I will always 100% answer any and all player or affilaite concerns regarding payouts, bonus questions etc. I however will not be engaging in any questions regarding RTG anymore; I will allow RTG to answer those.

I had no problems getting paid from this casino so far. After looking at some of the early posts in this thread, there was a statement that the casino paid 97% guaranteed. From the times i played there, that payout seems correct.

Other casinos may say they pay at that level and you know they don't (e.g. jackpot capital and their new casino). I believe these casinos are paying about 60% because it's a very obvious difference and really pitiful how foolish they think the players are. For what it's worth, i hope casinos like Casino33 set a new standard for these other RTG casinos that don't want the players to win.

I have to agree. I have been playing here today and this seems (so far) the best casino that I have played at in a while. Granted I'm not up a bunch, but at least I am up a bit..Which seems quite rare these days. I need to get my proper forms back, but I have no doubt I will receive my winnings. Thanks for a very nice experience, so far.

Good for you Kakata! A message needs to be sent to these casinos that we are fed up and don't have to keep gifting them. Personally, I would much rather save my money to take out to the B&M, at least out there even if I lose, I have a good day away from the same ol online merry-go-round, can have a really great meal for very little money that I don't have to cook, be waited on for that meal, have a refreshment gal come around frequently while playing, meet and see many people. So much better in so many ways that a B&M makes even losing feel not so bad. Well unless you lose a big bundle. But I keep it small. Go with $100 and just have a good time once a month.

I went to the site and saw that there are both comps and faxback bonus in the promotions section. As you are now redeeming only the comps there is no reason to ask for a faxback form. I tend to believe that the support staff thought you were asking for a faxback bonus. Would Casinojack care to shed some light as to whether it is really necessary for comps to be redeemded only when they have snet in faxback forms and if so why? Otherwise, staff should be trained to differentiate between the 2 types of bonuses.

Let me clarify. When you send the cashback you get the comp points AND a 10% cashback. We want you to get as much back as possible. I will speak to management today to make sure this is more clear for future. Happy New Year.

Thanks for your inclusion of ecocard. had a bit of fun with the 400% bonus but busted pretty soon.

Now while Mavin is not exactly kind with his choice of words about online casinos it hurts to read someone in your position put up such a stance and recommend he shouldnt gamble any more. He did state his preference for BM casinos and other favourites so maybe we should just like things take their course. Just my 2c.
 
Well, I received a phone call from Robert today, asking when I intended to deposit, since I had taken their free chip. He made it sound like I was obliged to, since you had given me something for free. I was not impressed. The 400% bonus with only 33x wagering I did not ask for further details of. I think this bonus is available as a SUB.

I've asked to be placed on do not call status. I am happy to receive your email offers, but I don't want to be phoned.

My housemate had to climb the stairs, I had to get my hands out of the sink preparing for lobster for dinner to take a direct marketing call.

The only time I ever want to receive a phone call from a casino is once for identity verification or to inform me of a major contest win.

I won $3600 on 12/22 and got paid out only $1500 last week and $1500 this week and the rest next week.
After each withdrwal processing I had to go and put in another withdraw request. I wouldn't mind but they did not tell me my winnings would be paid out this way when I contacted live support when I first requested the payout. I thought I'd get the $2500 one week and the rest the next week.
In my humble opinion if the max cashout states $2500 per week and you win more than that then you should get the $2500 max and not less. I know I may seem to be complaining a bit but this situation is a big red flag for me. I do hope Casino 33 can become more efficient with its payouts in the future. I have contacted live support many times and I do have to say each time the reps were very polite and helpful. I do like Casino 33 but am not encouraged to deposit there in the future because if I am ever lucky to win a RJ there it will take forever to get paid.

The trouble with many RTG casinos is that they dont flush withdrawals and the balance stays in your account tempting you to play. I just reversed more than $100 at All Star Slots because though my ID and address proof were sent my faxback form was still missing. I cant condemn them for that although I must say that I am baffled as why a faxback form is required for deposits by e-wallets (mine is ecocard). The earliest I could get to scan my docs is 4th Jan so the balance hovering in the cashier is very tempting. In fact, I couldnt even initiate a withdrawal yet.

Thanks Chuch, I just think if the max withdrawl states $2500 in the T&C's then the casino should stick to that. Casino 33 says they do fast withdrawls but they are nothing like Alllstar Slots, Jackpot Capital or Casino Titan, I have not had any problems with cashouts from them.
In the end all the hoops players have to jump through kinda puts us off online casinos. Good luck with your withdrawl in Jan Chuch!

It wasn't a major deal, but it isn't ethical either because they say $2500 and should stick to it. No excuses. I think they'll payout the entire amount that is due, but they need to be consistent and earn full confidence in their players. Also, they will not remove the money from your balance so if you're tempted to play back the money it's quite easy to do.

