I am actually not bothered about the affiliate's compensation. I want that the relation between the two casinos become transparent to the players, which will be the case if they know that both casinos are under one roof.If you asking from an affiliate perspective, regardless where he plays or deposits you would be compensated.

There are hundreds of reputable casinos, I don't know why ppl go to this "unknown" casino...
I received a first-deposit bonus offer in the mail from Casino 33 last month, but checked this thread before acting on the bonus. The first few posts almost frightened me off, but then the later responses were more favorable. So I decided to go ahead and make a modest first deposit of $50 with a bonus of $66.50. I met wagering requirements on slots and attempted to request a withdrawal of $180, but saw that the method through which I had deposited, Quicktender, was not among the listed withdrawal methods. I checked with Support and was told that Quicktender would be available by the end of that week for withdrawals. I wasnt exactly happy, but decided to take Supports word for it and waited. I checked again on Sunday and Quicktender was still not there as a withdrawal method. Support told me that very soon it would be there. Somewhat suspicious now, I decided to check each day after that to see what happened. To my surprise Quicktender was indeed there fairly soon, and I put in a request for a withdrawal. That was followed shortly by a request for documents, which I complied with. Within 6 hours of sending the documents in, my withdrawal was in my Quicktender account.
I was happy enough with the outcome that I decided to deposit again yesterday and try their Jacks or Better Video Poker, which is full pay in the single-hand version, unlike many rtg casinos that have less than full pay in all of their Jacks or Better VP. (I wish Casino 33 had full pay in multi-hand video poker as well, though, as does iNetBet Casino.) I made a modest profit after brief play and withdrew. Approximately 12 hours later, the money was in my Quicktender account.
My conclusion about Casino 33 is that, after some growing pains, it has proved itself to be a reliable and fair option among those in the better rtg group. I will play there again.
Plus I answer all concerns and comments, good or bad, and I am on a lot. I think anyone who responds as fast as we do (most of time time under 12 hours I think) is not too bad.
Is this result of Costa Rican coffee? :smilewink:
CasinoJack has been very helpful in taking on this matter for me, hopefully he will straighten everything out. I will let all you guys know when I receive my payment.
Pulver can you let me know if you ever got paid. I like to add new casinos to promote from time to time on some of my sites, and before i do just want to be sure no players got screwed around.
Thanks
He has NOT been, but we have in touch daily..We are working out some wallet payment issues.
for the record, he did nothing wrong, is a mistake we did....and we are fixing it.
Thanks for info.
Anyway, after reading thru this whole thread, and seeing how much time it is taking, im going to have to pass.
I mean its only $1,000. They should have paid him already, if not for any other reason but to get rid of this bad publicity.
Seems that Casino33 has messed up alot! When Casino33 first opened i contacted Casino Jack on August7th about the $25 no deposit offer and signed up as a afilliate. We made a deal that i would get 25% commission and the $25 no deposit was live on my forum. I brought in $610.00 in deposits and now he will not pay me. I am owed $152.25 in commission and my afilliate account is now locked. I have tried to resolve this issue on my own and he is saying that he will not pay me. I have a graph chart of the downloads of the players and the commission i made that was sent to me by one of Jacks employees. Im putting this out as a warning against Casino33 DO NOT promote or play at either Casino33 or Fairplay Casions as they are connected. What is interesing to me is that my stats i have the majority of the players came from Playfair Casino and i do not not even promote them. All i want is my comission that is owed to me.

As I told you before, when you said you would post in the PAB section, i think is best as we are unable to come to a conclusion together. I am willing to listen to the mods of this forum if they so choose to arbitrate this. If you going to post things like this in public, mention the $500.00 was sent on a timely basis. the fact the accounting at your forum between your partner and you is another story. I think is best to open the PAB, as i do not think you want all these details public. I have never, and will not mention public details of people I work with in a public space nor talk about particulars. Is not good business.
So again, i urge you to open a PAB complaint, and the finding by the staff here i will abide by. This post here is just trying to draw me into a fight I will not be a part of. I am sorry it did not work out, and we were unable to settle these difference before hand.

I'm also working with CasinoJack, and I've found the complete opposite to be true. He's been one of the easiest people to work with, quick response time, and very helpful. So I'm really surprised to read this post. It always raises a red flag for me if a player or an affiliate posts a complaint and tells everyone they were ripped off, so and so is a crook and won't pay them, don't play there, or don't promote them, but fail to give any explanation at all for what reason the other party gave them. There's always a reason. Whether it be a legitimate reason or not, there's always a reason given. Unless the other party is just MIA. Obviously CasinoJack is anything but MIA.
I'm glad CasinoJack responded so quickly here. Or we would have been lead to believe he was refusing to pay you your rev share earnings without any reason at all.
What was the $500 for? You didn't mention this at all. Was that for prepayment of your affiliate earnings? Or was it for a media buy deal?
From my experience, usually when you agree to do a media buy deal you don't get affiliate rev share commissions AND the media buy. Unless you have a big site, and have a special deal stating you will get both, in writing. And if it was a prepay on your earnings, then maybe you were already paid these earnings you're saying is unpaid.
Why did they send you $500 and what reason they gave you for not paying your affiliate earnings? Something doesn't sound right.
I wish programs would send me a $500 payment for no reason.
You did not send ME $500.00 CJ. We can bring out the chats if so needed. You and i had a affilliate deal and nothing more. I signed up as a affilliate with Casino33 and what you did with my partner has no bearing on the fact that you owe me a payment. I tried to get this settled with you on several chats but you would not see any other way to resolve this issue.
Why are you suggesting she does a PAB, can you resolve this on your own without having her to do one? Because your right all you've been doing is going back an forth. I think a mod need to step into this one. I don't think a PAB is will be sufficient in this case because they deal directly with casino issues. Dealings between affiliates is a different matter altogether.
Daera you do not even know what is going on here and i know that you and CJ are friends so i expect you to take up for him.
