $1000. First they acused me of signing up using USA as country of origin. (Why on earth would i do that?). I completley stopped talking to their support when they claimed that my high resoultion scan of my driver license was a fake...! An ID-scan that has been approved at probably over 50, bookmakers, pokerrooms and casinos the last few years.

Anyways. Instead of bitching anymore to the Playfair support, I contacted CasinoJack here and he took the case very seriously.

And today it bare fruit as I received a wiretransfer for the whole amount owed to me! :thumbsup:

CasinoJack has assured me that they have cleaned up their act and taken over PlayFair casino or something in that order.

So thanx again CasinoJack and Casino33 for fixing this for me. :thumbsup:

Here was a case where we made a mistake, we admitted and kept the player in the loop till resolved.

We are not perfect, but we will admit mistakes and fix them..

OK, so how was such an IMPORTANT thing screwed up, telling the player his GENUINE ID was FAKE!!!!

This reflects badly on the competence of your security/risk department, and as well as letting fraudsters through, GENUINE players stand to be WRONGLY accused of being "frauds", and unless they are familiar with Casinomeister, may be unable to get past the deadlock point where they are called out as frauds by support.

I have seen so mucb "funkified" stuff in this thread it has me wondering. First, players were advised they shouldn't be signing up at both "sister casinos", yet this is certainly NOT standard. Alladin's Gold, for example, is a sister casino to Club World, but there has NEVER been an issue with players having accounts at both. In fact, if my inbox is to be believed, it is ENCOURAGED. Rushmore too, ENCOURAGE players to sign up at sister casinos.

If indeed there is this rather odd structure of TWO skins running under ONE RTG license, and ONE management team (funny how EASY this was agreed to by two "completely different owners"), surely it would be better to ditch one skin altogether, and JUST go with the other, perhaps the one that has attracted the most players. Among other things, this will HALVE the risk due to opportunist "fraudsters" or "advantage players" with only ONE no-deposit bonus, and ONE welcome bonus per genuine player to worry about.

Now, we have to watch for rogue casinos using this rather odd initial structure, and then pulling the "duplicate account" excuse when players play at what is presented as "sister casinos", but is in fact two (or more) skins under a single RTG license and server.

It left one hell of a mess to clear up, and even the possibility of the Jackson family seeking punitive damages on principle.

This oddity of the phonecalls from a non-existant number needs to be EXPLAINED. This is "faking" the CLI (Calling Line Identifier), and is something that the various scammers have been getting up to (fake lotteries, "you have won a holiday", etc). You have already admitted this by saying the toll free code was not being sent as caller ID, but have not explained WHY it has defaulted to a New Jersey number. This could lead to unwanted attention from the US authorities, when someone complains they are being bothered with offers for online gambling originating from WITHIN the US. If they had the resolve, the authorities WILL be able to trace back the TRUE origin of these calls, whatever is sent by means of calling line identifier.
It certainly appears that the US authorities DO have the resolve to disrupt offshore operators, as many incidents of such disruption have lead to complaints in the forum where players suddenly can't deposit, or think they are being fed BS about non-payment.

Well a lot to cover

1. Agree, and the department is now under one roof, and the those employees are gone. We have rectified the procedure, and will be much smoother.

2. As far as your second point you right , and wrong. True why don't I let everyone create as many accounts as they like, then when they want a deposit make is easy...Of course when the withdrawal I can use the old duplicate account excuse. We are trying to be a responsible company and head off issues like this before it happens. I have seen hundreds of times "Why do they let me deposit but then I go to withdrawal...." We will not be one of those casinos..

3. I had already stated earlier in this thread all is under one roof.

4. Your next couple paragraphs confuses me, but why you jump the gun and say we would be rogue? We are doing things a little different for the long time benefit of the players. Yes it might be an extr step to set up and play, but I want withdrawals painless..

We might adjust this as we go, but I hope you understand the goal.

Isn't this forum for The casino and the player to work things out? I would say purpose served.

5. Michael Jackson, again already brought up a couple times in this thread...That company has been replaced a long time ago..

6. VOIP Intl systems have a lot of default settings. I note how you put us together with scammers in trying to either provoke a reaction from me or because you do not fully understand the technology. Is not FAKING anything, that we did. Is a default number when none is set, and now has been. Again so far you bring up things we have reacted to and fixed.

One of the great things of forums like this is you can make suggestions, criticisms, and vent out your feelings.

We are one of a handful of operators that responds. We never ducked any calls, questions, or comments.

I will state to keep bringing up past issues that have been resolved, I have answered them, for the last time. I believe if an issue is addressed to move on.

I finally played here. I had a huge bonus but balance went straight to zero on slots. I may dep. again but was wondering if anyone else noticed that they are the only (I think) RTG without London inspector? I didn't notice until I had already deposited.
CasinoJack, are the in line to ever get it? Or was it hidden somewhere on the screens and I missed it. Thanks

Not too impressed Jack. The site clearly indicates ecocard as a depositing option but when I asked about it in detail at live chat I was told you dont have ecocard yet.. Maybe you should remove this bit from the site first.

We have the account is now a doughflow issue. They kind of slow sometimes. I will keep you updated.

(Doughflow is the cashier component in RTG software)
 
Still no ecocard. I had wanted to deposit to try out the 500% bonus which expires today. Taking much too long. Not very impressed.

Why would you send in your docs, and then straight away PM the casino rep...and THEN mention that they didnt respond..all the space of a few hours???

At least give the casino 24 hours to check your docs and confirm everything is OK before you start demanding an immediate PM response (on a Sunday too :rolleyes: )

Bryan has stated before that we should not be PMing reps unless there is a problem that needs fixing etc, and IMO CasinoJack is being very diplomatic. He has also said that the first point of contact should be the casino customer service.

C'mon people lets show a little patience and remember that other people have lives as well huh?
 
The docs were sent on Saturday. I got a response from casinojack :thumbsup: Everything is okay. They okayed my docs on Sunday and the funds were in my QT account a few hours later.

This was one of the most fair and enjoyable RTG casinos I've played at in a long time. Their customer service was really nice and I actually won playing there. Will definitely return and probably check out some of their sister casinos. The games did not feel "rigged" even if you were up (didn't try to pull you back down). I think the payout here seems much higher than alot of the RTGs out there and is a definite must try for all who enjoy RTG software.

I agree. They payouts seem better here. I even hit two royals in one week, like the good ole days . I blew it all back, since it had been a long time since I had such a fun session, but it was fun. The games seem to play the way other rtg's used to. Thumbs up!
 
I have to add that I got MUCH better playtime at Casino 33 than I have at any other RTG I have played at this year.

I made a small $30 deposit last week and took a 50% bonus and played all nite. Met the WR and actually got up to $475 at one point (though I was having so much fun I forgot to cashout:eek:)

This was the first deposit I have made in forever where I didn't feel bad about losing. The slots played waaaaay better than any other RTG and I actually did decent with their blackjack.

I just hope Casinojack maintains his high visibility here on the forum, in light of that OTHER thread....