Update, I got the final installment today which was earlier than expected. I think its because when I contacted Live Support yesterday I was pretty upset so the expediated the process. Maybe Casino 33 should take a look at Allstar Slots, Intertops Casino, Jackpot Capital and Casino Titan, theese casinos are top notch when it comes to payout. They are always consistent which is a good thing.

Lesson here is only to play at the accredited casinos.

Paid in full by casino33. Overall, I had a very good experience there. Had some good winning sessions, customer service very nice and they did pay. I also like the fact that they do not charge fees for withdrawls.

i just hope that if i redeposit, my account isn't set to "automatic loser"
 
Maybe Mavin is bored and has nothing better to do than dissect statements on the forum. Joyce my account was set to automatic loser too. I did have some good hits in the beginning but as soon as playthrough was looking like a possibility...well you know what happens. The only thing i didnt like was getting a call from a telemarketer working me for a deposit. That was a bit unclassy. I have to hang up on telemarketers all day long at work, now on my cell phone? I have had some talks with Jack in the past, he seems like a nice enough guy that can get things done. I wouldnt have had a problem him calling because ive called him before, but the telemarketer, come on.

I have been the nice guy and sent private PMs to casinojack, no response, the guy is very busy expect that. Went to chat 3 times now not excessive once a day just checking status, etc. It is not even approved yet 4 days later? What really ticks me is that you CANNOT even make a deposit to play if you have a pending withdrawal? I have specifically told chat I am waiting to make NOT my first deposit ANOTHER deposit to play can you at least approve the withdrawal, ANdy and Rod just say they are busy due to the holidays. Than I read here others have been paid to there usemywallet AFTER my request of the 1st? I HATE HATE HATE being the bad guy. I wouldn't worry you will eventually get your money. It took me almost 11 days to get my full withdrawl and that is with bugging the daylights out of live support. I don't know but maybe the casino is having cashflow problems due to all those winners! Just a thought.

Yes, I learned my lesson the hard way. In addition, I am spoiled by All-star Sots, Intercasino, Jackpot Capital and Casino Titan and of course 3dice. All those payouts are done within 48hours from cashing out and some casinos like All-star and 3Dice do it even faster. You know I hesitate to call Casino 33 a potential rogue casino but the excuses I have been hearing and how they process the payouts seem very roguish to me. From what I have been hearing from Lock Casino they are not far behind. And there I was all excited with two more casinos to play at.

For me this casino were rogue from the very first day, because i only played with the ND bonus and after this i got an email, which stated, that i should sent them my IDs and faxbackform and a copy of my credit card, although i've never made any deposit there!

i told them, that i certainly will not do this and this is not normal for a RTG casino, because i've played in 20 difference RTG casinos and only must sent in any documents, after making my first withdrawal, but never before and i only make deposits with moneybookers, so why would they have my credit card copy?

They answerd me only, that this is necessary to keep open my account and to show me in the future, that they are one of the trustworthiest casinos out there *lol*

I told them, if that's really necessary to keep my account open, then they better should close it, because i'll never play in a casino, which need my credit card copy, although i've never made any deposit there!

But now what i read here, i was right with my opinion at the beginning, that this caisno will be a rogue one!

To be clear. if you want the whole amount sent to you in western union, and they decide to ask you for forms etc, it can cause an issue. We had a couple players decide to NOT pick up the payment and caused us some issue to get the money back and send another method. Maybe do half wire or something next time ? Sorry for the issues.

Why does this only seem to happen at RTG casinos??

Is being under-funded a pre-requisite for obtaining an RTG licence??

Why didnt you put extra funds in before the holidays? Its not like Christmas and New Year were invented 2 weeks ago for goodness sake!

I am so sick of casinos using BS excuses like this to delay payments.

Use your head people...stick with the outfits who pay you without question IN FULL within 48 hours. $2500k max withdrawal per week is ridiculous as it is, let alone $1500....geez some people deposit more than that!!

Not an excuse, please read above. Is ok here, is an issue if you live in USA. I will speak to customer service today.
 
To be clear. if you want the whole amount sent to you in western union, and they decide to ask you for forms etc, it can cause an issue. We had a couple players decide to NOT pick up the payment and caused us some issue to get the money back and send another method. Maybe do half wire or something next time ? Sorry for the issues.

Casinojack when I requested my cashout it was to quick tender and I was only sent $1500 and not the max $2500 why is that I know the max for Quicktender is $2500. I have since been paid in full but it was a very frustrating experience for me, kinda took all the joy out of winning the money in the first place.
 
hey instead of the one by one responses, some things you might wat to think about, and I am not going to list names but:

1. If a faxback takes over a week to get sent to us, factor that in when making posts here.

2. If we can't pay you via method one, and you don't want method 2 as a source of payment, then please be patient. This industry is very dynamic.

3. I repond to PM's very quickly and have also listed other ways to contact me.

4. We have only one outstanding payment, and is a player that insists on a certain method. Will be resolved today or the AM.
